Aspen Dental teeth that first name me gag! teeth that do not fit properly!

When I went to Aspen Dental they gave me a price of $9, 000 for Foreman at work to give me a new set of teeth and to do extractions! I proceeded with the procedure and after getting my set of teeth I found out that I had a gag reflex! Despite the fact that I had to gag reflex they decided to proceed anyway! Dr. Cheeks assured me things will get better! After the final set of Dentures were prepared I still gagged so they filed down the Chiefs I didn't gag anymore but the fit was improper! I have no use for these to stay uncomfortable it's like wearing a size 14 shoe when you wear a 9! These are totally useless to me after spending $9, 000!

Aspen Dental lack of dental care in winona, mn.

This is a follow-up on my initial complaint dated 8-27-18. Shortly after my complaint I contacted Lisa, Phone # [protected], who indicated my $163.00 would be put back on my credit card and the matter would be investigated. NOTHING HAPPENED. I contacted her again on 9-17-18 about my refund and she indicated she would get back with me. A week later NOTHING. It is apparent the dentist, who refused to prescribe an anabiotic for a confirmed infection, is not the only one who is incompetent. This matter needs to be investigated because the dentist poses a risk to the community. My friend in Winona stated"your experience with Aspen is not reflective of the dental care we receive in this area". I believe my friend, and again I am requesting a complete refund of my money because I received no treatment while in Winona. Someone who provides oversight can contact me at [protected] or [protected]@charter.net
Thank you

Aspen Dental dental and office management.

Around May I had several fillings placed, since then I have had two of the teeth that Aspen "fixed" extracted, due to an increase in pain. I had the first one pulled at the Aspen office, the dentist stated she had tried to save it. When she pulled the tooth it was not numb, I felt everything. After all that Aspen dental charged me for pulling it, as well as the cavity they filled in this tooth.

This location dental exam room in the same if not worse condition.. and i saw NO signs of sterilization of instruments... i have many pictures of the room i was in.. and will submit them to you... My name is Freda Lopp i had a appointment today at 11:00 am.. the service was suppose to a periodontal cleaning. Aspen Dental bad treatment services and personnel!!

I went to Aspen Dental to get a top plate made after having my upper teeth removed by my regular dentist! I was surprised when the receptionist told me rudely to "Sign in and sit down"It was steady downhill from there. All they seemed to care about was my financial status(as I was paying out of pocket). The cube they sat me in for my procedure was full of gnats and there were several pieces of stuff on the floor, I assume from other procedures. I was then put through one of their many procedures and cast were taken. I was told to come back in 2 weeks. All in all it was a long drawn out mess. After what seemed like forever they had my plate ready(although they hurried it up because I complained that they did not inform me how long their process took) . I showed up for my plate and was handed a zip lock bag with a plate and told to" put it in" and then escorted to the door, although I had questions about care and maintenance. This was the very rude and now I am afraid to return there for my permanent plate. All Aspen wants is your money!

Aspen Dental double billed! assault!!

In May of 2017 I signed a contract for dentures with aspen dental for over 6000 dollars! Full upper and partial lower! Was told this was Total cast in the door and out! Have signed contract stating 00.00 balance! In June I went back for adjustment after gum swelling went down! Dentist was to finish taking out part of molar that he didn't get first time! When he started to inject me with numbing the needle hit my jaw bone and hurt extremiling bad causing me to jerk a bit. The dentist had his arm resting on my arm and he jerked back and began to scream at me! " what the hell is wrong with you" " you are not to move do you hear me" " you are to never move do you hear me"! Over and over yelling at me! " now I'm going into the other room to calm down and you do the same before I get back"! I got up and left! I would have never been back but I had paid for everything already!
I went back in December to get my permanent dentures fitted and made! That took 3 more visits! Never was I told there were anymore charges! Then in January on the last visit I ask " ok I'm done right"? Yes you are finished'
I was sent an email asking for a review of my experiences with Aspen dental, I gave a true account of the dentist and said I would never recommend them to anyone! A few weeks later I recieved a bill for my lower partial for over a 1000 dollars! They submitted it to insurance which I no longer had! When insurance wouldn't cover they changed the date to May 2017 and recieved a partial payment from insurance ! They then sent me a bill with the remaining amount they were trying to over bill me for! So insurance fraud! I called the office manager who was new! He stated he would investigate and write it off if he had too! Well now it's been sent to Collectiins !
Please help me!
Catherine Flores

Aspen Dental insurance coverage

I have quite possibly the best insurance in the game (Guardian) and I have had this insurance through my mother since the day I was born 18 years ago. I went into Aspen Dental in Findlay, Ohio on 08/09/18 to see if they could possibly outsource me to get my wisdom teeth removed. I did the whole first visit Chabang. The Perio Charting, the Xray Panoramic Film, the Complete Series Radiographic Images, the Comprehensive Exam. With my insurance that should be covered. I got my bill from Aspen around 9/5/18 so about a week ago and my bill is due today 9/18/2018. I was fully prepared to pay it in full or perhaps set up a payment plan until I looked at my bill closer. The date that I went's (8/9/18) description: D0150 Comprehensive Exam $82.00 and D0210 Complete Series Radiographic Images $133.00. On 8/10/18 the Claim was submitted to Guardian Life Ins Co. On the back of my bill, it also goes into length exactly what happened that day, what services and their prices, etc. Beside my Radiographic Images and Comprehensive Exam the price is two Ts. Under the note it says: Per the insurance company, the patient's coverage was terminated prior to this date of service. Like I've said before, I've had this insurance since I was a child, 18 years ago, and I have always been under my mother's insurance. She has held the same job for 22 years that has provided the insurance. The day of my appointment I met with the HR running the facility my mom works at the verify that I indeed was covered and to pick up my insurance card. She told me yes, you are covered, and here it is.

My granddaughter was told she needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted, 2 root canals, cleaning, xrays, gingivitis treatment. Over $4000. Her insurance company WAS NOT CONTACTED for their prior approval of these services. Instead, the lady at Apen Dental told my granddaughter that she would have to pay out of pocket, and signed her up for $2500 financing with Dental First. FRAUD!

Aspen Dental has several hundred offices nationwide, and they settled on a class action lawsuit in 2010 for assorted issues- overcharging among them. Link here: https://www.classaction.org/aspen-dental

Aspen Dental they removed too much bone and now I can not use denture.

I had aspen dental extract my bottom teeth, they said it was needed. After that I had some bone sticking up they went in and too more bone than needed. and told me that I would need to have dental implant. Insurance does not pay for that. Now I am stuck with dentures that only stay in with glue maybe for two hrs. it seeps out and my mouth gets sticky. I am chewing on my gums because they did an improper job. I am so ashamed to go out in public with no teeth. I can send you a picture of my mouth if you need it. It is really bothering me to go without teeth. I am at a loss as what to do about this. Is there any way you can help me?

Aspen Dental racism against poor people and false advertisement

I was seen in 8/02/18 for my first appointment. It was in the article that your first appointment was free with a free xray and evaluation on what you needed done. Well everything started out fine and the first incident was I put on the paperwork that i have a clogged carotid artery and a infected bubble on the roof of my mouth. Which after the exam I had to ask her to look at because that was my main reason going. Something came up about my artery and they had failed to take my blood pressure. After they took that and it was a little high but ok. She proceeded to tell me that I need to keep my bottom teeth and get a partial. For one the tooth she wanted me to get a root canal, crown and cap on isn't even a quarter of a tooth. Long story short I got through with the exam and went to the office manager to get the plan worked out the the fee process. He put in what the Dr suggested to be done and it came to over 10, 000 with my discount I pay for it was 8500.00. I tell him I can't even come close to paying something like that. So he says thats no problem we have financing and we got you. I explain their not going to approve me because I'm in a dispute with some stuff on my credit report and I have no credit not bad but no credit. He said thats no big deal. How much can you afford a month and I said maybe about 150.00 and he gets excited and says oh thats great Im going to get you a loan garunteed. Well he call the first loan company then the second then third. Well his gurarnteed went down the drain real quick. So after that his nice attitude went with it. He realized that I don't have a lot of money and pretty much just started rushing me. I asked wasn't this just that the appointment to see where you stand so you can get your finances in order. Well the ruder and pusher he was getting so he kept giving me all these high prices and I am just asking about dentures all teeth pulled. He comes up with some crazy number like 6000.00. I walked out with a paper saying top plate only almost 900.00. I just went back on Sept the 12 and I talked with the lady about how much if I get them pulled at the free clinic and just get dentures and she was very rude and I was very upset when I left there. My boyfriend is giving me 1000.00 towards my teeth but I left with a paper saying 1800.00 for the dentures and was so rude I was going to call a lawyer when i left. They thought I had money and when I they seen that I didn't they acted like I was below them and didn't want to deal with me anymore. First they pressure you into the highest priced things they offer and then if you can't go that route they treat you like a piece of crap. I hate that place and I will never go back there. I had to ask for some antiboitic because that infection on the roof of my mouth is making me ill. She wouldn't even have seen it if I wouldn't have said something. She didn't even look in my mouth very well before she came up with a 10, 000 dollar recommendation. Now 1800.00 when it clearly say on their add 600.00 something. I just think they shouldn't treat people the way they do. I work for a living and i deserve just as much respect

Aspen Dental services provided-specifically a crown that lasted 18 months

Patient: Lynn J Patton DOB-7/17/1951 #[protected]

After receiving recommended endodontic treatment on tooth # 3 by B Taylor, DDS in Madison, WI on 1/11/2017, I was seen at Aspen Dental (Wausau Office) for placement of a crown on the named tooth. After a temporary crown was placed on tooth # 3, I received the permanent crown on 2/23/2017 for a cost of $863.36. On 08/6/2018, it was necessary to replace the crown on tooth # 3 as it was not fitted correctly as is obvious in the enclosed ex-ray, to the cost of $1200. Although, I realize that there is not a lifetime guarantee on a crown, a crown lasting for approximately 18 months is NOT normal.

According to other professionals as well as the American Dental Association the average lifespan for a well-maintained dental crown is typically around 15 years. I am aware that when taken care of properly, a crown can last up to 25-30 years. I also know that there are many factors that can affect the longevity of a crown to include a person's oral hygiene habits, along with the day to day wear it is exposed to. In addition to daily brushing, I use dental flossing and a water pik so I do not feel that my oral hygiene habits contributed the how the previous crown fit nor was the day to day wear it was exposed to. Therefore, I can only conclude that the crown never fit properly. Consequently, I am requesting a refund for the crown on this tooth as it was never placed on properly.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation in this manner,

Aspen Dental dental services

First I want to say that your dentist attempted to repair a crown which cost me over a thousand dollars but failed. He apparently caused further damage to it by the drill vibration as it fell apart just after leaving the office. The business made no amends but sold me another thousand dollar crown. They put in a temporary one which fell out during my ride back to North Carolina. I have had NO tooth protection for three weeks now and the business had the ordasity to call me the morning of my replacement scheduled appointment with a lame excuse that the system was down so they couldn't do the work? I was already in route to South Carolina from North Carolina by then. I want my $500.00 back for the crown and you need to refund my insurance company as I am going to have my repairs done at a competent dental business! You also need to pay for the damages done to my initial crown. I am contacting the Aspen dental Corporate office about this matter prior to filing a complaint with the BBB and State Attorney general.

Aspen Dental using genesis card to pay balance

On 9/12/18 I went in to your Mt.Pleasant location to pay my mothers balance with her Genesis card. My mother who is a cancer patient and going through Chemo and radiation currently had apparently not received the first bill causing this amount to be past due which the ladies at your office told me you've locked her account and she is not eligible to use her card. My mother is currently not able to pay this bill any other way. I respectfully request you resolve this matter and allow her to use the card she obtained by suggestion of your company to resolve this debt.

Thank You
Melissa Cain

Aspen Dental my children copies of their xrays was given to someone else.

Sept 11 2019, I called Aspen Dental in Warner Robins, ga to request a copy of my three children xrays. I was told they will make a copy and I can come pick them up. I came to get them about 2 hours after I called however when I arrived, I was told that someone had already picked them up. Im like how is that possible when I didnt send anyone to picked them up and how did they get them without showing an ID to prove who they were. The rep at the desk could not explain this. Now someone in GA has access to my children personal info due to the fact the Aspen did not use proper sercuity measures to protect their personal info.

Aspen Dental dental service

AWFUL!

Im in fl visiting for family matters. My tooth started hurting as I knew it had to be extracted. After talking to the aspen dental customer line I was scheduled for a 1200 appt for extraction. I arrived at 1145 for my appt filled out new Patient paperwork. I asked if they wanted to contact my dentist for my current X-rays that were taken recently. They said no and that they were going to do their own. I sat back down and was not taken back to a room until 1225. They did X-rays and a comprehensive exam. I told them that I didn't need any of their recommended services except for the extraction. They recommended I have 3 extractions as an abscess was noted on the X-ray. So I agreed to have them completed and was told by Dr. Rini that they could not perform the extraction until 230 and it was now 1245. I told her kindly that is not whAt was relayed to be by the scheduling center and that I was here for family emergency issues and that I have 2 babies I need to get back to as soon as possible. She said 230 was the earliest they could do the extraction but she would not be doing it Dr. Marjan Mirkheshti would be doing them as she has another procedure to do. She said they can pull the phone call to see what was said as if I was lying. I told her to go ahead and pull it. She told me the 3 extractions should take about an hour to hour 15 at most. They make you pay ahead of time for services so I paid for my 3 extractions. The office manager /finance (Virginia) told me at 145 pm to go grab some food quick and come back around 2 if I can so they could numb me early. I arrived back at 215 and sat and waited. I mentioned to the front desk that I was back so they could numb me early and I was brought back at 230not early.

Due to my neck issue from car accident the dr decided to numb one tooth at a time to make sure I'd be able to handle the procedure and I agreed with her suggestion. Tooth number one was extracted and it took about 25 min. During the process of extracting this first tooth she dropped her heavy instruments on my face and lips which wAs very unpleasant. Shortly after a 5 min break I was numbed for tooth number 2. This was the tooth with the notable abscess on the jaw line which she knew prior to the extraction from the X-ray. This tooth was a bit harder to get out as the root was sitting next to the bone. She was very rough pulling this tooth out and Dr. Rini had to suggest and give her different tools to help with the extraction. Dr.Mirkheshti kept commenting that my teeth take so long to get out because my roots were long and wide. She cut out the tooth into sections with a saw and was drilling to help get the pieces out. She dropped a very sharp object in my lips and "accidentally " knicked my lip. She said "oops, sorry". She then found a cyst poked it open and sucked and pulled out the infection with a suction tube. She also cut along my jaw line but unsure as to why this area was cut as there was no tooth there and I would now need stitches. She made the comment it took 50 min to get that tooth out. She kept looking at the X-ray and complaining that the next tooth would take an hour to get out and kept trying to push me not to have it extracted bc it would take her an hour. I told her I was NOT coming back. I was there already and they could complete what was started and paid for. She kept complaining it was going to take an hour. She kept suggesting that I needed a route canal and she could save the tooth., and tried to push me to let her do route canal. I kindly explained to her for a third time I would not have a root canal because I develop abscesses and this is not what I want to do. She walked out of the room a couple of times and then came back again and told me it would be too long for her to extract because my roots are long and wide apart and it would take about an hour. At this point it was about 415. I told her again that this was recommended and scheduled by their office and I will not be coming back. I do not live in this area and if needs to be done, to please do it. So she finally unwillingly agreed. She numbed me up. Then walked out and said she has other patients to see. I was fine with it as long as she came and finished what she started. She came back and numbed me some more. Then said I'm going to try and pull this out with the forceps. I'm not going to cut it and separate it because it will take an hour to get it out. I will try and just use the forceps. She tried once and I could feel pain so she stopped and numbed up some more. Then told me she talked to the other dentist (which I don't know who because she had already mentioned the other dentist left in passing) and he recommended that she just used forceps and if it doesn't come out then I need to see oral surgeon because she didn't have time to finish the procedure. She then sutured the left side of my mouth where she cut me and then walked out again. She then came back and moved the skin around the tooth away and pulled on the tooth for a about 20 sec with forceps. She set down the forceps and walked out. Then she came back in And said to to me (Dr. Marjan Mirkheshti) "you are messing up my schedule, the other dentist left and I don't have time to finish your procedure, I have other patients to see, you have messed up my schedule with new patients this afternoon" and then walked out of the room again to go see other patients. I was worried about her pulling and messing with the tooth and that would create issues so I had the tech ask her if this would create problems or infection because she was pulling on the tooth. The tech reported that the dr said it would not cause an infection and the tooth didn't move when she was pulling on it. She was just pulling away the tissue from the tooth.

The dentist (Dr. M Mirkheshti) came back in my room and said don't worry about that tooth I was pulling on. I was just moving the skin around and poking it. It was bleeding from pulling but it's just like a cut on your gums. It will heal after a few days! She said you will be fine and that tooth I was pulling on won't give you issues for at least a year or two. You will be fine. I'm sorry I just don't have time to finish you. I told here they will refund my money for that tooth. She said they will refund your money and I'm sorry but I have 2 other patients to see and we close at 6. She then said again I just loosened all the skin around d that tooth so if it gives you problems you can see an oral surgeon if you need to.

So then I'm waiting for RXs for around 45 min. Once the tech brings them in I told her the pharmacy will not fill this pain med because it's not filled out properly. The tech brought it to dentist. Dentist told her that it will be fine and refused to change it.

Told tech I wanted to talk to office manager/finance person and she made the comment"I was just about to leave" I was like seriously! She said oh you want to talk about your refund, I will process through tonight but it will take however long to credit back to your account. I said that's fine but I want it in writing you will refund my money for that tooth. She said I can't do that I don't have anything like that I can give you. I-said just write out a statement that states you are refunding the amount I paid for the tooth. She said she couldn't do that but did show me where they took off the one charge, I told her to comment there so it's noted! She then said to me "I hope your tooth doesn't give you issues and you can have an oral surgeon take it out when you get back home."

I get back to my parents house and my dad takes my RXs to get filled. Takes to pharmacy they refuse to fill because the RX is filled out incorrectly and they can't fill it. My dad takes it to another pharmacy who tells him it can't be filled because the DEA is incorrect and the dosage is incorrect. My dad calls the after hours line right at 6 and gets hung up on. He called back 2 more times and was hung up on. The 4th time he talked to someone who sent out a page to the dr. At 1120 pm and he still hadn't received a phone call back. The pharmacy told my dad to take me to ER to see if they could help with pain meds. I called the after hours number again on the way to ER and no call back. I called again with no response. At 835 pm the answering service called me back asking if I had received a call from the Dentist. I said I did not. He said at this point I have to refer you to urgent care or the ER since they aren't answering. I said I'm at ER.

At the ER I was informed that I would not be able to be helped and they could not dispense the meds even though I had a legit RX due to the new Florida laws. Unless I have cancer or a fracture they are not allowed to dispense meds even if you just had surgery. He said this is the dentist issue and they have to fix it.

On the way home I called the dentist answering service to talk to the dr. Again the dr was paged with no call back. After20 min I called back again. The office called me back this time but I was hung up on. So I recalled the answering service who paged the dr again. This time it rang asking me to leave a message and so I did. The dr finally called me back at 940 pm! I explained to Dr. Rini the situation about the RX not being able to be filled and I was In Serious pain. she asked what I wanted her to do, I told her I would like her to meet me at the office so I could get my pain meds bc the pharmacy closed at 10. She said she lived to far away from the office to help me out and she would not drive there to give me a new RX. She said I usually just tell patients to go to the hospital and since you have already been there, you can just take ibuprofen then and I'll get you a new RX in the morning when I get to the office!

She then immediately called me back and said that she needed me to bring the other script back.

I find it funny that when a patient needs something due to their mistake they aren't willing to respond or help out but if they need something from you they can call back immediately.

This is one of the worSt experiences I have ever had!

This morning I get to the office to get my RX and the dentist said she was sending electronically. I asked them to please verify that the pharmacy would fill it. I was told by the receptionist that if there was a problem the pharmacy could call them. Then I asked for a copy of what was sent to pharmacy and they refused to give it to me. She said we don't have a way to print that out. I said ok then pull up my record and I'll screen shot it do I have record of what was sent. She said we can't allow you to see your record. I said yes you can! It's my record and I'm allowed to see it. I said I will be taking this to corporate. I was then given a copy of the RX .

Last night the MD said she couldn't send electronically because it was Percocet but this morning was able to send it! Unbelievable!

I do NOT recommend this practice at all! BEWARE if you go here! Terrible experience!

Aspen Dental service not provided

Lee and I have asked for medical records so I could seek legal action. We asked for records in January, February, and again in May. I have a file of all the phone calls, contacts, date and times to validate what I have stated. We finally had records e-mailed to me July 31st.( not very timely). I have also received a hard copy of medical records last week of another client of yours, which states all their personal information, phone number, address, social security number, etc.  I'm sure your patient would not be happy to learn this information, which makes me wonder, has Lee's records been sent to someone else

Lee has never been happy with the teeth that have been made for him, and he continually stated this, and Aspen continually stated " lets try something else"  One set was not aligned right, one set was too loose and kept falling out, and the last pair were so thick that his tongue would get in the way trying to talk.
hasn't it had 5 different dentists throughout this process, that alone would result in unsatisfactory results, trying to explain the difficulties over and over. We have contacted 3 different office managers in the short time trying to get resolution.   Kelly, then Shawn, now Cassie.  3 office managers within 2 years?  Again, can't get resolution when there is a revolving door with management. We have requested a refund over and over for breach of contract. Contract stated satisfaction or your money back.

This is a HIPPA violation. All medical/dental records must be released to a patient within 30 calender days of request. File a report with the Office of Civil Rights. They handle HIPPA violations. Their website is easy to use.

I'm so very happy that this legal pursuit of SHADY Aspen Dental Management is transpiring ; after having went through at least 4 years of treatment and many $$$$ spent out of pocket ( despite having excellent insurance) - I have ended up with the worst dental work EVER . I started this nightmarish journey about 4 years ago .
After researching and saving my hard earned money I decided to get dental implants to replace my old and ill fitting upper dentures. I had my 4 implants placed and was finally ready to get my upper dental implant fitted . While being fitted for my implants; the dentist who was taking my original dentist's place ( my original dentist was on maternity leave) completely destroyed the work that took almost a year of work and healing year to get to this point. This inept "dentist " tried for about an hour to fit my new implants to my very costly abutments then he finally gave up and said I should come back when my dentist ( on maternity leave ) came back.
When I did go back, my original dentist told me that the idiot had left a screw in the abutment post that would prevent the post from being functional- the only option I was given was removal of the abutment . Once again, I went through the pain equivalencey of having 4 teeth pulled at once- then I had no choice but to have my upper implant ( made for 4 posts)put back on after changing it to 3 posts. Of course I have had issues with this- this really didn't fit properly despite numerous adjustments . I'm a VA R.N ; one work day while educating my patients- my loose implant actually almost fell out.
It actually started to move around in my mouth. Needless to say I was mortified and embarrassed. My patient and his family present asked me, "honey are you ok!". I was totally mortified, asked to leave my position at that time and then had to ask another nurse to continue my patient discharge teaching.
I wish I had went elsewhere for my dental implant! Aspen replaced a small % of the cost of the "jacked up " dental implant that was destroyed by the inadequate and nonprofessional "substitute dentist".
I will still need to have another implant abutment placed in the place of the missing 3rd implant on the 4 implant post. I also have had a crown that was done by Aspen . I was fitted for a lower partial with a bottom tooth ( root canal prepped first and crown on top) dental work done by Aspen .
One day I'm getting ready to go to work and brushing my teeth and the next minute- my crown has fallen out of my mouth and is in the sink. I made Aspen aware of this issue ASAP. At first the office manager denied that the ( root canal and crown) was even done at Aspen. However thank God for computer records and imaging- she had no choice but to recant her lie.
Even after they realized that the "jacked up "crownwork was theirs ; they refused to do much about. At first the office manager told me, "crowns fall out all the time!"Of course I knew better and insisted that they do something. Afterward, they offered to do lower implants - no cost reduction or anything . I didn't want this —- so they could do another botched job on my lowers?
Then to suffice for their inadequate and shabbily done dental work, they then offered to take my partial and (yes) add a tooth on it to replace the missing crown of my lower tooth. I was looking like a Halloween jack o lantern at this time and had no choice at this time. They put the ( thin and ugly) tooth on my partial as they said they would. Needless to say it looked hideous and had to be redone several time just to look 1/2 decent.
I have lost at least 20 pounds because i cant eat properly anymore. Whenever I go to the Aspen office for anything ( upper implant readjustment) I've heard the office manager laughing with her staff and joking about me an my situation. This has been costly, financially, timely, emotionally and has led to my loss of self esteem. I paid for implants; not for a nightmare.
My GI tract is starting to also be effected because I can't chew my foods as I should; I have reoccurring episodes of acid reflux so bad that I'm getting ulcers. I've spent many dollars for this roller coaster ride through *** with Aspen Dental Management—- my whole purpose was to enhance my health not make it worse. Yes I will join this class action... let me know what records you need ( more pictures or other wise) and I will get them to you ASAP...
Aspen needs to be put out of business... shady, shady money grabbing...?!?' people masquerading as professionals and literally stealing money from insurance companies and from customers pockets.
They do not care about their customers - you are no more than a piece of sh— to them. I've been made to feel this way time after time with Aspen Dental Management on 124th and Capital in Milwaukee.

Aspen Dental use of personal information

I have a question of use of personal information with the lisbon connecticut office. I just like my rights respected and my cell phone is for my own personal use. I have been advised by the lisbon office that I must provide my personal phone number to access my account. I informed them that I would like my account verified by my name and not use my phone number. I was advised that if I do not supply my phone number no account information can be discussed in a very rude mannor. I feel if someone wants to use my phone number and associate it with verifying my account they should atleast inform the person how they intend to use it. I provided it as a contact reason, not as a account number.
Thanks
