#invoice 20837 / 5-17-19I bid on a 8.86k diamond tennis necklace I took it to jewelers row in Phila to have it appraised it came back that it was 7.5k I notified them they told me they will send me a better replacement the replacement they send me was not a better replacement the diamonds are of low quality I left a phone messages to them I wanted to find out if the replacement was going to be of the same quality they never returned my call so I sent the better necklace back to them this past week I been sending them e-mails back and forth asking if I could have the necklace back due to the diamonds were of better quality now they tell me it was sent back to the cosigner to be taken apart for investigation there AIG reports are fraudulent I will never do business with this company I would like the original one back or my $5175.00 which I know won't happen there shrewed they waited to send the replacement after knowing the necklace I sent back was in transition thank you Katherine Zampitella

I believe I have won two bids( lot 267 and lot 292) on Sep 2. 2018 on auction king on line web
I have the highest bid before the lot expire. I have solid records. But I did not get the a award since the company claimed there is a technical problem. Just like Macy's or a Home Depot, they claim there are some on sale, and then when customers arrive at the store, you think they can say they made a mistake? no such thing.
I can provide the documents to approve if needed.

Hi, I bid and won some items on auctionking as well. but After reading some comments, i decided not to go on with the purchase. However, auctionking has send me an unpaid invoice letter saying they will "pursue all legal avenues available to us"
