Atmos Enery / Very bad costomer service
This is peak season of winter and we don't have the heat at home. We have paid our Gas bills to Atmos Energy on Monday and this is thursday. They have not reconnected our gas. We can't cook, we can't take bath as we our water heater is also gas.
Everytime I call them I have to be on hold atleast for two hours and when I do finally speak to someone at Atmos, I am told the gas will be on next day. It has been going on for the last four days. I thing this company is finest example of the abuse of monopoly.
It probably whould have been OK if we did not have a six year old grand daughter not visiting us. Shame on Atmos.
