Asiacell Iam complaining about my recharge

I buy your SIM on 23 Oct 2021 and recharge with 45000 Iqd and I choose 40000 Iqd 100 GB plan. It's valid up to 22 Nov2021. On 21 Nov 2021 I have a 29 GB net balance. On 22 Nov 2021 I recharged my balance with 40000 Iqd and try to turn it to net balance but I got that I have unsusficent balance I check my balance I got shocked I have zero balance. I call help line at near about 7.15am on 22 Nov 2021 they told us that there is some problem in Computer so they will fix it and I got my balance if not then call again after 2 hours. May be I make a near about 5 calls that day next day again I call them again then then I got that they fix it in between 24 hours and I got a call from company. Then I got call from company that I use more then my net balance so they deducted my amount. I request then to provide me my data usage how much I use extra. After that I got 2 call in arabic spikers. So I have just one question that if I use more then my net pack then why they show me 29 GB balance. On 21 Nov 2021. And one more thing before I got to sleep I turn off my data that day.

Asiacell someone hacked my number this I am using now but in other name?

This number has been bought by taxi driver passport .and I don't know the number and he controlling my calls and messages..

I want to know this number i am using PLEASE
I am from Oman and I paid for the charges of opening of this number but the taxi driver used his I'D or passport to open and I think it's connected to his own number ..this man should taken the full responsibility and the seller in Asia cell baku ..Azerbaijan.

Good Day, just read through your complain .i was also scammed by Sunrise East Asia Culture Art Development Co., Ltd. $2800 on alibaba.com.In the past 2 weeks i was contacted by a body in west Africa who have been of great help to me getting a compensation on money duped from me as a representative of my company.Presently i have been refunded and have balance my shortage with my company.Feels so great.If you still wish to get a compensation on money scammed contact me so i can give to you contact of agency conducting compensation.(adams.fetcher@yahoo.com)
