Aspen Dental extractions & dentures

I went to Aspen Dental over a month ago to have 8 teeth removed to be replace with dentures. One tooth was decayed to the root. I was not provided antibiotics and ended up getting an infection. Did not receive an antibiotic until the 3rd day after I demanded a prescription. I still do not have fitting dentures. Every week I go back, the dentures still don't fit. I have been out of work over a month due the pain & swelling. I work at a call center & my mouth is the tool I need to work with. The dentist did not fill out the leave from work paperwork correctly, so I still have not been paid under my short term disability insurance. This business is a scam please beware. I pray they are not billing my insurance company due to their mistakes. I wish I had looked into them more before trusting them with my smile. The teeth they gave me make me look like a donkey.

Aspen Dental services provided

My family and I go to Aspen Dental 410 Balltown Rd Niskayuna NY. The stated they have a new process which involves measuring gums using a Piero chart. I had a 1 hour appointment. I was also given full mouth xray. I was not told this was going to delay my appointment. I had exam from Dr.Signh and the Hygienist did the piero. I asked when I would get my cleaning I was scheduled for. I was told I would have to reschedule because I was just Dx with gingivitis and need deep cleaning which they didn't have time for. This was also the same scenario for my 19 yr old son . Our appointments we're back to back. I was told I had to pay $194 for each of us for cleaning. I spoke with Dr Signh and voiced my concern as this appears to be a new scam Aspen is trying to upcharge patients. My son and I go every 6 months for cleanings. Not once did a discussion come up in past visits that either of us even had the starting of any gum disease. I asked to opt out and sign a waiver for a regular cleaning. Dr Signh said I could not do that as it would put the Hygienist license at risk. I explained that if I sign a waiver it would not and it is my choice on how I want to be treated. She said no it's not. I was given the ultimatum to pay $194 a piece or leave as no further service would be initiated. Dr Signh recommended a second opinion which I and my son received . My son does not have gingivitis. I have 2 areas that have deep pockets but nothing that warrents an entire gingival treatment. My entire family has transferred out of Aspen dental. After talking to many friends and other family it appears the diagnosis of gingivitis is status quo and a scam that I will be bringing to the NY Attorney General and Office of professions to hopefully keep others from being taken advantage of. This type of practice of ultimatums is unethical as well as Dx patients with something they don't have so they can be upcharged to make profits.

Aspen Dental unprofessional behaviour

My wife, Karmen Grandal, 79 lost all her teeth and needs full dentures. We visited AspenDental 03/13/18 and on 03/16/18 we already received new dentures. We were very pleased to Dr. D. Smith, DMD who did this work very promptly. The problem begins 03/21/18 during the first adjustment appointment. D. Smith, DMD did not see his patient, my wife, even once and instead he sent his young assistant who could not do anything herself and used as the shuttle communication only between Dr. and his patient. He was next door and we could hear about 10 times his instructions given to his assistant even without seeing his patient, my wife. Every time he did something to the dentures and he even did not check with his patient what he is doing. I did not look like doctor patient relationship, it more looked like communication between unscrupulous body shop mechanic and his client in waiting room. It looks unethical, unprofessional and nonhuman. The next adjustment appointment is set for 03/27/18 and my wife fears to go. We do not know what to do.

Aspen Dental a denture that doesn't fit or work right

Didn't even do an expression from my mouth. Told them that it doesn't fit won't stay on the gums bights my cheek all the time. Badly. I went back two times and told them I want a new denture but they just took the denture and said they made adjustments to it. Both times it did not improve anything. I cannot pay for a denture I'm not happy with. The people in this office are all young and more interested in playing around than doing a good job.

Aspen Dental product and service

Well check this out; after going through months of treatment and $$$$( more than 30000 for sure) as well as insurance benefits for an upper implant job to replace my dentures- I ended up with the worst dental work ever. While being fitted for my implants; the dentist who was taking my original dentist's place ( she was on maternity leave) messed up the work that took forever to get to this point. This [censor]
( after 1 hour of excruciating disgust and pain) finally gave up trying to put my implant in and told me that I would have to come back when the other dentist came back from maternity leave. When I did go back, my original dentist told me that the [censor] had left a screw in the implant post that would prevent the post from being functional- the only option I was given was removal of the post. Once again, I went through the equivalencey of having 4 teeth pulled at once- then had my upper implant put back on after changing it to 3 posts. Oyf course I have had issues with this. One day while educating of my patients- my loose implant actually fell out. My patient and his family present asked me, "honey are you ok!". I was totally mortified, asked to leave and then had another nurse to continue my discharge teaching. I wish I had went elsewhere for my dental implant!

Aspen Dental customer service

On 10/12/17 my husband Harold D Kerstetter came in for his appt at the Mechanicsburg PA office of Aspen Dental, to have 3 teeth extracted. (6 yrs ago he had 23 pulled with no problem which was why he came back). He was in chair for over 2 hours, denist broke all teeth and wanted to send him home because she was "to busy". He was told that he had enough novicane and she could not give him any more .. had she just kept waiting on him and not going back and forth between other patients he would have had enough novicane that would have not worn off.. If she saw she was having issues pulling his teeth an oral surgeon should have been brought in at that point
They were aware he has high blood pressure, it was checked at beginning of appt, but wasn't checked after that...They never once came to get me from waiting room to inform me there was an issue... 3 weeks later he had a mini stroke from the stress this situation created, according to the emergency physician it had all stemmed from this. He is scheduled to go back in April for his permanent teeth and this is too stressful for him to come back, so much so he adjusted his temp ones on his own. I am not sur
e how I'm going to even get him to step inside the building!
He was told teeth were "fused" to gum line and had to be drilled not extracted when a few days before this procedure one was pulled with no issues by another dentist.
We wanted some one to be aware because we don't want anyone else to have to go through this

Aspen Dental implant failing twice

Husband had what should have been a root canal, told it wouldn't work on day of appointment, while I chair told him an implant would be 2000$ which was a number picked out of the sky. Over a barrel and already in the chair he agreed. The put the first implant it, he goes to the desk to pay and leave an tell him it is 2300$ just for that day. All together it would be close to 5000$ for the implant. Well that failed so we go back an it is removed, right away they put a second one in, a week later we go to have it checked and it failed too. So they immediately take it out and send us on our way telling us they will wait to see. So far they have about 2500$$ give or take and have tortured my husband pulling thing out, cutting his gums and still no implant. now I am trying to figure out who to contact and how to get our money back for [censor] work
They should not be allowed to keep our most ey for a procedure that failed twice now.

Aspen Dental very poor care and customer service

I have a complaint with your Washington Missouri office. I had my back right molar filled in March 2017. It almost immediately felt odd but there was no pain so I thought that it was perhaps not flush with my tooth surface. I returned in October for my biannual appointment and I had a small chip on another tooth that I needed looked at. During that examination, Dr Davis the temporary dentist, who is the only dentist I have been treated at that office that I would recommend, said that the tooth under my filling was cracked and I would need the filling redone, which would be done at no cost, in addition to a filling in the other tooth. When I returned for the appointment for the fillings, Dr Pearson the permanent dentist asked why I was there. I said that I needed a filling in the bottom molar and to have the other filling redone due to the tooth being cracked and said that it had never felt right. Dr Pearson said that there was nothing wrong with the filling and declined to replace it. Instead, he just filed down the edges, despite both the other dentist' recommendation and my concerns. In December, I lost a chip of that molar from around the filling and when I went in for an x ray and examination, it was found that the tooth was cracked under the molar just as Dr Davis had said. The tooth was so badly damaged that it had to be ground down and fixed with a crown. I was told that the office would cover my portion of the expenses, which I have in writing. I was willing to let this matter go because I felt the office was at least stepping up with covering what I clearly feel was their mistake. Yesterday I received a bill for $468.20 for my portion of the procedure. I am livid. A filling done well should last more than seven months and had the filling been replaced in October as your dentist had recommended, I might not have lost a large portion of my tooth. I chose Aspen Dental because the hours it offers were convenient with my working schedule but I have had eight appointments due to this filling including one evening when my appointment was at 6:00 and I waited until 7:14 for the office staff to tell me that they were overbooked and I would need to be rescheduled. I had my temporary crown fall off two hours after it was applied and they were unable to affix it again and I had to do with my ground down molar until my crown came in. At this point, Aspen has ceased to be convenient for me. This has been an absolutely terrible experience. Dr Pearson is rude, at one point he cursed at me because I could not get my numbed tongue far enough to the left for him and he went out for a smoke break and came back in reeking of cigarette smoke as he put his hands in my mouth. I am filing my complaints both with the Better Business Bureau and my insurance company. Dentist offices are by their very nature not usually pleasant visits but I have never been to any medical establishment that is so cavalier with my time and expenses.

Aspen Dental my dental work

I had dentures done April 2017, and the insurance company picked up 1200 of the work, the balance I am paying monthly on Dental Financing thou your company. I had a partial done, and I am waiting for the approval from the insurance company to pick it up. I called Aetna Dental coverage and they told me the new year 2018 started and they would pick up $350+ and the balance I spoke with someone (actually many different people from Aspen Dental in Port Charlotte, they told me I had a credit for $400+ on the books. I have dealt with the office manager there, and I have been treated poorly every time I go there. I know management 101, you deal with all the problems before it goes to the patient, client, or customer. It seems you speak with so many young people there, and they do not know how to deal with the insurance and the finance companies. I signed up with Aspen because my husband had his dental work done there, I am so sorry I ever got involved, but to late, I have my dentures for the top, and after a year my teeth are hurting on the bottom, as I need my partial. I waited for 2018 to come and get it, as my new insurance kicks in for the new year. I am ready to file a complaint with the BBB, about the Port Charlotte office. I am hoping you can do something about me getting my partial, and not having to deal with this aggravation every single time. I will wait to see if something is done, if not I am willing to go a legal route.

Aspen Dental denture repair

On January 31st I went to Aspen dental for a lower denture repair. I paid the $197.10 fee for seeing the dentist and getting the repair to denture done.
After wearing me repaired denture for a few days, I realized the denture didn't feel right. I was going to call them on Monday, February 5th for this.
On Sunday, February 4, my denture broke in the same place as the initial repair. I went in on Monday, February 5th and was charged $130.50 for the repair that did not even last a week. Of course I was told that this denture could not be repaired again and that I would have to get new dentures starting at $3, 000.

Very unhappy with the repair work as it does not feel right, but I am not going back to this place EVER. I should not have had to pay that much for the second repair. I believe they are more interested in the money and "not your smile is our first priority". In other words: DO NO GO THERE

My husband and I paid over $5000 out of pocket, plus insurance, for two full sets of dentures. Aspen Dental has been negligent in every aspect, including: bone spurs & dry sockets, improper fit, broken dentures, and pain. The office manager has lied about the complaint process and lied to Better Business Bureau! I lost my job without teeth and husband still cant wear his teeth after 6 months !

Aspen Dental major overcharging and public health issues (manslaughter)

I schedule a visit for this morning. Been there at 8AM, it was a simple extraction advertised as $132. Office: Pensacola, FL. After waiting for 45 minutes (they only have one doctor there) I was first asked to fill in unrelated forms, then without even being asked for consent was taken all mouth x-rays, then instead of a doctor I've seen an unsolicited hygienist, refused flossing procedure. The doctor came and said "I cannot save your tooth, we'll do the extraction, but ONLY after you talk with the manager". Manager was not a medical professional, she asked me for $161 for the up coming extraction, I said "no, you advertised as $132" then she said "oh, did you print out the coupon?" I said "what coupon?" and showed her my phone. She did not apologize (they do not know how to say sorry in pensacola) and I was only charged $132. So far so good. But here we come. After being given a painful anesthesia, I waited for over a half an hour and ended by extracting it myself (it was very easy for it was dangling very bad, almost falling down). The doctor did not apologize for delay, during the visit two of his sentences addressing me were 1. let me finish & 2. let me do my job. And now, his job was: they told me that I need all my thots extracted and offer me a plan discounted at only $7233.00 (yes, not a typo, that was seven thousands two hundreds and thirty three dollars and zero cents, yes, US dollars) Then, the implants were estimated at minimum $10, 000 (not a typo again). I politely told them that I will think about it, then left. Patient name: Dan Marinescu, 1/31/18 - 10:20 AM (appointment was at 8 AM) and number of consultation worksheet is: [protected]. Office address: 1133 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL - 32504 -> [protected]. The total of $7233.00 includes various un-disounted extractions all billed for $161.00. Coupons applied ZERO Insurance Discount ZERO Insurance Benefit ZERO (despited I do have insurance dental coverage). The think is that all these extractions are not even needed. Is this man slater for profit, it appears so. Please advise.

Aspen Dental issues with dental work done 2 months ago

Saw dentist at Foley, AL location 11/9/17 to fill 2 small fillings, one on left top and one on bottom right. I did not have any issues, no pain, or anything when I came to the dentist. My reason for coming to dentist was because I received dental insurance (which later I discovered the particular dentist and location were not covered, even though I was referred to this area from the Pensacola, Fl office for faster service). My fillings were more painful that I am used to, but they were completed. The week before Thanksgiving I was having extreme heat/cold pain and pressure pain - so I called office many times to find a walk-in. When I arrived for the pain issue, I was told my insurance wasn't taken at that office - so I had a "double whammy" that day and was taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the front staff and the manager when I was told I had to pay full price though I was there for a pain issue. There was no empathy at all. Dentist sealed my teeth and I left. December has passed and I still had pain, actually radiating pain through both sides where the fillings were done. I went back AGAIN (and this office is 45 miles from my residence) and was looked at again for the pain. I am 2 months after the original fillings appointment and cannot drink cold water or milk, cannot eat power bars at work, cannot eat trailmix, and cannot eat any meats because the pressure pain is so intense and the heat/cold pain is always there. I had NO pain before my appointments here. Again, the dentist could not find anything and after an hour and a half there - his suggestion was for me to 1) redo both of the fillings completely 2) get another fresh opinion from another dentist {this is what he recommended} . So now I am in lots of pain and cannot eat or drink things that I always have been able to - HUGE decrease in quality of life, and also am left with a gigantic full-payment bill that is due for the work that has not done anything but keep me in pain, kept me returning to an office 45miles from my home for nothing, and now I have to find another dentist to redo or reassess someone elses work! I am so upset that I went to this office because I had insurance - only reason - and ended up with a full-payment bill to pay, tooth pain beyond belief, and having to find another dentist to redo work. I really want to be compensated for this dental work since I am still in pain, still need the fillings redone, and now find another dentist to take over the work from this dentist. The manager at Foley would not help me on November 21st(or so, before thanksgiving) regarding my insurance being denied 100% and thats all she wanted to talk about was that I needed to pay the bill - not seeming to care that I was there for pain due to the work. I am very frustrated and will not return nor recommend this company to anyone I know.

My name is Bich Eckenstein. I am currently a patient since Oct 2016 with Aspen Dental
3790 Wedgewood Ln. The Villages, FL

My original intent when first coming to Aspen Dental was to seek services of having a chipped tooth repaired on my partial. During the new patient interview and checkup with x-rays, Aspen Dental made an exam evaluation and made recommendation to have dental work done to avoid impending future complications with my partial. After discussion of probable impending future dental issues, promises of quality work with satisfaction guarantee and financial arrangements made I agreed to have 2 upper implants installed as recommended by Aspen Dental for the installation process of building and installing a new implant supported partial. All evaluations, procedure prequalifications, recommendations, promises and work done were performed by Aspen Dental.

I went through a very difficult time with lots of pain during the implant process and the implant supported partial building and fitting process, Including the enduring of pain in my left jaw and ear with headaches of which the dentist had no remedy or explanation as I continued to go back to the office and was repeatedly told it would take time to get use to the adjustments made to the dentures and of installing the various colored post gripping rings for the tightening of the denture that was slipping and rocking in my mouth while eating, causing pain and soreness to my gums.

I had called the Aspen Dental Office, speaking with your office team during my first problem with the process of the temporary partial not fitting correctly. It was at this time that I began to experience little to no empathy for my discomfort and concerns. The poor customer service at the office when I began to have pain for days throughout the week and unable to get the attention and proper help for my discomfort (the office said they were unable to schedule me to see a dentist for a couple of days). The pain and discomfort began to get so bad that I had to make a call to your emergency help line to which I finally got the assistance that I needed, something the office should have been easily able to handle without my having to endure so much discomfort and frustration.

My dissatisfaction of the process of patient care and treatment from your Aspen Dental office prompted me to file a complaint, after my second phone call to the patient satisfactory hotline I spoke to someone from that office which I felt seemed to be expressing a nature of reprimanding me or scolding me, to the fact that I need to go through the steps or processes of letting the dentist address, find remedy and correct my issues. In my opinion when the partial, designed and fitted by Aspen Dental, is not fitting as promised, slipping around on my gums, causing soreness and discomfort with pain and generating headaches, I do not need dictation from an outsider that does not have the personal interactions of my discomfort, the experiences of dealing with the Aspen Dental office personnel and Aspen Dental’s dentist, explaining to me what I am to do, when your dentist apparently seems to have no answer or remedy as to the issues with the partial not fitting properly, causing my health discomfort and inability to eat properly.

I repeated and described the problems to my dentist (Aspen’s dentist) the discomfort, pain and concern of not be able to chew my food, food particles finding there way behind the partial plate, sore gums and how the implant supported partial does not want to stay fixed in place, but rocks and moves on my gum. Again, Aspen’s dentist told me I need to use “pollygrip” to glue the partial in place, that to many teeth were missing and there is nothing that can help the partial any better than what I currently had with the new implant supported partial. This is not what was promised and expressed at the beginning of this procedure after my examination and this should have been recognized and expressed to me after the initial examination for discussion. Remember, I had a perfectly fitting partial when I came into the Aspen Dental office, looking only to have a chipped tooth repaired.

Instead I was advised to pull one of my existing teeth so that one of the two implants could be place where the tooth was to be pulled, but when the posts were installed I noticed they were installed further back than was discussed and the tooth had not been pulled as had been agreed too. I was then told, since my gums were too mushy, the implants had to be placed further back in my gum.

I was unaware and had no knowledge of the problem with my gum that was being discussed between the dentist and the surgeon. I was put on hold in the chair while the dentist and the surgeon went through their decision making process, which was not discussed with me. The surgeon went ahead and did the surgical implant for the installation of the posts further back in my gums and did not pull my tooth as he had discussed with me. This decision making process of work being performed was without my consent, knowledge or my understanding of the outcome that would occur. The surgeon told me afterwards that there was no bone where he had planned to put the implants and he needed to install the implants further back in my gum than was originally planned.

Following surgery check up, for some reason now I was told my tooth needs to be pulled and there would be an extra charge for it.
The manager addressed that I need to pay since she wasn’t involved in the decision making process. I was concerned but convinced myself to continued believing after the process my pretty smile will pay off...

My original dentist was on vacation I had another lady dentist that measured and fitted my old partial. I was advised from my original dentist to use my old partial as temporary so the lady dentist just drilled the holes to fit with the implants. It never did fit correctly, so I had to suffer the pain and keep taking pain pills for it.

My old partial now was not fitting correctly and I suffered a lot of gum soreness and headaches. I was not be able to eat while waiting for the gum to heal. The manager and the office now were avoiding my calls.

The new implant partial came in and the fitting problem continued, the sub dentist tried to correct the issue of the new implant partial hurting my gum and food getting inside the plate. After few tries she decided to have new partial made and redesigned it.

When I returned for the fitting of my new implant partial, I was then cancelled of my appointment till the next day because the lady dentist was absent. Then the next day I was told she was no longer with the office and that my original dentist would be providing services for me again.

I just hopelessly pray my 2nd new one will fit better and they will not irritate my gums, so as not to cause anymore discomfort and pain. Within a couple of weeks of my new implant partial being installed I beginning have jaw pain, pain in my ear and headaches.

I thought I had an ear infection so I went to my medical Doctor and I was sent to a specialists to have my ear looked at to see if their was an infection causing my jaw discomfort and headaches. The specialist found no infection and referred me to medical center for jaw and ear imaging cat scan. After imaging was done all came back negative. My ear and jaw was found to be good.

My ear and jaw pain continues, sometimes worse than other times depending on what I eat. So I would removed my implant partial when at home until I would feel better and not have pain as much. I tested for couple weeks and called my dentist to set up an appointment.

Tuesday (11/21/2017), my dentist told me after his examination, that everything fits fine with the bites and there is nothing more he can do for me. I requested, if that is the case then I would like to have his written documentation what he told me because I was horrified and disgusted with the answer since I am the patient having the discomfort and pain with not being able to chew food as normal and the amount of money that I paid for the work.

The dentist walked away and went to the office with the manager while I thought he was writing up the document for me.

After I waited for 15 minutes, Bryan the clerk called me in and said I won’t be getting any written documents from the dentist, he does not understand why I was waiting on the dentist. I do not understand the twisting and asked what is the reason why my request was not fulfilled. By right I should receive a copy of my services with my truthful statement that the assistant recorded. I saw the Manager but she said nothing.

Bryan repeated louder and make it clear that I won’t get any paper, finally he offered me a receipt showing a balanced (with todays date on it) which was in my account for the last couple of months still sitting there instead of being refunded or credited back to my Care credit or my American Express account. (I had questioned about the refund last time I was in the office.) Bryan told me it took 5-10 days to process.) I felt very mistreated from the rudeness of the office employee and the dentist.

My dentist avoiding any of my concerns and keep changing his answers or blames on the way I handled the implants partial. He does not
want to take on the responsibility to help his patient of the real problems.

It seems like to me since the $8000+ already had been paid in advance. The services did not meet what was promised and the satisfaction was not honored for me, as all the signs were posted or listed on the internet.

If the dentist was explaining to me honestly way
and provided other options, I would not have gone through with the implants supported partial to avoiding all the problems and costs that now occurred.

I hope your team will taking action on this matter seriously and resolve quickly since
I am the one that suffers daily stressed and
my frustration unable to eat normal, lack of sleep, infecting my daily life routine.
Please advise.

Aspen Dental cleaning my teeth

I went for the free examination and xrays. I was told I would need a deep cleaning which I cannot afford as I am out on disability and have no income. My ins covers a basic cleaning which I asked for and after getting this two hour exam and wasting my time, I was told that unless I pay for deep cleaning they are refusing to clean my teeth. This is ridiculous. Now I need to go to another dentist, get another exam etc. All I want is my teeth cleaned how hard is that. I have insurance that covers the cleaning, but not this deep cleaning which I have had done twice before by the way with no difference and spent so much money for it that it was ridiculous. Just clean my teeth end of story. This place is ridiculous. Oh they advertise one price and then throw you under the table with all types of additional fees. Its all about making money, nothing to do with helping a patient.

Aspen Dental dentures

I had 21 teeth pulled and received dentures around 6-8 months ago. I went to the new aspen dental office here in Deland, Florida. After the surgery I ended up with 12 dry sockets which the Dr. did go in and pack them. During the first follow up apt I informed the dr. I have not been able to keep the teeth in my mouth. they will not stay in. this has been a problem from day one. It got to the point that the only way they would fix the problem is if i paid out of pocket another $800.00 for an up grade, on top of the $1400.00 out of pocket I have already paid. I said I don't want an upgrade I want teeth that I can eat with and that will stay in my mouth. This issue has continued and it came to the point to where they decided to try a new fitting and make a wax mold then we would try that and see if this worked. Every visit all they would do was grind them down and this last visit i was basically called a liar and walked out I have had my fill. when I asked her about the new fitting she informed me if i wanted to pay another $300.00+ (not sure the exact amount) they would redo the bottom teeth. I have friends that have gone to other Aspen locations and everything was perfect. they have had no problems what so ever. So here we are over half a year latter and I still have no teeth to eat with $1400.00 down the drain and being told that I have to use adhesive to hold the teeth in on the bottom. tried that does not hold them in. I was promised by this Dr. everything would been find. well I'm sorry but this is the worst experience of my life. I know two Associates from my work that have been to the same Dr. and have come away with problems. I don't know if you will even care that I am going thru this but I have to try.

Aspen Dental billing fraud and dental malpractice

I am now on my 7th appointment in 2 months. Was charged 7, 000 to my credit card for work that has not and will not be done. They refuse to refund the money. During root planning they messed up several teeth that were ok, which fell apart the next evening and still haven't fixed after 2 months as well as making me pay to fix their mess up. Had several teeth pulled on lower back jaw to have partials put in. Dentures didn't fit and refused to fix them with plenty of excuses. Said new dentures would be 2 weeks out and I can't even wear these. Now I'm being told June of 2018. I'm normally 95 lbs, now 85 because I haven't been able to eat much in 2 months and losing more weight. Went in to have the process for crowns started and they placed a grey temporary crown half the size it needs to be, on my smile line and refused to fix it until permanent crowns come in. Still refuses to rework insurance and financial claims for work not done and won't be done. I've previously had 20k of dental work done and I know what temp crowns are supposed to look like. I also know charging my credit card for work not performed is billing fraud and I'm on the brink of filing a complaint with the state board of dentistry as well as filing multiple lawsuits for billing fraud and dental malpractice and dental negligence. I am beyond upset
