Australian Business Academy Discrimination and bullying

Good Morning Mr Hartley,
Thank-you for your email.
I am very concerned that there has been some unreasonable requests made upon me.
This has come about through the request of my year 12 certificate, which seems to be fair, however the timeframe of which was to produce it within a couple of hours is on the borderline of bullying.
In week 3 of school which was last week, I was asked to produce a year 12, I told them I did not have it in my handbag at that very time and needed time to produce it. The learning facilitator said that I could do a test instead of having to produce the year 12. So I sat the test on Tuesday and on the Friday I was told over the phone that I did not meet the grade competency. I asked what my score was but Ashley declined to tell me the results over the phone. I asked her to email the results. She said she would but did not. Ashley only emailed through a request for to email through consent for John Nott to access my records from Dickson College.
I then have John tell me on the Monday at 2PM approx. I was told by John that if I do not produce my year 12 certificate by 5 PM of that day I was not able to continue. I tried to explain to him that this request is unreasonable. I told him I can't but he would not negotiate with me and hung up the phone even after I had explained that I was emailed on Friday requesting that I return an email consenting to John Nott accessing my records, he told me that was my bad luck and that did not change the situation.
In tears I then had to think of a way to produce the certificate. I went to the department of education where I spoke to Wayne Prowse who decided to help me. He rang John Nott and explained that through no fault of my own the certificate could not be accessed until tomorrow morning. Wayne Prowse who is the Directorate of Education requested an extension in which Jon then complied with allowing me to have it emailed by 9 AM in the morning. We all agreed that could be done. So Wayne meet with me in Lyons at the education centre on Tuesday morning of this week and provided me with the document. The office then emailed through the certificate to Jon which he received at 830 AM. This was a very painful exercise because the timeframe of the request was unreasonable.
I then went in to the office on the Tuesday morning and spoke to my Learning Facilitator and Michelle who both agreed that my results were of a competent grade and that there must have been a mistake. They both told me that they understand that the evidence of a RTO asking for documents and expecting me to produce them with hours is unreasonable. I left feeling more settled as both the teachers both agreed that this should have been all done before starting the course. These requests should not be made hours before the document is due.
I then spoke with Jon Knott that Tuesday over the phone. I asked him if he had received the year 12 transcripts he stated yes and never requested anything else. I told him I was unhappy and would be making a formal complaint he then asked me "if I was threatening him"? In response I asked “are you implying that I cannot make a complaint about you and he said yes I can. He asked what the problem is. I explained to him the my teacher and Michelle said I had reached competency level. When I told Jon to please give me a call back and suggested to speak to Michelle he replied "NO"! and I asked why he then informed me that he was the campus manager and what he says I have not passed. I explained my disappointment and that was the end of the conversation.
I then have a phone call with you yesterday explaining to me that I am unable to continue because I did not fill out a vet fee form. I was never asked to and only found out about this form yesterday.

I have both parents pass away and my first born child Helen Wright pass away in 2007. I am now a mother to a 6 year old and I can not understand why an RTO that has very small class sizes anyway is not helping me to complete my studies.
Also I arrived at the office on week 2 and asked Caty for a cup as there were no cups at the water dispenser her reply to my request was " go downstairs to the cafe and get a water". This is utterly rude and beyond words of how this made me feel. I replied I am going to faint please can you get me a cup or glass. She did provide me with this after making we feel terrible.
Does ABA want me to continue? As most teachers nature students learning and try to accommodate needs and be fair with the time frame of requests.
Does ABA feel they owe me an apology
