This company is hired by Edison company to trim trees from wires. They are apparently exempt from responsibility on their part of damaging a tree to the extent of endangering a home and possible harm or death to inhabitants of the home. They trimmed 2 30' * trees sitting together approximately 10-15 feet from my home. They cut half the trees foliage from one side making them top and side heavy and in danger of falling from the weight load and Santa Ana winds that frequent this area. They simply shrug their shoulders and tell me it is my responsibility to fix their damage. I had to hire someone to trim enough of the balance of the tree to avoid a tragedy.
Well apparently Mr Russell had my 15-year-old daughter in his hotel room in Baldwin county recently and was feeding her cocaine and marijuana and having sexual relations with a minor 15 year old the authorities have already been informed I just would like for you to know what kind of employee you have working for your company a druggie a pedophile
On 3/22/2023 the asplundh crew cut the tree and left a mess by the road I ask if they was coming back to clean up one of the guys said yes we will be back tomorrow and no one showed up and the leafs blowing in my yard I need someone to come and clean it up
Don't expect anything from them they are paid for making messes!
A crew was cutting trees along the power lines on my road. They left leaf debris all over my driveway and yard. They cut my tree in half.

Causing blocking traffic view and pulling whatever cable from pole on street and blocking easement water flow, which Indian trail reject to service easement.

They may be good people, but some just don't give a crap and don't care about the damage that they cause, others would like to do more, but being held back by whoever hired them to do the work to begin with. I have had my own bad extreme experience, and went through hell to get some of the mess down to size and off the fence, as I am disabled and have no one to help me. As the over 7 foot logs with over a 7 inch diameter are 99% of my entire body weight. So don't keep ditztimg on the complaints as they are fact, and if you need help ya have to keep making yourself clear as to what has taken place. I sent the pictures, n videos in as to what took place. Folks shouldn't have to kill themselves over this type of negligence. I would have been laying dead in my backyard if I would have just settled. So you need to keep out of it when you have no idea what folks are going through.

Yesterday I was driving up buffalo shoals road when my bmw was bombarded by wood chips. Messed up my suv and almost put my eye out. I have wood chips in my car and face. When I stopped and got out a guy came to see if I was okay but I left to go to the hospital and when I came back no one was there.
FPL sent Asplundh (their contracted service personnel) out last week. Trimmed palms, & somehow knocked down my cable "drop" line to house. This will cost $50.00
How will I be reimbursed (asap)?
I have no photo's, but do have an invoice from comcast.Spent morning waiting on them.
