Auto Credit of Virginia auto loan

Auto credit of va has the worst customer care until they require payment. The only time I can ever get a representative on the phone is if it is about them receiving money. I have called anywhere from 4-5x in a day setting to get important information I have needed but every time I had to leave a voicemail because no one would ever answer the phone. I have not once received a phone call back.
My vehicle was totaled on 6/5/18 and they ddnt file my gap claim until 7/5/18. Even when they did file it they gave false information to the company as well as missing information that I was never informed of and would not have known of but thankfully I contacted the gap insurance company myself to check the status so I was then informed of some documents that were failed to be sent to them. I tried contacted auto credit of va in regards to the gap claim but just like always I never got a call back.
They could not even defer my payments to help me out financially until the gap claim was resolved. I was only harassed with phone calls about collecting payments. Even while I would be on the phone with them so they could collect payment I still would not get any information that I was asking for.
I have received complaints from my insurance companies about piss poor service and auto credit not answering the phones or returning calls after voicemails were left.
I will never go back here again and I am telling every one I know even the local news about this facility.
I will take a bus if I have to which thanks to auto credit I just may.

Auto Credit of Virginia customer service

Every week there is a problem with these ladies. They have poor attitudes and they do not treat their customers with respect. When you have to get paperwork over to them their fax machine never works. Someone needs to give them a class on customer service. They answer the phones with attitudes and if you make them upset they will cut your car off like they don't know whats going on. Casey won't do anything about them they don't like dealing with them either. Enough is enough.

Auto Credit of Virginia Poor Customer Service

DO NOT FINANCE your vehicle through Casey Auto Group, Inc. unless you desire to come in contact with the most unprofessional group of staff members at "Auto Credit of VA" which is owned by the Casey Auto Group in Newport News, VA. At the time of purchase the salesman was "OK", the manager was better in the closing of the deal. The buying experience was "OK". We financed our car through Casey's Auto Group own finance company named "Auto Credit of VA", it has been a nightmare to have any telephone interaction with the staff.

1) They will answer without identifying themselves and so they can be rude, unprofessional and down right nasty to when you are making your payment for the vehicle you finance through their company.

2) You have to ask them to send you a receipt for your payment, they act as if you're a "Trouble Maker" for asking for a receipt, maybe to charge you for additional fee's at the end of your contract agreement.

3) These "Reps" at "Auto Credit of Virginia" will put you on hold for long extended periods of times (5 minutes to 20 minutes) and then disconnect your call because when the customer that is trying to make the payment or ask for a receipt for proof of payment. They use these methods so the Customer will get upset and disconnect the call after being placed on hold for severe lengths of time.

4) They use very, poor "English" in communicating with Customers.

5) After you buy your car through the Casey Auto Group, they install and use a courtesy beeping system that is install inside your car engine to alert you of your upcoming due date. Ex: Your payment is due on the 3rd of each month, but your vehicle will start ringing this alert as you enter and start the vehicle and when you exit the vehicle beginning (48) hours or 2 days before your actual payment due date. My wife and I were told at the time of purchase this so called "Courtesy Alert" would only ring if you are late making your payment, this is not the truth, it is a blatant LIE! The staff at "Auto Credit of Virginia" will also use these tactics if you report them to upper management, which my wife and I did. The Casey Auto Group, Inc. will not do anything regarding these methods used by the staff at "Auto Credit of VA".

6) DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH CASEY, FIND YOUR OWN FINANCE COMPANY (Credit Union, Bank) Unless you desire to be harass, disrespected after you purchase and finance a vehicle through the Casey Auto Group "In-House" financing company "Auto Credit of Virginia". 7) We have made every payment as agreed and are not in default, but we our vehicle beeps anyway. I wish I had purchased the car and got it finance through another company. Casey is "OK" for buying vehicle through their dealerships, but do not finance your vehicle through their "In-House" financing because they are just plain NASTY AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS! We are searching to find another financial institution to refinance our remaining balance owed on our vehicle.

Auto Credit of Virginia Piss Poor Customer Service

Every week it's a nightmare trying to do the simpliest of tasks: make my car payment!

Today absolutely takes the friggin cake with these people. I sat on hold for 26 minutes and 51 seconds. When someone finally came on the line, they had attitude a mile long.

I work my ### off all week long. Yes, my divorce ruined my credit but doesn't mean I deserve to be treated like a low-life, system sucking pos!

I have relgiously made my car payments on time for the past 20 months. Is it too much to ask for someone to do their job? I don't appreciate being put on hold for nearly 30 minutes! Last Friday and the Friday before that I had to literally go down there to pay in person, since they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone to take my payment.

I am patiently waiting for 2 yrs so that I can refinance my vehicle and be done with this worthless company. My piece of advice, if you live in VA DO NOT get your financing through Auto Credit of Virginia!
