Dr Levin placed a $120.00 collection account on my credit since 12/2007. This is billed to me by mistake of his billing department and the Doctor does not want to admitted his office made an error. Levin stated because I was Joanna's father I should be responsible for the bill, I believe this is a cover-up for his incompetants to correctly bill the proper individual.

Back in 2005 My daughter Joanna Nicodemo required a doctor's visted to his office, she was 21 year old at the time. She may have been a student then, but under my wife's medical insurance. I did not have medical insurance back then nor I have it now, I am under my wifes policy (Keystone Health Plan East YXH40227949 01). I have not been a patient of Dr. Levin since 2003. I put a dispute into both Experian and Equifax, and could not remedy it. The collection account is with AR Resources INC. [protected], The #is: 1614988, they state they can remove it only by payment. Dr. Levin only has the authority to remove it, and Levin states he can not remove it. This makes my angry, they just want payment for something I am not responsible for. This has created problems to maintain a good credit rating. I would like to asked for financial demages from Dr. Levin for the pain and suffering I have endure with a low credit rating because of his mistakes.
My name is Joseph Nicodemo, [protected], 27 White Pine Dr. Sewell, NJ 08080. Thank You for your help.

did you sign the paperwork for the visit?if not then the doctor maybe committing fraud...which means if it is signed and it is not you signiture...then he is committing fraud..period...and if he is... he could lose his practice...now that is a bitter sweet revenge. and the credit company will have to remove it from your credit report if it is indeed a fraud! and if they don't SUE THE PANTS OFF OF THEM AS WELL...GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS...OH GIVE THE DOCTOR HEADS UP BECAUSE YOU WANT TO MAKE HIM SWEAT FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE ...ESPECIALLY SINCE HE PUT AN ADULT ON YOUR BILL. CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A GOOD COMPLAINT AGAINT THIS DOCTOR...FIRST. it is a tool free #.
