This company billed me for $214 through my debit card for nothing - - i did not order anything from them! 12 / 04 / 08. If they do not refund my money i get to pay for the charges to my checking account as well as eating the $214! This is not funny, that was my house payment money!

This is a fraudulent company. They made an unauthorized charge of $500 to my account. I call to try and fix it and get the run around. Interesting to me is after six calls, the same guy answers. I don't believe this is a legitimate company and encourage everyone involved to file complaints with the Better business bureau and the Federal trade commission. This is clearly not a one time event and the brighter he gets on the feds radar, the better.

Fraudulent activity appeared in my bank account today ( 2/21/2014) in the amount of $183.49 credited to "Asknet Cyberlink Shop, " whatever that is. Their Phone number is 800.872.9204. I tried calling but the automated system tries to connect to a traveling agent (no name of company). A separate phone number is given by their automated system, 800.712.3000. I called this number and it rings Progressive Insurance Company. I then called my bank police department (Chase). They are reimbursing me temporarily while they investigate it. My physical mail is now full of fraud, sometimes 3 letters a week of failed attempts to open accounts online in my name. My Son has been hit in the same way last year. I wrote letters to all three credit agencies and had my credit secured for seven years. Still, those failed attempts continue to appear. I think the US is under hard attack with Target and Walmart making front page news lately. Asknet.com is criminal in it's actions. It is probably a high-jacked company or a company created for this purpose. I had to close my credit card (AGAIN).

I was charged $526.00 for fraudulent charges from a company I have never heard of nor would I ever purchase any services from. The merchant was identified as SecureStar Online Shop with charges processed through Asknet. The merchant not only charged $526.00 for services that were never ordered, but tried to put the charge through my credit card twice. The email associated with the order is invalid and it appears as though they are accessing credit card information/address/CVC #'s through other online purchases that you legitimately make. I am disgusted that this could happen and even more disgusted by the lack of response to resolve this issue.

Beware of this company and fraudulent charges on your statement which includes repeated processing of a transcation until your credit card company fraud or security department picks up on it and puts a hold on your card, or Asknet simply charges you for services you have never heard of, nor purchased. In my case, the fraudulent charge included a purchase of 8 DriveCrypt Plus Packs. Why would anyone even purchase 8 of these? I don't even know what I would want this for.

I had the same show up on my credit card statement. Somehow they got ahold of my account and charged 145.00
