Let me start by saying that part of this problem is probably my fault.

I ordered online from this company and received the product in an undamaged box so I wrapped it as a present. When the present was opened at Christmas the item was found broken.

On 12/26 I started calling and sending e-mails to the company at least three of each.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Linden, NJI received no answer to anything even after their answering machine insured someone would call back.
The BBB in the area attempted to mediate for me but all I received was their 15 day return policy.
Please be wary of, or any company that makes NO attempt at personal contact to try and settle a customers problem. These type of companies DO NOT deserve our business.
