AT&T my at&t landline phone service

2 weeks ago I requested a replacement unlisted landline phone number replacing my old number [protected].. i requested a certain number..your agent said that number was avilably [protected].sayin to activate it in 1 week... you attached a prompt to my old number telling the world, my phone number was being changed and you gave out the NEW unlisted number to anyone that called ..so you gave me another unlisted number [protected]...you did the same with that new number...now I have a 3rd number...[protected]. I cant activate it...im on my eighth service tech in 2 weeks..i work second shift at my job..i get home at 1 am..usually go to bed around 3am...sleep till 10am or 11am...and leave for work around 2pm...the don't not disturb feature dosent work...and att decides to call me at 730 am ..when I talk to your techs .they always say the lines are down or being serviced...nobody can fix anything...they always pass it off for someone else to fix...ALWAYS...I talk to a tech manager Saturday morning around 2am...he promised that this problem was goin to be fixed..that they would manually activate my phone and remove the prompt to tell the world what my new unlisted phone number is...BUT AS USUAL..HE PASSED IT OFF TO SOMEONE ELSE AND ITS STILL NOT RESOLVED...ARE THE PEOPLE AT ATT ALL A BUNCH OF LAZY PEOPLE ?...JAMES PAUL SUTHER ACC# [protected] ..

AT&T cell service

My wife and I work very hard to keep this bill paid in the past month and a half we have paid $ 900.00 in phone bills and are phones are still off because AT&T says we still owe fees we have been a customer for years I know that they could turn our phones on and I have been trying to keep up with everything and they won't even work with us. I wish that they and there employees would treat there Customers better and work with them to resolve problems instead of cheating and ripping them off they most try harder to do so there are lot of people that are struggling to keep there bills paid week to week month to month year to year something really needs to be done.

AT&T bundled services not available after advertised

I was advised by your representative Bryan on 11/28 that I was to bundle home phone, Internet and Direct TV all at 109 monthly charge. In addition, these perks will apply; free activation/installation, unlimited free cellular data, Direct TV app. 200 giftcard and unlimited wireless data. All services would be added on 11/30 from 12-4. Direct TV came right away. Then I even upgraded to a wireless package for the cost of 186.71. When I called to ask what happened on the home phone and internet service, I was advised not available in my area. I took a day off work for all to be done and it wasn't. Then found out all was a lie. I was misguided by your representative. I went over all the perks and they're not available either. I thought about keeping the plan but due to all the services are not available and I've been lied too, I just want my money back to get out of this without any issues. I've been advised that I have a credit on the account. Please keep what credits that are there they're added due to trying to keep me as a customer. I'm not due back any money except what I spent on the wireless boxes. We wouldn't be in this mess if it wasn't for your representative lying to get a sale. Funny, I do Sales for a living and it's about integrity which I think your company has lost. I'm not asking for anything free or a scam, I'm asking to do the right thing. If I owe you for a weeks worth of TV please let me know and I'll pay the bill. For the other things I don't. This has upset me so bad that my immune system was down and I got the flu this time. I hope that you understand and will do the right thing. Penny

AT&T annoying

I used AT&T in the past and left them because I was extremely disappointed with low quality of service. Recently they contacted me and said they wanted me back. I refused and told them that I'm already using another provider but they actually did not care. They offered me all kinds of bonuses and promised high quality service but I refused and asked AT&T to leave me alone. But they keep calling and offering me their service! I want them to stop bothering me!

AT&T service upgrade/bundle

I need a supervisor to contact me because I received some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced through AT&T. It is too much to type out, but I will at least give a synopsis:
*11/16/16 => Spoke with Raquel in Customer Care about concerns with Family Data...She asked me about all of my services (Wireless, Television, Home Phone and Internet). By the time I got off the phone, I was scheduled for 11/28/16 to be bundled under one company instead of having AT&T for some of my services and Spectrum for the other. I was excited about the opportunity to also save money.
*11/28/16 => At 8:15AM, DirecTV Technician Justin walked our complex and came to my door to tell me that we our not eligible for DirecTV because our apartment was not in the right line of sight. I told him that I mentioned to Raquel about my concern with our location and dishes. He asked me did she offer U-Verse and I told him that she offered it as the alternative. He recommend that I call and see if I could get the Tech who was scheduled to do my internet and phone, to go ahead and do my tv as well. I immediately called Customer Care/Customer Service and this is when everything went south:
A. I spoke with Jalisa and explained the situation, but she could not help me...She transferred me to DirecTV
B. I spoke to Tammie and explained the situation, but she could not help me...She transferred me to a different department
C. I spoke to Keisha and explained the situation and she cancelled the DirecTV, but couldn't do anything else so she transferred me back to AT&T.
D. I spoke to BC and explained the situation, but she could not help me and put me on hold.
E. Toya picked up the call and she started trying to help me. By this time, I had been on the phone for about 40 minutes. Sad to say, the call dropped while Toya was trying to get someone in a different Department to help me with a U-Verse Bundle.
F. On calling back, I spoke to Robert and he tried to pick up where Toya left off, but I had to explain everything to him. I thought that everything was settled because I had rescheduled for a different appointment when all the services could be done at once. Robert told me that the tech that was coming would be redirected because he would not be able to do the television/cable work on Monday. I got off the phone thinking that I was scheduled for December 16th and I headed in to work so that I would not have to use so much leave time.
G. I received multiple calls from Technician David (DK583K). He was concerned because I was not at home. I called him back and explained the situation. He wanted to know if I could come back but I told him about the rescheduled appointment. He encouraged me to contact Customer Care/Customer Service because I had not received a confirmation on my new appointment. He also explained that their are Saturday appointments that I was not offered so that I would not have to take off work. I was comfortable changing appointments, again, so I told him that I would just follow his guidance to confirm my appointment.
H. After getting off work, 5:50PM, I spoke to Cris. She had to fix my appointment because it was scheduled for December 12th not December 16th. I explained to her my frustration with the entire day and asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold and when she came back, she told me that I would receive a call from Supervisor Paul in 30 minutes.
I. Less than 10 minutes, I received a call from AT&T but I missed it because I was in the restroom. No voicemail was left, so I was not sure how to get in touch with whoever called
Overall, I have calmed down a little, but this was a pretty bad experience and I still have not received any other correspondence concerning my issues. I never spoke with Supervisor Paul. I did receive, via e-mail and text, confirmations for my appointment on the 16th.

AT&T overcharging

I signed up for what looked like a good deal with a DirecTV/ATT bundle. ATT brought their modem and installed it. When the rep from DirecTV arrived I realized that with more than one TV, my service would be much more expensive. I then decided to cancel the DirecTV but keep ATT.

ATT Uverse was to be about $49.00 per month. Here are my first three bills:

I was not happy with the amount, part of which was supposedly installation fees. I cancelled and was informed I would be charged an additional $150.00 for early termination. It's worth to get away from this dishonest company.

AT&T billing method

The at&t billing system: round up for debits... Round down for credits... Has anyone ever looked into this? The billing program bills a customer a month in advance for normal monthly service charges (A. K. A. Your rate plan). If you change your plan, add a new line of service or even simply change the "primary user designation" on your account, they billing system will process the change rounding up for debits (Charges for "new plan") , but round down for credits (The amount you've already paid due to the month in advanced billing). Inevitably your bill will increase anywhere from a couple bucks to what may look like twice a "normal" bill... With approximately 130 million cell phone accounts = a lot of money. A j. P. Morgan evp contacted at&t about the inconsistency with the billing and included specific examples = his email was passed around to multiple departments & never answered

AT&T u verse

At the end of August I got a bundle deal with AT&T and Direct TV and 2 weeks later I decided to cancel it. When I called they said I would have to pay x amount of money to have it cancelled and I asked why it should not be a contract and they said it is a contract. I later went down to Direct TV and spoke with a manager, I told them about how the man who came to install everything was harassing my neighbor, I did not want the dish in the middle of my front yard, and he never explained how to use anything. They also charged my credit card in the amount of $460 without my permission. I returned my equipment with him and they told me to take the UVERSE to AT&T to return it, which I ended up mailing it in (I have confirmation of return). After speaking with the manager he gave my information to his assistant to contact me and get it resolved. They refunded my $460 and his assistant called me 3 or 4 times to make sure it was being resolved properly and that my account had been cancelled. As of Oct 5 it was all refunded and cancelled on both ends (AT&T and Direct TV as they are saying they are combined) of my knowledge. Then the beginning of November Direct TV sent me a bill for $460 and I just assumed it was a mistake because the week after I got a bill that stated my $460 had been credited to my account. Then on 11/11/16 I got a call from a debt collector saying AT&T sent me to collections and I owe $537.27. Not once did I ever hear from AT&T or get a bill from them during this whole situation. So since October 5, 2016 I've been under the impression my account has been cancelled I owe nothing, then when I spoke to a representative on the phone from AT&T they said yes I do have an amount due but they couldn't figure out what they were charging me for since it was sent to a collection agency. They were unable to help me over the phone and recommend I go into the store and speak with a manager. I tried calling again and even spoke to the collection agency telling them the situation and they said I need to be on a conference call with them to AT&T to have it voided. This whole ordeal is causing me a lot of stress and I just want it resolved. Having them send something to collections when I never received a bill from them and was under the impression this account has been closed for over a month with no amount due angers me. It is ruining my credit having this sent to collections! Please help me get this resolved!

AT&T u-verse community construction

On November 15, 2016 a group Hispanic workers arrived in my sub division and proceeded to dig up everyone's yard. I requested authorization and no one spoke English. Finally there supervisors comes over to explained they are installing new U-verse lines for our community. He explained it was authorized by the county. My only concern was making sure my property was returned to the pre-construction state. He assured me that this wouldn't be a problem. I have spent a great deal of money this past spring/summer having my yard resodded.I expect for it to look like it looked before the construction but it doesn't. Also the workers left empty water bottles all over my lawn. Please tell me who is going to pay to have my yard repaired.

AT&T wireless

To whom this may concern my tn is [protected] and I have places 2 calls to at & t go phone to request outage credit I am a Louisiana flood disaster victim and after speaking with a rose who said she was a supervisor denied me a 3 days outage credit I called today and spoke with a supervisor which I am sure quality assurance was monitoring calls she also denied me I would like this documented of the treatment and I have been a long time cust can someone please respond back

AT&T business phone line down

I volunteer at a local non-profit in stockton, ca. Within a 2 week period, (Beginning october 18th) our phone line has twice been inoperable (Can't receive or make calls). This effected our credit machine use also as it is on that same phone line. We lost sales due to the problem, and both times - att couldn't come out to resolve issue until 4 days later (On a saturday). They resolved it the first time (Or so they said) , but a few days later, we had the same issue. It was found not to be faulty on our end - as we had internet service and all other equipment was in working order.

We couldn't get through to a human being by any means, email, phone etc. Talk about getting the run around - the company's service is truly horrible and unacceptable (Especially when you consider this is a business account in long standing with att). I'm hoping this complaint finds its way to the proper department so something can be done about this. I believe our account should receive a credit (For the approximate 8 days of no service) and due to the loss of income we experienced during the 4 days of waiting.

AT&T unethical behavior

On 31 October 2016 at about 2pm an at&t installer utility vehicle
entered my front driveway in order to turn around, no permission asked.
In the process of doing this, he left deep wheel ruts in my front lawn. I traced his vehicle to my next door neighbor. The registration on the truck was
A34519, and another number on the back area was [protected]. Work was
being done at 1508 Winding Way, Anderson, Indiana. I live at 1430 Winding Way.

AT&T direct tv

When I took service I was on call for 1hour and they said we don't have cell phone unlimited plan. Without direct tv if u take our direct tv we give u unlimited plan and also they committed with me Indian channels and I was shocked when installation person told me there is no Indian channels and every month I was on call because they told with with cell phone and direct tv bundle is just 289 and every month I get my bill [protected] I was so upset now I need to cancel my direct tv so shocking thing they told me cancellation fee oh God every single persons their lies to every one my last call today and lady is not willing to help if any any reliable person there call us back and plz resolve our issues I have my 100 of family's members here they all gonna fed up u At&t Thanks

AT&T at&t u verse service

I have extremely serious complaints about the service. I was out of work since April of 2016. I went for a temporary position in August and then I started a permanent position in September. I called constantly to alert AT&T about the situation with my bill pay. I am on the phone right with a representative who is absolutely disrespectful to the point where I had to hang up the phone. I am in a billion dollar industry and I provide a service for people to obtain homes and AT&T is a phone company who takes no interest in their customers. I know that I may be only ONE of millions but it is still very unnecessary the way you are treated. I only owed $140.00 for the September bill, mind you I have been out of work since April 8th, 2016. AT&T treated me like a number and not a person. I was never given any concern or sympathy towards my situation. I wanted to pay my bill and keep my service. When I called to make the payment, they added on the October bill and would not accept ANY payment unless I paid $328.00 plus obtain new service. That is absurd and very unacceptable. I remember growing up and there was ONLY AT&T but now with all of the technology and just greed for money instead of customers, there are so many other companies in competition. I see why and I thank GOD that we have options because AT&T does not give you any options other than a very long story about how they do things and that they want to keep you as a customer. Honestly, AT&T representative sounded like DONALD TRUMP...A big ignorant bag of air. I am appalled at the way I was treated and companies like Time Warner Cable will give you a special promotion for signing up with them if you are a victim of AT&T, now that is bad and sad. I received an amazing package with them AND they set me up the same day for free. I have some suggestions for AT&T and they really need to think about PEOPLE and not some of their stupid policies that they have in place if you have a problem or a complaint about your bill. I was late for my August payment and I could not pay until the 1st of September and I paid the bill in full $197.00 but I paid on 9/2 and because the new bill came out the same time that I paid the late bill, they took the full payment but I did not get full service. They put my TV services on but no internet and phone. My grandmother is 95 years old and could not call out for weeks and you call this CUSTOMER SERVICE I guess its just like DONALD TRUMP becoming PRESIDENT of THE UNITED STATES. Thanking my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for protection and grace and mercy. Thank you AT&T for sending yet another customer to better service...some place else. I even have HBO, SHOWTIME and Starz FREE for 6 months because of what I explained happened to with AT&T. I have an offer to get 6 more of my friends to leave AT&T and Time Warner Cable will give ALL my friends an family a great deal. When I grew up there were no other companies like this. AT&T has been in business for decades but if you look at how they have to partner up with other ventures was some what unsettling and NOW I SEE WHY! I have tried to speak with Managers to get a resolve before they lost my business completely. The only service they gave me was through their nasty mouths and very cocky attitudes and I will spend time switching people over to TIME WARNER CABLE to extend the benefits of HUMANS that care about THE REAL CUSTOMERS as opposed to complete shut off of service for a late payment of $140.00 for a family with a 95 year old lady living in the house day to day with no PHONE because AT$T said that I need to double a bill and that was my penalty for not paying it on time. You guys are the SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA in making other business for people. Thank you so much. If one day some one will read this and care about a customer, you reach me at [protected]. Please also send me a copy of my balance so that I may mail in payments of $5.00 a month. Even though it is required to pay it does not matter how much I pay as long as I make payments according to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I will still keep a house and I can by another home. AT&T will be loosing a lot more customers. I promise to spread the word. The worst part happened today. I never heard a man talk so much. today at 9 Am this morning please check my account [protected] and the passcode 3392 another joke. The representative was the worst. He didn't give me a chance to explain anything and he had an excuse for everything.

AT&T directv bundle

I set up for Directv but could not bundle with my wireless until it was installed. They did not come to install when they scheduled. I received a telephone call from a man who left a message. His accent (Indie or Paki) was so thick I could not understand what he was saying.
Then before I can call to find out what happened I get an email saying I have cancelled my plan.
When I called to find out they had no record of my order. When we went through the process of the order again they said they needed to do a credit check. We have been AT&T customers for over 20 years. Seriously? Our credit is locked and it costs to open up. One more step away from using AT & T even for our wireless anymore.

AT&T purchase of new iphone 7 plus

I was misled by AT&T local store in Portsmouth, Ohio. They said that a program existed, and it did, where I can trade my old phone back for $650 when I buy a new iPhone. They said the deadline was Sept. 30 and they told me this on Thursday Sept. 22. I went back yesterday, 27th and they informed me that they were wrong. They said that the sell ended the 25th. They admitted that they were wrong. I would have bought the phone before the 25th but I was told the 30th. I was not the only one.
I am punished by their mistake. They now said that I can get $150 for the old phone. Unfortunately, I now have to pay $500 more because of their mistake. I will go and talk to Verizon unless AT&T stands with what they have told me. I was misled. Why can't I get the deal that I was promised?

AT&T u verse equipment returns

U-verse account [protected]. I return internet receiver using recommended by att ups store service (At&t cpe return receipt, oms order # [protected], date of return 07/13/2016, cofirmation reference # 986-[protected]).
Despite of this my account charged today $150 for non-returned equipment charges.

I returned my equipment to AT&T and I Have my CPE return receipt and they are still charging me for the Equipment. $404 I need this taken care of because they have turned this over to the collections and this as been a nightmare for me. I have called them over and over.

AT&T bundled satellite and internet

I am moving and have been a DirectTV customer since 2013, and prior to that I was a customer from 2008 to 2011. First and foremost do not believe this is one company yet, AT&T may have bought DirectTV but you need to deal with two companies with horrible customer server to get anything done. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with one or the other and still have not settle this. First my move date is 9/30, I got a delivery of service date for both companies for 9/19, I don't own the house yet! Then I called AT&T and they said well we will have to see if that time is available for you, you should of set that time up initially, then when I called DirectTV they had the correct time, but the incorrect package and price, after I got hung up on once, I am still no closer to solving this. I have been hung up several times, the cost is completely different on the email, to on the phone, to what I have, I swear the snot noise brat I was talking to was stoned out of his mind, and I still cannot get any answers that would even come close to making me feel all warm and fuzzy.

AT &T Loyalty dept promised me a $100 gift card

AT &T Loyalty dept promised me a $100 gift card when I switched from Uverse TV to Direct TV That was over 3 mos. ago in Mat of 2016 and I still have not received it.

When I call the Loyalty dept to inquire as to when it will be sent, they keep telling me it's on it's way. That has been over 2 weeks ago on 8/19/16 & again on 8/26/16... and STILL NO Rewards card.I am losing all faith in AT&T.

The loyalty Dept also upgraded my internet without my request or authorization at an increased rate of $57.I was on AT&T Access for low income families for $10 P/Month and they raised it to $67 p/month. BLEW MY MIND and really, really made me angry!

I believe I will have to file a complaint against them with the FCC. This type of illegal practice should be not be allowed. They should bring action and force AT&T to pay huge fines for illegal practice of FCC rules and regulations. SHAME ON YOU AT&T

AT&T direct tv and unlimited data

I wanted unlimited data on my phones so I heard of the promotion they were having about getting unlimited data if you sign up for Direct TV. I was assured by 2 different sales representatives that I could hook one box for 2 tvs. When installers came they said I could not. I canceled installation until I could be sure. That's the 2nd time at&t lied to me. I figured the installer worked for direct TV and could not tell me it could hook up to 2 tvs (they would lose money). I got it installed the next day. Well to my dismay, I could not hook up but the TVs. I called AT&T and was assured they would come in to add other three boxes for no additional charge, just the $7.99/month rental. She transferred me to DirecTV Associate. They said they could not do that without charging me installation charge of $99 per box. After much frustration, I asked him to just cancel my entire service and let me go back to what I had before. They said I would be responsible for paying the two-year contract! WHAT? I fought hard, even cried for 2 long hours to get my package back after much debate. I'm very unhappy the way AT&T lied to me twice by two different sales representatives and the way DirecTV handled the issue threatening me to pay 2 years for a service I was not happy with after only hours after it was installed. All they had to do was waive the installation charge from the second visit...I never lied to them and was very direct about what I wanted. Directtv blamed at&t and said they'll tell you anything to get the sale. I canceled with directtv but am stuck with at&t because of my cellphone contract. BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS!

Each television has to have it's own separate box. When you get unlimited data you cannot use your phone as a hotspot anymore. Just information for future reference.
