AT&T / Modem / have not received my rebate for my modem

I use at&t services for my cellular phone and my landline. I ordered my high speed internet through at&t and requested a bundle packaged deal. I was told that there would be a rebate issued to me for the modem. it has been practically 2 months and i have not received anything yet. I call at least twice a week but, to no avail. I tried to go online to check the status of my rebate and learned that i was not in the system. I am thinking of cancelling all of my services with at&t because their advertisements are not at all true.
