Wrong cartridge
I have purchased a cartridge from Atlanticinkjet website and received the wrong one. I contacted them right away and asked for a replacement and they said that was impossible because my cartridge was not in stock. When I asked for a refund they said sure and promised to contact me back later. Two days passed and they said that refund was issued and told that it would take approximately 5 days to get it. But unfortunately everything they said was just a scam, they never gave my money back and later they stopped replying. Do not order anything from this place!
I urge you to not order anything from them
I represent a medical business who has been ordering high quantity cartridges from Atlantic Inkjet for several years. We had problems with the remanufactured cartridges working in our printers, went to original cartridges but by then our printers would not work. I tried to make a return or get credit for several unused, unopened cartridges but the company refused any credit or refund at all. They could not care less about keeping me as a customer and I urge you to not order ANYTHING from them.
I ordered two cartridges for my Canon MX882 from AtlanticInkjet.com, supposedly a Canadian store. I was hoping to get something better than my last cartridges from a different company. When I clicked on the “more details” link, it said the ink was made in America. I would have to take the chips out of my old cartridges and put them into the new ones, but I was willing to try.
What I received were two G&G cartridges from a place called Re-Inks in California. They said they are now Atlantic Inkjet. I emailed them saying they were not the ones I ordered, and the guy said they must have pulled the wrong cartridges in the warehouse. Sure! I asked if they really did have the advertised cartridges. No response.
If I had wanted G&G cartridges, I could have gotten 6 of them for $19.99 from e-Bay, free shipping. I would not have paid $21.97 for two of them.
I did get my money back with a moderate amount of trouble. I phoned and had to punch the button for wanting to place an order to get someone to talk to. But I just wanted to keep as many other people from stepping in this one as I can. So far my new order from PeachTree Ink seems good.
There are several reputable compatible inkjet and toner cartridge companies out there. I would look for the ones that have products that are Made In USA and not in China. Google made in usa toner cartridges for some companies with high quality cartridges and low costs.
