Assassin Naturals Unauthorized charging account

This company: Charged me the incorrect price against my credit card, also signed me uo for automatic charges for multiple savings accounts.
My credit card caught them on fraud alert and closed my card. They keep changing their name when they charge your credit card.

I did receive the Assassin Natural battery with 1 refill. I was suppose to get 40 refills. You're on your own as to figure out how this works as they do not provide instructions. So don't complain if you don't receive the product. Just try to cancel and get your money back. Good luck.

I called Assassin Naturals (the name fits) after hearing their radio commercial regarding smoking cessation. I spoke with a reprentative and after hearing his spiel said it was not for me. Unfortunately, I had already given him my credit card number (how stupid can you get). He got very nasty and sounded like a thug. Three months later, this crap comes in the mail with a $79.90 bill already charged to my credit card. I have had to call my credit card company and cancel my credit card for fear Assassin Naturals will just keep charging my card. It's scary.

I ordered a product that was advertised as free. They charged my checking account 79.90. I called and complained. The representative who was rude, told to send back the shipment. The company was suppose to refund the 79.90 and cancel any further shipments. I sent the product back and insured the package so I could track the shipment. Meanwhile they sent me another months supply without my permission and also charged me another 79.90. I sent this back. I called the company again to inquire the status of my refund. He told me that my refund for the 79.90 was credited to my account. I told him it is not in my account. I asked him about the second refund, and was told he couldn't find any information about that. I asked to speak with someone from the refund department. I was told he couldn't find that number and he hung up on me. I have closed my checking account and the bank said that there was not any deposits of 79.90 yet.

We bought the Smoke Assassin package. Expensive. Worked one day and quit. Have tried for 3 days to get through to customer service and either it is busy or you are put on hold and then disconnected. We are supposed to get our money back for the first 30 days, but here is no information about how to do that. Also, I understand they will keep charging the credit card.

What can a person do?

I have called their customer service number 3 times to cancel my order. No one answers, I get an automated "please hold" message and sit on hold for over 20 minutes each time. What a scam of a company. I have contacted my bank to block all charges from them. They can ship all the product they want but they're not getting paid for any of it.

only asked for trial offer which cost ten dollars and recieved another shipment in the mail today and they took eighty dollars out of my acct. without my approval

I had ordered this same product several weeks ago, and still have not yet recieved it.
A 79.00 charge was deducted from my checking account. After several calls to this company, most of them with a 15 minute hold time, I was told that it was in the mail.
I waited another week, and still no product.
I called back again, and asked to speak to a supervisor, who then assured me"that my checking account would be cridited next week.
I have since them, wrote to the Attorney Geenerals office, and to the Better Business Bureau, and Im awaiting for them respond.
This company needs to be shut down for there fraudulent practices.

I need a phone # for these $&#^suckers if anyone has it . Thats twice now that they've drawn 79.99 out of my checking account w/out my permission . I have to go in today and cancel the card I ordered it with and get a new bank card . How is this legal ?

well i called this company and reluctlantly paid 79.90 for the product which i still havent gotten a month later and i found out this morning they took another 79.90 out of my account the correspondance whith them are as follows
ordered the product was told to recieve in 7 to 14 days
14 days later called "oh we are slow shipping wait till tomorrow and call if no product
2 days later oh wait till friday
monday called oh your product was on backorder wait a week and call back so i asked if i still hadnt gotten my product can i get a refund she said yes thats no problem
two days ago called they said product has shipped and i cant get a refund till i recieve product
i got billed today and called and they hung up on me when i told them my name so i called back and wouldnt tell them my name till i told them my experience and how it was less than desirable she said well i will send your product out and i was like no give me all my money back she said she couldnt till i got the product and i asked how they can send a "second" product out but not refund my money then asked to speak to a manager she said it will do no good till i get the product i asked how can i recieve a product if there IS no product and she hung up on me

Assassin Naturals failure to ship product that was charged on my credit card.

This product was advertised on the radio with their toll-free number. When I called, I was given all the details and how this would help me quit smoking. He said if I needed to order more cartridges all I had to do was order them on the internet. I have yet to receive the original order promised to me. Oh and by the way there isn't a website! Not one that I can find any way! I believe I have been ripped off. I tried calling the toll free and it just says their office is currently closed.

Try 800/599-3912 - that is the # on their website. smokeassassin.com (no www) I ordered also and did receive mind today but they charged me $79.90 instead of only the $9.95 for shipping & handling they said they were going to. The website also states that customer service is only open 9-6 EST.

Assassin Naturals Fraud

Got information from a radio ad on Sirrius Radio. And thinking it was legitimate, Sent for the package to help stop smoking. Turns out that they also have charged me for another one that I have not authorized. I am canceling the credit card account due to this fraud. But I would like to know if there is somewhere that I might file a criminal charge against these people? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

trying to quit smoking. ordered on cc one mo. supply only just to see if would work for me. did not authorize at time of order for future shipments, cause may not be for me {which it was not}. received first original order which I was charged for...then following month found charge of $79.90 applied again from AssassinNaturals but no shipment received which I did not want anyway nor did I authorize. tried calling Assassin Naturals @ [protected] with only "all circuits are now busy" signal which went on for 2 days & still cannot reach them. stopped charges on cc and filed fraudulent charges w/my cc service. Product not working for me & I strongly reccommend to all to NOT even consider purchase to begin with. definitely not worth money, time and/or purpose of defeating smoking habit.

I bought this to quit smoking. When I finally recieved it they didn't tell me I needed a computer to charge it the tobacco was suppose to be menthol it wasnt. I was very unhappy but I paid for it so I put it in a drawer next thing I know The company took another 79.90 out of my checking account without permission and it put me in overdraft, Now the bank has my account on hold until this company reverses the charges and it has been 11 days. The bank told me I may have to close this account and open a new one but I still have to wait until assassin naturals releases my money. I can't get any answers from this company.What a Scam

I ordered a one time trial of a non tobacco product on the phone which a local radio station was advertising, little did i know that they had a scam going on, a) the product didn't work as promised they said it emitted a smoke vapor, months later, to my unknowing surprise, my checking acct. Was billed i had no knowledge of this. Which required me to contact my bank to stop further charges! One week later i received a package of what they called refills, but at the same price as the original unit it self.

they promisse to charge $10 for a 30 days trail product.They charge me $79, 70.I send the product back they said gonna give my money back.NO!30 days later(11-09-2009) they charge me again $79, 90 from my bank account and when i try to talk to costumer service and said my order number they hang up on me.

I ordered a stop smoking kit with the understanding no other product would be charged. Three months later, my checking account was charged $79.95 for product from this company with nothing sent to me.I have had trouble reaching this company. All i get is a automated answering service.

Aug. 03, 2009 I placed an order and my account was deducted $79.90. My order was never recieved. On Sept. 08, 2009 my account was deducted another 79.90 and after a call was reimbursed. Today Sept 28, 2009 I called the customer service number and was hung up on 4 times.

My Father order this product a year ago. He has had to return it ten times. The last time he returned it, he never got another product. They will not call him back to let him know where his product is. What can we do about this? I have also been in contact with them but they will not return my calls either. I also heard about this product on the radio. I ordered it and when i canceled the service they started double charging me. I also had to cancel my credit card to make them stop.

I heard about assassin over the radio. I ordered the trial and updated to the $80 package. when it arrived the battery would not charge. I called them and they said they would send another battery. Another package arrived in the meantime just two weeks later. I wanted for the battery. None came. Another three packages arrived just weeks apart. I called and was told they would refund my money for only the last three packages. No refund yet. I contacted my credit card company from what I read on this site. thanks to all who are writing.

Yep they got me too the same exact thing happened. Check your acct regularly and change your info if you haven't already they will also send your information to companies called easy saver and encore marketing.
