Audible unauthorized charges by audible

I am complaining about unauthorized. Charges for the past five months on my debit card by audible. I have not subscribed to any services by audible but for the last five months, an unauthorized charge of $14.95 has been charge on my debit card account with bank of america without any authorization from me. Please kindly review and rectify the issue. Thanks

Audible unauthorized credit card charges

Multiple unauthorized credit card charges that total $14.95 each. I will be notifying my bank and stating that these charges are fraudulent. I have never had any contact with the company Audible. I do not understand how this company has obtained my card information. This has been going on for months and I am demanding that these charges be stopped immediately and all monies refunded.

Audible monthly charge

I have canceled 3 months in a row now. STOP billing me. Please credit my account back: 04/30/18 04/30/18 Audible adbl.co/bill NJ $15.38. This is ridiculous. And is the last time I ask nicely. PLEASE credit my account and quit billing me. Thanks! If you have any questions please contact me at 970.769.7924. I am taking a screenshot and recording all future communication.

Audible be aware of these charges!

Fourteen months worth of 14.95 charges on my credit card. Not paying attention, life going too fast. I guess when you buy the device you get one month free trial. If YOU DON'T cancel then you get the charge. I didn't even know about free trial.

Called today. Got the fourteen months credited back to my credit card with an email confirming this.

Encourage all to call if this is happening to you. They make money from dumb [censored] like me who do not pay attention.

Audible audible adbl

I was changedriving 15.95 and did not approve this. I have never signed nor want this. This is the second time I've emailed y'all concerning this matter I would appreciate someone reply. I really can't afford money being took off my car to do believe someone else was using my card that did not have my permission. I've had trouble with this in the past the matter I'm dealing with.

Audible unauthorized payments from bank account

I have noticed these charges of $14.95 on my bank statement for several months and did not know how to contact the company making these withdrawals from my account. I don't know why I didn't try to find out online but I found this page today. I did report it to my bank once but since I didn't have enough info nothing was done about it. y question now is, "Can anyone out there tell me what to do"?

Audible audible books

I never ordered this service and I don't know how they got my credit card number to charge me monthly $15.96. I can't call them as no phone number is on my monthly bank statement. My bank wants me to contact them first but that is not possible so now I'm making this complaint for fraudulent charges. I will be going to the bank and cancelling the credit charged to stop these charges from happening again

I do not know why with which right you steeled from me $ 14.95, by charging an unauthorized charge of $ 14.95, why do you do that...!, It's my money, and I never gave you the right to do that.

You are committing fraud and I am going to inform the Autridades so that they can take action if the charges made immediately do not come to an end.

Ustedes me estan cobrarando 14.95 sin autorizacion en mi cuenta y yo no he solicitado ningun servicio de Ustedes. Como esto es un fraude solicito se soluciene de inmediato para no tener que informar a las Autoridades competentes.

Audible unauthorized credit card charges & unauthorized membership with recurring charges

I was looking at Audible because it came to me as recommended by someone on Facebook. (Which, now, I realize was a marketing hoax.)
I looked at the e book company, but did not sign up for a membership and most definitely Did Not give any credit card information.
I notified my credit card company that I did not authorize the 2 charges of $16.37 and didn't know how they got my account number. They filed a dispute.
Today I looked up Audible's phone number on their web customer service page and called. Apparently, if you have EVER had an Amazon account they can enroll you and charge your card based on Amazon's records. I was appalled. This is a fraudulent act of Amazon (no surprise here) and Audible (probably a subsidiary). I assume it's disclosed in fine print somewhere... but if our credit card numbers can be transferred without our permission... this should be construed as Fraud and Illegal. Please write your "congress-persons" to get this practice stopped. (Before Amazon controls our government, if it's not too late.)

Audible monthly billing of 14.95 when I do not and never have had an audible account

You billed my debit card $14.95 on March 19th and I have never had an account with you nor have I ever authorized you to debit my account. It is my understanding that you have often taken Amazon info from actual subscribers and used that info to get other cards to bill without their authorization, this is fraud. Please stop being a fraudulent operation and go back to being legitimate. I have notified my bank of your fraud and asked them to look into your billing practices.

Audible I did not order any audible books from this company I never have if I don't get my refund and awake I am going to close my bank account

I need it was extracted from my bank account I never ordered any audible books and if I don't receive my refund in a week I'm going to close my account that way they can stop taking money out of my account. I have never had a company take out money out of my account without my knowledge and this is the first time that this has happened to me in my life

Audible billing

I have been billed by the Audible company for several months although I did not sign any contract with them. On December 22 I subscribed for a free trial by installing a free app on my phone. It was very unclear that after a month they will start billing me. I was not using the app at all. Then, on January 22, I was billed 14.95 USD (19.42 CD). Before the billing date, February 22, I cancelled the account on audible. The cancellation was confirmed but on February 22, I was still charged and I got an e-mail that my account had been renewed. I have not asked for it! How do I stop this from happening?

Audible unauthorized credit card charges

I was charged 12, 43 euros on the 18th of March by Audible. I did not order anything nor subscribe to any services.in fact, I have never even visited their website. I would like to know whether this is a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription to a service, since I'm not familiar with the website. I refuse to pay any bills to a service I have not ordered. I have received a Visa bill (which I'm not going to pay obviously), but what am I to do about it? Please respond quickly.

Audible who the hell are you???

Why the hell you have debited my account.
I don't own you then why you have debited my account.
I don't know you, I don't who the hell are you.
Refund my amount.
It is not a good behaviour to debit the amount if I have not used the service although I don't know you so how can I use your service and there is no customer care no to contact.
It's my humble request to you please refund my amount.

I have cancelled my debit card 2times to get this charge of 15.96 off my banking acct. I have called your cust service months ago and you said you'd handle the cancellation. Never happened. I consider you owe me at least 6 months of 15.96. If this is mot removed from my acct and I don't receive a notification via e mail of phone that you have cancelled I fully intend to pursue matter in small claims court. It would be interesting to get other complaints I see involved in a gathering of claims against your company. My phone is [protected]. Thank you for swiftly returning my call

Audible unauthorized charge on credit card

I noticed a charge on 3/17/2018 on my business charge card in the amount of $22.95. I DID NOT order any audible.com products (didn't even know what this was).

How do I get a credit back? I do not want this service
last 4 digits of cc are 7361
Please advise how to remedy this unauthorized charge immediately!

I do not know how this got charged to my business account as I am the only one authorized to charge on this account number!

Audible Unauthorized charge

My daughter's checking account was charged $15.87 on March 1, 2018. She did not authorize this. It is Citizens Bank account ending 2335. Please reimburse her.

Audible unauthorized credit card charges

I enjoy being Audible's customer since many years now.
Unfortunately, in the course of several last months I've been charged by "Audible Adbl.CO/Bill NJ. S" . I do not understand what is that charge for? Is it you who charged me, or is it a fraud of some kind? Can you help me with this issue somehow and most importantly, how can I get my money back?

Audible unauthorized credit card charges

Over the holidays, my son wanted to share one of his audible books with me and so we started to open the Audible app for me. We were unsuccessful with the book sharing and I deleted the app from my phone. I have been charged 14.95 twice and I want this refunded and further charges stopped.
