Australian Shepherd Husky Puppy review: puppy sold with parvovirus

She sold 8 week old puppy $425 to my grandson and 1 hour later the puppy was throwing up in our house. We took him to vet next day and he was diagnosed with extreme Parvovirus a highly contagious virus with 80% death rate. The vet said that the pup would have had symptoms at least 1 week prior. The puppy is in intensive care with current bill $2900. If he shows improvement on Monday then we will continue the care for another $1325. If does not show improvement must be put to sleep. We contacted the seller and she said she has no responsibility anymore and will not refund the money. She knowingly sold us a sick puppy and my grandson's heart is breaking.
