I ordered a necklace on October for a Christmas present and I never received after I. E-mailed them with no reply I called and was told it would be Feb. Before I could get it so I asked for a refund and I did received the refund several weeks later. I will not order anything else from this company and would advise other people to not expect to receive other items too fast that they order from this company. Even if they had ran out of what I ordered they should have the sense to e-mail me and tell me about the problem but that was not what happened.
