Asos.comHorrible!

I have purchased several items from Asos and never received what I paid for. When I went to their website I could not find their phone number, so I emailed and asked about the status of my order. I was also unable to track my package, because they never gave my tracking number. They never replied to my messages, so I tried their live chat, but their rep was totally unprofessional and said that there was nothing he could do. Great! I'll never order anything from them again!
