AuraVie Unauthorized charges to credit card

Just like others, I ordered a sample for a $4 shipping and handling fee to find out that unless I cancelled within 10 days, I was charged another $97.88. Not only that, they started charging my credit card monthly for a monthly subscription. The product is worthless, and the customer care is outsourced to a foreign country. I called to cancel the subscription and return the follow-on product they sent as part of the subscription. What I cannot understand is that this was endorsed by Dr. Oz. Way to go, Dr. Oz, helping sell c*** attached to money scam!

AuraVie Refund/mis-advertising

I was offered a gift for a story review that I did, all I had to pay was shopping and handling. I agreed, product was shipped and received. I used the product for three days and was unhappy. My skin felt like dry shoe leather. I called and left a message that I was unhappy and to make sure they would not ship more. I even called back because I forgot to give the order number and again to not ship any more. Yesterday my card was charged $97.88. I called and was told that they would only give me $70.00 because I did not cancel during the trial period. First, I did call and second this was a gift not a trial. I want the rest of my money. I'm a widowed senior and can not afford this rip off nor would I ever pay $98 for cream that would do this to my face!

How do I get my refund! I was told I would immediately be taken off the list only to find another $97 was taken out. This time I didn't even get the product. I sent back one order & didn't receive credit for that one either!

AuraVie unethical

The company is misleading customers. I was charged $97.88 for a "free trial" without any earlier notice. The company refuse to give me my money back.
AuraVie offered a "Risk Free Trial" sample of their skin care product. I was supposed to pay only for shipping ($4.9 that they were supposed to charge to my debit card) When I received my 'free trial', I found it odd that nowhere in the box was a form or contact info for AuraVie for me to purchase the products if I liked the trial. After two weeks I discovered debit card transaction of $97.88 (2/4/2014). I called my bank to see who is charging me $97.88 and for what. The bank rep gave me a phone nmber to AuraVie. When I called AuraVie they were unwilling to give me a complete refund. The Aura Vie rep stated that I must pay the $97.88 because it's after 10 day trial. I told her that I already paid $3.03 and $1.93 on 01/21/2014 (by the way I do not know why they split the payment) for the trial and that nowhere on their pages did it state that there will be any additional charges for this trial. The rep told me that the Terms and Conditions on their web was stating that if I don't call them within 10 day and ship the product back within this 10 days it is understood that I agree to be charged $97.88 every month for their products. When I tried to say that I haven't seen any of that information and that this charge is a total surprise for me the rep said I should have been reading all terms and conditions and even though this information wasn't obvious and easily available for the potential customer she still can't do anything about it. After I said that the way they are doing business is unethical and that I will contact BBB the rep was trying to convince me that I could purchase the products for a discount or they can lower the price if I agree to stay with the company. Since I was insisting on closing whatever account they created for me they said they have to charge me for the "free trial" because it's after 10 days and I've already opened the product so they can't refund me my $97.88. I closed my account with them on 2/4/2014. When I went online to find out more info, I saw LOADS and LOADS of complaints from people who stated they were misled and that they were eventually charged $97.88 without their knowledge or authorization just like me. Somebody should stop this.

AuraVie Unauthorized Credit Charge

I ordered free samples for $1.93 & $3.02 shipping and handling on 11/20/13 - I received the free samples (so I thought) - when I received my credit card statement there was a charge on 12/5/13 in the amount of $97.88 under skin and the phone # of [protected] on the charge. After doing some research online, I see what a fool I was. Evidently in the fine print this is the charge if the product is not returned within 10 days. This is just not right - they have been getting away with this for too long.

AuraVie charging on credit card without consent

This company is a big fraud, a cheat and misleading. They just want to rob people by charging on their credit cards without proper consents. This company should be stopped. They have a sloppy and so slow & long wait customer service that I think they intentionally do it so people will not be able to ask for refund. They must be stopped before they fool too many people. THis company is a SCAM.

AuraVie Charging my account

I received an offer from them through a coupon site that said I only had to pay shipping and handling for a free trial. No where did it tell me in the terms and conditions or on my receipt that I would have to call within 10 days to cancel or I would be billed. You would think with something that big that they would print something on the receipt or put this information where it can be seen in the terms or even on there brochure they send with the product. Guess what they didn't and I got charged 97.89 for something I haven't even had time to use! I have a 11 month old son that has needs and they refused to refund my money! If they are going to make stipulation it needs to be known in the actual paragraphs of the terms not of to the f'''''ing side! I am furious and want this to be known. Do not try their products because they like to steal people's money!

The exact same thing happened to me! This time it was for answering a few survey questions. NOWHERE could I find anything other than my ONLY costs would be the s&h totaling $4.95. Then suddenly my purchase of $3, 88 was rejected for something else at a local store. I came home and checked to find my bank acct was overdrawn. I checked all through my email and could not find a receipt anywhere, only a shippimg email.

Screw them.

You don't need to do impulse buys on the Internet; you can check the reputation of a site before you buy. If you Googled Aurie Vie the top term "Aurie Vie Scam" would have been presented, warning you.

AuraVie Charged for Unwanted Product

Somehow, sometime I must have ordered and then received a free trial sample of the product called AuraVie. Nowhere in the offer that I saw online do I remember seeing that I had to return the product if I did not want to be charged for a 30 day supply that would follow at a cost of $97.88. I will keep the product and allow the payment from my credit card but I will try to communicate to that company that I no longer want to receive or pay for any more unsolicited items from their company. Good Luck To Me because evidently this is a common business practice of theirs and opting out of this lucrative scam for them will probably not be easy now that they have access to my credit card number. I am warning everyone within shouting distance to BEWARE of the sneaky practices of this company. Too bad for consumers that they are so vulnerable by such obvious dishonest business practices.

I responded to an offer for a free trial of skin care products. I received the products but was charged $97.88 on my debit card two weeks after receiving the products. I now have found out that somewhere in fine print, I was to return the product in 10 days and cancel membership. I have been unable to contact the company. I am placed on hold for extremely long periods of time. I cancelled my debit card. My bank is disputing the payment. I also plan to contact my brother who is an attorney. In hindsight, I know that somewhere, in the fine print the terms were presented, however, I have no doubt the intent of this offer was to defraud people out of $97.88.

AuraVie Ripped off

I got Auravie thru GetItFree.com and I do not remember going directly to the site to order it because if I had seen that they wanted 97.88 after 10 days from the order I would have not ordered it. I am on a fixed income and they are totally ripping people off. I have been using it daily but I don't think it's worth $100. Rip Off

I am very upset over my experience with this company. I had been looking for a new facial product to try. I found this trial offer

and thought this would be a good way to find out if I liked the product. After receiving the AuraVie product, I noticed there were

three different bottles. I am always very skeptical so I went online to their website. I wanted to make sure I would not receive

additional shipments. I read everything and didn't find anywhere that it said I would have to pay for this trial. I was still worried so I

called them. I couldn't believe the way I was treated. It was very obvious that the woman was not going to cancel it. I then sent an

email begging them to please cancel this, if I was to receive future shipments. I was never told that I would be paying for the trial.

Today I received a big shock of $97.88 being deducted from my checking account. I immediately called them and the woman was

very rude. She wouldn't let me talk to her supervisor. She said if I sent them an email saying I wouldn't dispute the charge she

would refund $40! I was told they never do this for anyone else. They are making an exception just for me. I refused the money

because I deserve all of it back. I went to my bank and cancelled my debit card. I was told to file a police report and bring them a

copy. They will then put the money back in my account. I will go to the police department tomorrow. I am calling the FTC and the

BBB. Please lets get this company closed!

I am also going thru a nightmare with this company. I was on a site and a notice came up that i had won a choice of 4 free gifts for visiting the site. I chose AURAvIE skin cream but had to pay $2.95 for shipping and processing which I had to put on my credit card. This morning I checked my credit card online and saw a charge for $97.88 that I had never made for a product called SKINRENEW . Immediately I called
the credit card company to inquire and they gave me the # of the company charging me . So I called the # and couldnt speak with anyone, all you can do is order 2 different products. When I heard the product I could order it was the "free" gift I received and they were charging me for who knows what. The credit card company said they cant stop the payment because when I gave them my card # for the shipping and processing they were immediately approved and although I didnt agree to order anything from them they can check a box unbek nowing to a person that says you are agreeing to go on auto delivery of their product ! ! ! This is unbelievable that companies can be allowed to operate so underhanded and sneaky. Obviously their products are so bad that its the only way to get money off unsuspecting people. Why hasnt the better business bureau of VanNuys or the attorney general of California done something about shutting these people down? ? Isnt it somebodys job to protect honest people from scummy thieves like this?

I had a similar experience. I agree with you that there was nothing about a ten day trail and if you didn't return the product within 10 day they would bill you $94.88. I was told the same thing when I called to ask why they charged me $97.88. They said it was on their website (a site I've never seen before) I will call up my credit card company and see if they will dispute it like yours. This company should be investigated because if I can get scammed and I am pretty savy on websites and free offers and I din't see anything that said I would be charged in ten days then it mustn't have been there.

I also had the same deceptive experience with ordering AuraVie on 11/7/2012. As I was browsing some websites, their small ad from AuraVie came up on a page and offered their free trial for only the cost of shipping and handling. NO WHERE was there any mention of a "10-day trial offer" or that I was being signed up for anything, or that there would EVER be any additional charge. I later discovered the charge for $97.88 on my credit card a couple weeks later and called the company immediately to see what was going on. They told me that I should have seen the "10-day trial" when I placed the order and I said I certainly did not because it was not on there when I ordered. He then directed me to their website (which I had never seen before this day) and of course, there was the statement about the trial period. But I was never led to this website when I had originally placed the order. I told him to cancel anything that I was signed up for right now and then I filed a dispute with my credit card company which they are in the process of looking into. Wish I had checked reviews before I placed the order. I didn't think a company could do something like this and get away with it. The need to be investigated. No telling how much money they have scammed people with this ad. The old saying "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is"...proved to be true in this case. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

AVOID AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE ADVERTISERS WHO OFFER YOU LOW SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES FOR SO-CALLED "FREE TRIAL." PLEASE DO NOT ORDER AURAVIE OR YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS.
THE ADVERTISEMENT ENTICED PEOPLE TO ORDER THESE TWO ITEMS (AURAVIE FOR MORNING AND LEVELA FOR EVENING) AND LATER WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD $98 A MONTH ON AN AUTOMATIC SHIPPING POLICY FOR AURAVIE. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE "FREE TRIAL" YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THEM WITHIN 30 DAYS.
I recently ordered AuraVie and Levela but I also sent them emails immediately after to cancel the subscription after the trial offer or the "auto-ship" of $98/month which is not affordable including $89/month for Levela--that's $187/month for both items.
On the other hand, I had no problem with Lavela Company. They originally charged me $14+ and then discounted $5 on shipping/handling about $9+ due but after emailing them regarding their advertised $4.95 s/h, they credited me $5. Also they cancel my subscription for the auto-ship of $89/month and made no mention of having to return my "free trial" of Levela.
The woman on the add DO NOT LOOK LIKE 20--more like 40!

AuraVie Scam

Even after I called in and cancelled within ten days, they charged $97.88 to my credit card. I called them, they claimed that they checked their audio records (within minutes) and that I hadn't called, and the girl called me a liar. I contacted my credit card company, and they are challenging the charge. If you've had this happen contact your credit card company so that they can't charge you again. As many people had posted, this company is a scam operation. Do Not Order From Them!

I'm glad that I got curious of searching this company before my (unknown) 10 days trial. I also bump to this advertisement when I was answering surveys on the web. As other consumer says I saw a "risk free trial" and just asking for a S and H fee. I thought that they doing this as a survey purpose, so I tried it. There is "no terms of condition" on the trial site that you will fill up when you order it. But I'm so glad that I went back to the web and search the company. After reading so many complaint from the consumers, I went to their site and look to their "terms and condition" I found out that they only offers this free trial for 10 days and etc. Since I had this product for only 2 days I called them at once. I found out that if you did not cancel the product within 10 days they will automatically 1.) charge you $97.88 and 2.) you will be enrolled to auto ship...so I am so thankful for all the "complaints and comments" of the consumers. I waited till I speak with their customer service and made sure that my auto ship is cancelled and just agreed to pay $38.00 instead of going to the hassle of returning it. What an experienced ! I hope that they will be good to be true this time,

My wife ordered the "risk free trial" from AuraVie on May 5 via a Facebook ad (SVSKIN [protected] LOS ANGELES CA) for a few bucks; they then charged her $97.88 on May 21. But nowhere in the ad did they indicate that such a charge would accrue if the products were not returned. They also don’t tell you that you are signing up for a monthly charge for these products at the same inflated price. When I called them they were very argumentative and rude and refused to refund the price even if I returned the products. So I promptly called my Credit Card Company (CC Co) and told them the charge was disputed as it was fraudulent. I also cancelled the card so they could no longer charge to it. Apparently the fine print has some very strict requirements to receive a refund. But, do a websearch for “AuraVie” and “scam” and you’ll find several websites with hundreds of complaints against this company’s fraudulent and misleading business practices. I just hope my CC Co has the balls to stand up to them.

AuraVie Major reaction to skin care product.

I ordered this skin care product on October 10th, 2011. I received the product on the 18th. The trial period was suppose to be 10 days from the time it was shipped. I asked them to extend the trial period because of how long it took to ship. The company gave me and extra five days. I used the product for the first week with no problem. I noticed a slight rash forming at my hair line, and watched it daily. One morning about a week later I awoke with the rash all over my face and neck.. I immediately stopped the product for another week. The rash took several days to recede. I used the product again, this time only on a small area, with the same results only faster this time. I called the company today (November 14th) prepared to give a detailed description of the reaction and fully expected to be reimbursed.

The customer service rep was rude from the start. I explained the situation and he interrupted and said I was past my trial period. I agreed and stated that I had intended to keep the product but it took at least a couple of weeks for the reaction to occur. He basically said it was my problem. He cancelled any further shipments but said I had to keep the product that was harming my skin even though I still had over half of the supply. He did not inquired at all about the reaction. He did not ask if there was anyway the company could assist with the reaction. He was not concerned that the product could be potentially harmful.

I've had the same experiences every one else has complained about! Their 10 day trial period starts the day they received the order, and 7 of those days it takes just to get to your address. When calling to complain about their product and how my face was burning red and had huge water blisters all over it, they told me they would cancel the subscription. After a week went by I found on my bank statement they had billed me $97.88. I called them and they told me they never did receive my phone call cancelling it. When I asked to talk to a supervisor they told me they didn't have one. WHAT A SCAM! DO YOURSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE A FAVOR< DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT FROM THEM, YOUR SKIN WILL THANK YOU!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, LABELS, OR PRODUCT!

Call: [protected]
Your order can be canceled online BUT listen closely to the appropriate prompts! You want to cancel your order entirely, NOT get the offer at a reduced rate. You will need a pen and paper. The address to return the product is:

AuraVie Skincare Returns Department
PO Box 10465
Van Nuys, Ca. 91410

You will get an RMA# at the very end. LISTEN CLOSELY and WRITE FAST!
The RMA# is computerized and speaks FAST! I replayed the message over and over until I was absolutely certain to get the RMA# correct.

Here's the other part: The consumer, YOU, pay the return delivery cost.
It must be received by them one month from the phone call.
(The computer will tell you what date that is)
Also, when you return the product (because that's the ONLY way you will not be charged), make certain you return it with a Delivery Confirmation Number to secure a way of tracking the return to these RIPOFFS so they don't try to rip you off again.
And, lastly:

YOU MUST PRINT THE RMA# CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE! Put this in a corner where postage and delivery strips do not cover it.

Good luck. I canceled mine today.
The product is nothing more that dish soap for the cleanser. The rest of it I wouldn't even put on my skin. I'll refrain from what the consistency and the serum smells like. The third product, I didn't touch.
I also knew as soon as I read the 1st 4 ingredients of the cleanser, that they are not who they say they are. Water, alcohol, witch hazel...
Additionally, the product says FRAGRANCE FREE!
It's FRANGRANCED alright! It is FULL of fragrance which told me right away I could not trust the labeling, much less trust the actual product or company!

STAY AWAY!

AuraVie Skincare aka, Bunzai Media Group, Inc. I have a dispute with this company as well. You can call the Better Business Bureau in Colton, CA at [protected], or file a complaint using this link: http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/name/auravie/92324/ There have been 93 complaints filed in the last 3 years; 87 of these complaints have resulted in the consumer’s complaint being “answered and satisfied” (which may mean if you file a complaint they are more willing to refund your money). There have also been 766 inquiries of which only a handful (single digits) have been satisfied. A BBB employee told me they are aware of a pattern developing. They need more complaints filed in order to downgrade the company’s rating. You can also file a complaint verbally via phone (takes about 5 minutes) with the FTC at [protected]. I have also called my State Attorney General’s Office and they directed me to a website to download a complaint form.

CAUTION***BEWARE: AuraVie offered a "Risk Free Trial" sample of their skin care product. There is nothing written on either the email order confirmation or the email shipment notification about any future credit card charges. We discovered one credit card charge of $97.88 about 2 weeks after the initial shipping charges, and another $97.88 charge a month after that. When I called AuraVie they were unwilling to give me a complete refund even though I offered to pay all shipping costs. One AuraVie supervisor actually called another AuraVie rep an "idiot". He also wanted me to send him an email stating that I have not and would not file a dispute with my bank. He stated that he would not give me a Return Authorization number until he received the email. He also stated that the Terms and Conditions next to the box where you enter your credit card information have not been altered. I have proof that they charged me a different amount than is now listed in the current statement. They also charged an additional fee for "11 Free Top Selling LifeStyle eBooks", "eBooks Processing Fee". I, TOO, WAS SUBJECTED TO VERBAL HARRASSMENT, THREATS, INTIMIDATION, ETC. IF I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

AuraVie free trial Offer for AuraVie

I just got this product on [protected] and I am trying to cancel this order because of the reasons below so buyer beware. I should of been more careful.
I can't get a hold of them to tell them that I want to cancel out of there offer before they charge me $97.88 dollars for there product. I went back on there site and reread the fine print and realized that I automatically would be charged this amount to my credit card at the end of the 30 trial period. Don't by this product It also made my eyes burn and I only used it once. And when you order it they don't tell you that you will charged an amount of $1.93 for E-books and they claim that they are free. I started calling them at 6oo am on 7-25-11 and it is now 10:28 am EST and I still haven't gotten a hold of them. Every time I call they say to call back during normal business hours. I don't know what I am going to do does any one have any suggestions out there If so please E-mail me at [protected]@aol.com PLEASE I don't want to be charged for this crummy product.

I hope this helps someone to not make the same mistake I made

I like your product but can not afford repeated shipments at this time. We lessened the money on the credit card that we used to pay shipping. If they try to use it, they will be denied. After reading the complaints, this is the only option that we have...

I spoke with a customer representative 6 hours ago which would have been between 6-630pm, My time. I called in to see about returning the merchandise I had purchased as it had begun to break out my skin. I was advised that there had been an attemp to collect a payment from me on three times. I advised the rep that I was not contacted neither by phone or by email. he told me that i was obligated to pay as the trial period had passed and that i needed to make the payment. I asked him if the payment could be taken out as I did not have the money now because I had already paid bills this week, he agreed to the 14th of December, which would have been my next pay period. After putting me on hold for a minute or so, he came back and said that would be fine and he would send me a confirmation email.

Viewing my account this morning, i find that he had taken the payment out already. NOT ONLY DID HE LIE HE HAS NOW CAUSED ME TO HAVE POSSIBLY BOUNCED MY RENT CHECK THEREBY JEPORDIZING MY CHILDREN AND I BEING EVICTED. THEY STATE ON THEIR RECORDING IN SO MANY WORDS THAT THEY OPERATE THEIR BUSINESS IN A PROFESSINAL AND WITH BUSINESS ETHICS. I CALLED IN GOOD FAITH, NOT TRYING TO SCAM OR CREATE A PROBLEM; AGREEING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT ON THE TIME AGREED UPON BY THEIR REP ONCE ADVISED THAT ONE WAS NEEDED. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEIR COMPANY TRIED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING ANY LATE OR A PAYMENT THAT WAS NOT SENT. I AM DISGUSTED AND ANGRY AND I WILL BE FORWARDING THIS INFORMATION TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN THEIR STATE OF CA TO ALERT THEM OF THESE UNFAIR PRACTICES. SINCE THIS PAYMENT WAS TAKEN AT THIS TIME I EXPECT THIS ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND THERE ARE TO BE NO FURTHER DEDUCTIONS FROM MY ACCOUNT.
YOUR REPS LIE..

I had the same experience. Burning eyes and subsequently, being charged for 3 months of product. I had not read the fine print and was oblivious of the "contract" that into which I entered, when I asked for the free trial and did not cancel within 10 days.

I did not receive the 2nd shipment, which might not be any fault of Auravie..they claim to have post office confirmation that it was delivered. When I got the third shipment, I called and found that I was unable to recover any of the $300 or so, paid with my credit card. BEWARE. Vanity...

AuraVie charging me for returned products

I ordered a "trail" offer from AuraVie. It made absolutely no significant difference in the condition of my skin. I called and received an RMA number and I returned their products within the 10 day trial period. I returned their products on March 16, 2011. I received a letter threatening "further action" dated June 20, 2011, claiming (more than 3 months after the fact) i returned the bottles empty. They want me to pay 97.88. The product made no difference in my skin, i returned the unused products. I will not pay this company one more dime. This is unbelievable. I too had a difficult time locating their telephone number. Is their product so bad that they must resort to making their money by threatening and calling customers liars and thief's?

I ordered both of the products and immediately got a message from my charge card that I was being charged for an international charge. I called the company and cancelled the order but they still charged me for the shipping and handling saying that it was non refundable. Thanks to my charge card company I did receive my credits from them but not from the company. Do not want any part of this company. I hate a business that takes advantage of people. Hope this helps others from buying. I lately received an offer from another website for getting the products for free for taking a survey. I immediately closed out the page.

I did an online survey and got a "THANK YOU" offer for taking the time to do so. I clicked on the link for Aura Vie and decided to take advantage of the FREE trial for s/h of only 2.95. I filled in my name and address and LOOKED FOR ANY EVIDENCE OF IT BEING A SUBSCRIPTION. There was nothing to indicate that, so I felt secure that it was a legit trial. I clicked "next" and the page changed to the billing info. Once again, I looked at the whole page...nothing to indicate "more to the story" AND there was no scroll bar so I assumed no need to scroll down to find the hidden little GOTCHA. It arrived and the packaging was nice, I tried 2 of the three items for a few days and although it smelled nice and my skin felt good...my eyelids were itching. I stopped using it and didn't think much of it because it was only a 3 dollar loss. WRONG...they billed me 97.88. That means I paid 100.00 for a free trial. I called and was treated like the rest of you...MY FAULT for "neglecting to read the bottom of the page"...BTW the bottom of MY page was a green arrow that said "send my free trial". Again, there was no scroll bar to indicate I should look any further. I called my Discover card and it is under investigation. I have no idea how this will pan out, but these suckers sure made their webpages deceiving by not showing the scroll bar...unless, I found out, you put your cursor to the right and play around until it shows up. Pretty crafty, if you ask me. Others have indicated that you pay the s/h to GET it, then shipping back and lose 15% for a restocking fee. This is clearly scam behavior. They are making a profit on free trials. This should be illegal. And I would love to smack the snark-muffin who made it look like my fault for neglecting to read the whole website. Well the website differs from the link they send you too to thank you for taking a survey.

This is a total scam...No where did I see where they would start charging my debit account $97.88 for this "risk free trial." I have hardly used the product for which I have seen no difference and am more than willing to return it to the company for a full refund. I am on Social Security Disability and can not afford this. It will make my rent check for this month bounce. This company should not be able to do business like this. I will be calling Better Business Bureau and the FTC...this is outrageous. When you call they have their customer service read you the rules and regulations. I can read... I just don't like being scammed. I have looked online and there are soooooo many complaints against this company. Can't someone make them change their practice of doing business and stop scamming innocent people. Especially people on fixed incomes.

I was very unhappy with the way I was treated when I called to cancel the order. Because I was not able to cancel order and was out of town at the time. I could not see any change after using the product. Kathy

AuraVie Subcription

I was not aware that I would be charged a subscription fee. I would like for you to put the amount of $97.88 back into my account right away. My bank is aware of this and will be contacting this company.

Thank you

I haven't ordered anything for the skin care items online. I just filled out some survey form (not skin care related survey) when I was on the Amazon site. After I filled out the survey, I was told I could get some free gift but I needed to pay the shipping fee. I selected Auravie package (one of 3 choices) and added my credit card info for the shipping fee. Then my trouble began. When I found I was charged $97.88, I called my credit card company. I got the money returned. But I received the same package again! Why they sent it to me while I never ordered anything from them?! It's cheating! I hope all over the world can know our comments so people won't get the same trouble as we did. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I saw a website offering trial sizes of levela and aura vie. A lady made a testimony on how young she looked after using the products. I thought I would give it a try. After that I saw complaints about money being deducted on everyone's credit card. I called to cancel but the automatic system said I could cancel for a discounted fee of $38. That is illegal to do. They offered a trail size for only shipping and handling and now you have to pay for it if you want to cancel. I don't think so! I got one customer service rep and they told me they would cancel it for free because I had to tell them I was reporting them to the attorney generals office. Plus I was online and saw an ad similar to the one for levela and aura vie. I opened it was. It was word for word like their ad and even used the same testimonials from people but it was for TWO different products. This is a scam. Beware ladies.

Yes, the order page seems intentionally designed to make it easy to not see the disclosure statement.

I have investigated a bit and found the company sells other products.
This site features AuraVie Skincare:
http://www.freeskincare.net/free-anti-wrinkle-trials/auravie/
and the links for free trials result in:
“The link you have requested is no longer available.”

One AuraVie site sends you to this site for DermaPure when you click on the link for :
http://www.dermapurebeauty.com/aff/index.php?AFID=1063&SID=201
Another link for a trial package of AuraVie brings you to this URL advertising a Toenail Fungus Treatment:
http://www.how-to-stop-nail-fungus.com/?hop=charmy22

Yet another link for a trial of AuraVie on this site (http://auraviereview.com/) brings you to this URL advertising Ginale Skin Peel: http://www.ginaleskinpeel.com/indexq.php?AFID=201

Totally agree. This company is very deceptive and they know it. I filed a complaint on the BBB website. I also called the company to get refund of $97.88 but they would only refund me $35.00. That is not acceptable to me. I went back through the ordering screens to see were the disclosure is and it is not anywhere until you get to the page were you put in your CC info. But it is at the bottom of the screen. You would have no reason to go there as the billing fields are at the top and so is the submit button. When I had called their number to complain, the agent said the disclosure is to the left of the CC fields. He obviously lied. Also the information that came with the product states it is fragrance free. Another lie. The cleanser has a very strong smell like bar soap. I really don't trust anything about this company now.
