Dear Sir,
Subject:- One of my worst experience with Jet Airways
I undersigned Mr. Ashok Parab ( 56 yrs. ) is an Mechanical Engineer having 34 yrs. Experience in plastic industries and consultant to Plastic Industries in India.
I am traveling frequently to most of the clients in India for mainly trouble shooting.
I am common medium grade income person but very loyal to my sincere work and to my family ( wife and 16 yrs son ).
As I went to Hyderabad for solving 4-5 month long pending problem with one of the client. After working very hard for 4-5 days the problem is solved 100%.and client has asked me which air line ticket to be booked? I told him Jet Airways. He has booked the ticket on 15 feb 2010 which as follows.

As you all are aware that Hydrabad airport is faraway from Balanager. Therefore I started at 5.00 p.m. to reach airport before time. I paid Rs. 250/= to taxi.
While reaching airport I got the SMS that flight is delayed and new depart time was 21:30 hrs. After some time at 20:06:38 another SMS received saying that it is further delayed and leaved at 22:00 hrs.
Ultimately the flight started at 22:15 and landed in mumbai at 00:00 hrs. From aeroplane to main terminal it took 15 minutes. And 1st baggage came on the belt at 00:45 hrs. When I was out of the airport it was 01:00 hrs.
Because of all the delayed of Jet airlines at all the stages I have to hired (Rs. 240/=) AUTO-RIKSHA to reach my residence which is located at MULUND EAST which is far away from Domestic air port. I reached at my residence at 01:50 hrs.
I sincerely wanted to inform you that
I have planed my air ticket time such that I will start from HYD. At 20:45 hrs. And will reached at 22:00 and will travel by bus and train to reach at my residences at 23:00 hrs.
And will have my dinner with my family.
But it was all in vain and costs me quite a lot and also disturbance to every body in the night upto 02:00 hrs.

How is responsible for all above?
Why passenger suffers all un-wanted expenses?
Jet airways would have given some free snakes in the flight because of delay as person like me cannot afford 4-5 times costly food at the airport.
Kindly please show this massage to M.D. of Jet airways and reply.
And let me know your future action for above situation.
