The machine has been great for about 8 months. After 8 months, the first problem was a broken wheel. I called Nordictrack since it is under warranty. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me a part. The part took 7 days to arrive and at that point, I could schedule service. It took the service personnel another week to get there. The part was wrong! So now the new part had to be ordered and that took a couple days at my insistence. Then Repair was called and they finally fixed the machine. I used the machine 7 times and the other side had the same symptoms. Nordictrack again sent me the wrong part and it took 7 days to get it. Luckily two wheels were ordered on the first machine repair so I had the right part. PLASTIC WHEELS! Need I say more? I had bought the 5 year extended warranty and I guess I need to get a stay at home job in order to keep the machine going. I personally think that this machine should be identified by the better business bureau.
