Let me start by saying that part of this problem is probably my fault.

I ordered online from this company and received the product in an undamaged box so I wrapped it as a present. When the present was opened at Christmas the item was found broken.

On 12/26 I started calling and sending e-mails to the company at least three of each. I received no answer to anything even after their answering machine insured someone would call back.

The BBB in the area attempted to mediate for me but all I received was their 15 day return policy.

Please be wary of, or any company that makes NO attempt at personal contact to try and settle a customers problem. These type of companies DO NOT deserve our business.
