I received a bill on my debit card for $14.95. I did not authorize this charge and would like to cancel this account with a full refund of my $14.95. I have looked online and found many complaints filed with this company. I expect your prompt attention to this matter.. The billing number on my card is #[protected]

I have unauthorized monthly debits since 29th March $14.95, which is $21.32 in New Zealand.
If I wanted audible I would have gone through Australia, which is cheaper and I would have actually ordered some audiobooks.
I have been charged for 5 months which is $106.60.
How do i get rid of this AP? How do i get my money back?
Please help.

Hip hop series, a damsel in distress episodes 1-16 were narrated, and produced by these actresses, vanessa reyes, adrienne roberson and the fabulous felicia farraday in 2017. These episodes were produced with amazon kdp and audible and once finished, were to be put on sale with itunes and audible. What happened? Where are they? Why won't customer service with amazon and audible return sean diddy combs and my phone calls to address this matter? Why? Because they outright stole our hip hop pilot television series. That's why! See, this is kinda what diddy was tawkin' bout. When he said, that these music industries wanna make money off the black and hip hop culture, yet leave us out as if we had nuthin' to do wid it. Ya feel me? I feel amazon and audible stole our hip hop series ideas. I really do. A damsel in distress was a pilot television series for future television entertainment platforms with netflix and revolt television. The only episode greedy amazon and audible put on sale was a damsel in distress episode two by sean diddy combs and myself. That's it. The other episodes are fire baby, fire. Hella fire! I have discovered monthly charges on my bank account by Audible.com. When contacting my bank, they investigated and stated it was for book downloads. I have never downloaded a book. I called Audible.com on 7/16/18 at 3:53 pm and when I was connected to a live person, she hung up on me as soon as I said there were charges to my bank account that I did not authorize. I demand a refund of the May, June and July monthly charges that have been fraudulently charged to my bank account.

Please refund the unauthorized $14.95 charge to my "account" on June 28, 2018. If you could provide an explanation as to how this charge came to appear on my credit card I would be very grateful. The transaction doesn't include a client number. I look forward to hearing from you as to the date the charge will be reversed so that I can watch my statement.

I run a business and have many transactions going through a credit card, and i recently discovered a charge of between $19 - $20 a month coming from my card to audible, now i have no business with you guys, how did you get my details? ive never subscirbed to your servies. My bank NAB have discovered the charges go back to 2012, I require a full refund or ill be reporting you to the business board and taking further action.

On April and May 7, 2018, I´ve charge of $14.95 from audible Adbl.com/bill NJ and a 12.95 by Audible Limited Melbourne VIC charge to my account. I neither looked at nor ordered any service for audio books or any other book at any time from any provider. Worse yet, this would have been an ongoing monthly fee for a service I did not order during April and May.

If they read this note, please proceed to cancel and reimburse those amount mentioned above.

I had $60 taken out of my account without my permission! I thought someone had my card info or something. I went to buy food and you guys had TAKEN MY FOOD MONEY.

cargos mensuales a mi tarjeta de credito Visa, por 14, 95$ desde enero 2018 que no han sido autorizados. En el estado de cuenta de la tarjeta, dicho cargo aparece con la referencia Audible adbl.co/bill NJ por una supuesta suscripcion de mercado oferta KS 3280559 Ref 6201. No he realizado tal suscripcion por lo que pido paren los cargos mensuales a mi tarjeta y ademas pido reembolso del dinero pues hasta ahora, de enero a mayo me han sido descontados 74, 75$.

I am ordering you to demand the return of the unapproved charge that was placed to my debit card for the amount of $16.00 on 6/21/2018. I have ordered nothing from your company and I have already notified the police, as well as the better business bureau and the attorney general's office for my state, as well as that of new jersey! The site noted on the bank statement is adbl.co/bill. There is no other information available!

I am requesting a refund to my debit card immediately!

I've been a member of Audible for over 14 years and have loved it. HOWEVER, Audible recently "dumbed down" their software, replacing useful information in my Library - especially the column that provided information about whether or not I own the companion Kindle books, and whether a Kindle book is available for that book - with completely unnecessary big pictures of the books' covers.
As if we don't know how to read a list of books and need a picture. What? Does Audible think its listeners are children? I am incredibly annoyed by the change as it affects one important way in which I decide where and when to listen to a particular book.
I have contacted both Audible and Amazon in every way possible, and only receive vague responses about "passing the information along" or something. Amazon and Audible are supposed to be linked, but eliminating the Kindle Whispersync column in my personal Library is stupidest move ever.

They keep charging my account and I have no way to STOP THEM yet, I'm not reading any books nor can I down load any, and neither do I want to. Please Help!

I listen to many, many podcasts. Many of these podcasts are supported by audible. When the podcast plays an advertisement for Audible, Audible claims to have thousands upon thousands of titles, yet the examples given are always the same: "The Book Theif" and the "The Power of Introverts". Why do you guys only promote those two titles? Why do these authors get endless free advertisement and promotion? Not only is it incredibly unfair to countless other authors, I am absolutely sick and tired of hearing these author names and titles. Honestly, at this point I would go out of my way to avoid products from either author, and it makes Audible seem like a company with problems.

Its so so suddening that on 12th / 05/ 2018, this Money was withdrawn with out our consent and we are further concerned how this happened and how the access to this card was availed to your adminstartion.

With this, we are kindly requesting for this refund and no further withdraw from this card.

I canceled my service months ago and still continue to be charged. Therefore I've canceled each month continuously and I'm still being charged. I've gotten 1 book and it was in the very beginning and didn't even get to finish it so please take my card off of the list to be charged and return my money. I also did not give consent for my card information to be saved on the temporary account.

I realized today that my debit card was charged 16.15$ for Audiobooks in which I did not authorize. This is a huge inconvenience for me seeing as how the money that was taken from my card was money I needed for my childrens school event. I expect to be fully refunded said money's and hope that your company is honest enough to compensate me for being so inconvenienced.

I am complaining about unauthorized. Charges for the past five months on my debit card by audible. I have not subscribed to any services by audible but for the last five months, an unauthorized charge of $14.95 has been charge on my debit card account with bank of america without any authorization from me. Multiple unauthorized credit card charges that total $14.95 each. I will be notifying my bank and stating that these charges are fraudulent. I have never had any contact with the company Audible. I do not understand how this company has obtained my card information. This has been going on for months and I am demanding that these charges be stopped immediately and all monies refunded.

I have canceled 3 months in a row now. STOP billing me. Please credit my account back: 04/30/18 04/30/18 Audible adbl.co/bill NJ $15.38. This is ridiculous. And is the last time I ask nicely.
