Aspen Dental - The whole procedures

I usually get a yearly cleaning on my teeth since I could walk and talk. I never once had a cavity or gingivitis. I've been to professional dentists never Aspen Dental. Well last year, 2018, I decided to try Aspen Dental for my free yearly cleaning and wisdom teeth removal and that's when it went downhill. I was 19 at the time. They didnt give me my free cleaning that day I went in for my appointment...instead they pressured a deepclean said it was needed before the actual free cleaning my insurance allows. I've never been taught much on dentists and finances I had a very sheltered life so of course I was scared and said yes to the deep clean. They put fear in me that I had cavities, gingivitis, spaced teeth that definitely need Invisalign which they kept pressuring me to do a payment plan for. Reminder I've never had history of gingivitis, cavities, or crooked teeth. I never had a professional tell me of such things going on in my mouth and these professionals I'm talking about are family friendly and didnt pressure payments and unnecessary procedures on their patients and spoke the truth to them. But at aspen dental I felt like I was being harrassed for money even before the procedures took place. So 1st, they did a deep clean which I thought was the free cleaning they didnt tell me price I came in wanted my free cleaning and that was that. 2, they scheduled me in for a gingivitis cleansing or whatever it was called regarding treatment of gingivitis, in which case i do not have come to find out, and they lied saying it needed done because I "have"it. 3, they said they found cavities and said I needed fillings, also reminder I've never had cavities ever and i brush my teeth daily and they pushed for that to be done. 4, they finally got to the pulling of 4 of my wisdom teeth I dont remember the procedure due to me being put under for the procedure. But in order for me to get that 1 free cleaning for my yearly free cleaning through insurance I had to have all this done in which they scheduled the appointments. So I missed my free cleaning for 2018 because I got my wisdoms pulled in January of 2019 they waited til the following year to remove my wisdoms and prevent me from the free cleaning for 2018. And they scheduled 8 months for my free cleaning this year aka 2019. Well today is August 8th, 2019 and i got a call a day before my appointment saying they cancelled it?!?! Yes they cancelled it not me. It seems they care more about getting money rather than settling to the main issue I went in the first place which was for my yearly free cleaning and wisdom removal. I feel I could've gotten this stuff done elsewhere but at the time i didnt realize the scam they were impending onto me and my father. I'm on his insurance til I'm 24 years old and they not only scammed me but him as well. Hes a safety regional director for the East Coast for Balfour Beatty and honestly they are lucky it's me typing this complaint of their scamming. I have informed him of this issue now and hes so busy it depends if he decides on sueing them himself through a personal lawyer or not for the mess theyve created. Much disappointment in Aspen Dental who chose greed and lies over the wellbeing of a pregnant patient. Yes I'm pregnant and they have caused me and my father and his insurnace unnecessary money payments and unnecessary lies and deceit. The fraudulant employees, a manager that insists and harasses the need for Invisalign and gingivitis and fillings work for cavities yes manager not doctor or dentist, etc. I feel we deserve some type of justice for this injustice and fraudulant company. It's a company not a dentists office. A dentist office actually cares for their patients they dont fraud them and insurances for a scam!

Aspen Dental - dental services

Hi My name is Denise Novakovic, I unfortunately went to Aspen Dental on 3.10.15 to get a root canal done on a tooth The root canal was done so unprofessionally that it caused infection to go up into my jaw bone and eat away at my jaw bone. I had to go to metrohospital dental department in Cleveland, Ohio where they needed to do a bone graft to get my body to regrow the jawbone It caused excrutiaing pain and suffering. I needed to wait for 3 months for the bone graft to replace the jawbone so I could get a dental implant which took another 3 months to heal so I can get the crown done. It is almost nine months after I went to Aspen Dental and I am still waiting to get my crown because the tooth and implant needed to heal. The other tooth that they put a crown on without a root canal was done unprofessionally also. The sizing of the crown is completely incorrect, the fit is wrong, the alignment with the other teeth is wrong. I had to have the crown replaced. I needed to get a bridge to cover the space from the tooth because the dental implant didn't hold because of the damage caused by Aspen Dental. I would like to be compensated for the pain and suffering and additional dental expenses caused by their incompetency was incorrect. I can be reached at [protected] if you need further information. My address is 4105 Stary Dr, Parma, OH 44134 and my email address is [protected]@lycos.com.

Sincerely,

Denise M Novakovic
