I paid an account for Sprint communications one year ago to a different collection agency. I received a letter from Asset Care informing me that I still owed money for Sprint. Hmmm, luckily I saved my paid in full letter. When I called I was helped by a rude woman who refused to give me a fax number so that I could fax my letter to. She refused to give me an email. What legitimate business tries to collect money from someone and not have a fax number? She hung up on me twice.

This company keeeps trying to contact me about a debt I have already paid...In December of last year I had a phone conversation with someone and agreed to settle the debt for 91.99...I sent them a check...They keep sending me a bill..I called them and now they say that they have the right revoke the agreemenet. ..Not only that but they couldn't get the payment right as to what was sent to them 3 times, before they got it right. However, I sent them what we had come to an agreement on.
