When we bought our ATV Atlantic Cycle forced us sign a paper that stated that we would return to them for a $300 oil change. We signed it. My family and the sales guy drove it, for about an hour in the parking lot, it worked great till they "prepped it". WHAT A JOKE. We paid for it then tried to load it up. They couldn't start it or return our money so I threatened to call 911 about them keeping my money and giving us a broken product so the sales guy saw that I meant business so he ran to the Atlantic Cycle mechanic who apparently broke it who fixed it again. We waited like 4 hrs for them to fix it they refused to let us just peek in at the doorway (not all the way in) at our ATV as we had no idea what they were really doing to our new ATV. They got it started again, made some stupid excuse why it didn't start after they prepped it and it worked fine . The ATV worked fine for several months till we brought it back to Atlantic Cycle for a scheduled oil change (they said after 2 miles of driving it would need this) but it wouldn't start when we got it back from Atlantic Cycle, they had to take it back in and fix it, we rarely drive it now because it rarely starts. I spoke to several neighbors and other ATV owners in this area who had EXACTLY the same problem and story even given the same excuse of why their ATV wouldn't start. BEWARE OF ATLANTIC CYCLE THEY ARE THIEVES AND GIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
