ATsignT U-Verse Costumer Service / customer service
We called AT#T customer service last Thursday, reported that the remote control was out. The customer service rep falled to put this in the notes or even put in a ticket for the remote to be replaced. The rep reported the remote will arrive Monday. Now it is Monday, and no remote. We have spent over an hour with AT#T customer service, got transferred numerous times, and hung up on. We called back and spoke with a manager. The rep that we spoke to on Thursday did not even put in that we called. Our TV is only functional by manual, I have to sit on the floor and manually change the TV. It is difficult for me to get up with a knee implant. Their customer service is very poor and not reliable.
