Purchased a set of electronic scales from Ebay, arrived quickly but product was broken, contacted Ausriver via email they replied quickly giving to options.
Option one exchange scales
Option two refund
I chose option two returned the scales at my own cost and did not here anything from them for 6 weeks, contacted Ebay emailed Ausriver several times, no reply finally rang Ausriver.
This company is a sorry excuse very un organised and i strongly recommend everyone stays away from there products.

Happy to confirm this statement, Ausriver is an appalling company which should be kicked out of eBay, Australia, and NZ. Very poor quality items, usually fakes or knockoffs of high quality brands.

We purchased a pair of very high power 'BUSHNELL' binoculars some years ago but when they arrived they were useless. They required a process called 'recollimation' which must usually be done in a clean lab by skilled technicians.

I suspect the products sold by AUSRIVER et al, are factory rejected items formerly bound for retail sale in Asia and there to be sold as genuine articles, but because they are faulty, are dumped in places like New Zealand and Australia, via online sale, where shipping is cheap, import restrictions (on junk, fake, copied or other grey market goods) are very low.

Also happy to confirm all the details match precisely with our own experience, names, venue, method, response all match.

FYI: Quoted process of collimation credited to Henry Randolph:
Perfectly aligned lenses and prisms in binocular barrels produce a crisp, merged image that is said to be "collimated."

Rough handling can knock binoculars out of collimation, leading to fuzzy or overlapping images and possibly cat's eye-shaped images in each eyepiece. This can cause eyestrain, headaches and a degraded user experience.

(NOTE: above mention of ''rough handling'' refers to optical instruments which were previously in good, functional condition. The items sold on eBay are 'brand new', but not genuine, in fake packaging and faulty on delivery).

To correct miscollimation, manufacturers build adjustable prism tilt setscrews into many of their models. If prism tilt is excessive, however, or lenses are misaligned, have a professional collimate your binoculars.
