this whole outfit is a complete scam! scam! scam! they are complete liars at this place. they get you to travel crazy miles to try and put you in a over priced car just for the their personal gain! make no mistakes! if you are willing to pay outrageous prices for crappy cars...this is the best place for you! you will not meet a loan officer when you get there, you will meet a salesman. the finance company that you speak to on the phone (that you were probably referred to by a infomercial or website www.drivefor88.com) their only there to get you to come to this fake used car lot that is actually a scam company affiliated with AIC KIA of Manassas. they will ask you for your monthly income and base your pre-approval amount on that. when you get there a man named Andrew (andy) Brewha who is supposedly the partner of your loan officer, who is really the only and real loan officer of the dealership (which his partner will change often *this week as of 12-24-10 it was Monica Bell [protected]{don't bother to call when you get there, she won't answer}*) will tell you one price on a car, but when you apply for your actual loan, because the pre-approval amount is moot, will then give you a different amount that is roughly 120% above whatever the bank that approves you is willing to pay for the car, then he will come up with an amount for you to pay down to cover the tax, title, tags, GAP insurance and dealers fee's which is an outstanding $399 by it's self alone on top of the other fee's nd charges! they will tell you that you might be introduced to his other partner which is actually a salesman by the name of Christopher Walberg (poor customer service, this guy has) who will try and talk you into another car. He already knows what the bank will most likely say and will not waste his time showing you a car that is out of your price range. do not believe the stories they will tell you about you getting a no money down loan where everything is covered as log as you pick a car under your approved loan amount, this is false. the loan company will not pay the cost of tax, title or tags. example if you see a car for an estimated $18, 000, expect to pay an average of $29, 000! No joke! and that was the price for a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5sl with 13280 miles at 23% apr with a monthly payment of $595.42 for 66 months! (and just to note the car was not fully loaded) it was lie after lie with these people. *ACTUAL COST: STICKER $17, 900 (120% MARK-UP)$24, 310 ADDITIONAL $4, 500 DOWN PAYMENT/ $1, 513.97 TAX/ $569.00 LENDER'S FEE/ $299.00 GAP INSURANCE ALL DUE AT SIGNING!WITH A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $595.42 FOR 66MONTH'S! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU! and don't forget you are responsible for your own insurance!
IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DREAMS THAT SALES MOTIVATED PEOPLE THAT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THAT THE FINANCIAL DISASTER YOU ARE ABOUT TO SIGN YOUR NAME AWAY TO, BE MY GUEST! ONCE YOU GET THERE, IT WILL BE EXACTLY HOW THE FIRST COMPLAINT DESCRIBES THIS MAKESHIFT DEALERSHIP, THERE WILL BE NO MORE THAN 15 TO 25 CARS ON THE LOT, THE OFFICE IS A FORMER RESIDENTIAL HOME, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE SALES ASSOCIATES IS SHOCKINGLY DISGUSTING! THEY ALL LOOKED LIKE BOOKIES AND CON ARTISTS! NOT TO MENTION THE ONE SALESMAN THAT WAS DRESSED IN PLAIN CLOTHES AND GOT DRESSED FOR HIS SHIFT IN THE LOBBY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, AND BY THAT I MEAN HE TUCKED IN HIS DIRTY FADED HOOTERS T-SHIRT AND PUT ON A BUTTON UP SHIRT AND TIE AND BRUSHED HIS DIRTY, GREASY HAIR INTO A PONY! I WAS APPALLED AT THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! I WAS GLAD THAT NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CAME WITH ME TO PURCHASE A CAR AS WELL, I WOULD HAVE BEEN SO EMBARRASSED TO REFER MY LOVED ONES TO SUCH A PLACE! AND KEEP TABS ON THIS SCAM COMPANY! THEY CHANGE THE NAME AND ADDRESS LIKE THEY CHANGE THEIR DRAWERS!
