Ashley Stewart lingerie

I attempted to return/exchange items in which I ordered within the 30 return policy according to my shipping manifest. It took me about 35 minutes to travel to the closet Ashley Stewart in which I expected to have a decent or quality experience. Needless to say it was all but that. The associate at no point offered an alternative to give me the slightest resolution. She simply informed me that since I didn't have the plastic packaging( which I didn't know was a requirement to return/exchange) that the bras were shipped in that it nothing at that she could do for me. This was my very first time shopping with your company after hearing such positive notes from co-workers. Quality customer service includes satisfying your customer and at this point I'd appreciate a refund of my purchase

Ashley Stewart plunge bra/poor service/poor quality

I ordered the Plunge Butterfly bra. It fit well, but after about half an hour of wearing it, the under-wire broke. Because I was being stabbed with the wire and was not somewhere that I could take the bra off and store it, I had no choice but to throw it away. After sever attempts to contact and be refunded for a $50 bra that was worn once for less than an hour, I was told unless I could send back the bra, there was nothing they would do. End of story. The customer service was horrible. Response time was horrible, it took almost a week to be told there was nothing they would do. I will not shop with this company again.

Ashley Stewart never received my order

I made an order in early January. I purchased some boots and was very excited about my purchase. But here it is February 17th, and my order is not even shipped yet. I sent them many messages and asked about the status of my order and when it is going to be delivered. Messages I received made no sense, I got only spam emails about ordering more stuff. I'm so disappointed. I never received confirmation email and tracking number. I'll never order anything again from Ashleystewart. Save your money and avoid this site.

Ashley Stewart poor customer service experience

The customer service at Ashley Stewart is horrible. I placed an order for $141 and I was sent the incorrect item. I sent an email and was advised to send an email with pictures showing what I was sent before they would do anything. For any reason you need to return your order the consumer is required for the shipping both way. I am a VIP member and deserve to be treated with more respect. The email responses are lousy as well, I sent an email it took 2-3 days before I received a response. The representative Kendra has to be illiterate she spelled my name wrong when it's on the email. She really needs to know that reading is fundamental. I responded to that email and was informed that a supervisor would get in touch with me that was Monday and tomorrow is Thursday. No one seems to do what they say they will do. The items I ordered are Christmas gift and it's the week before Christmas and I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. I ordered well in enough time to receive my order. If this is the type of service I will receive then I will no longer do business with this company. I have placed several online orders and have never experienced any of these issues. I don't see why it's so hard to fix your mistake. This is going to ruin my Christmas! The CEO of Ashley Stewart really needs to know the type of customer service that his company "calls themselves" providing.

I had a similar issue. Ashley Stewart's customer service is unacceptable and I don't know how they retain customers. It was my first order and I placed a small one, even though I wanted to order more, to check the quality of their goods before I spent more money. I am so thankful I had enough sense to keep my order small. Imagine my surprise when I received my straw hat in a mailing bag. It was crushed and even after several days obviously crumpled and damaged due to their ridiculous choice for shipping. Just as the previous customer posted, I had to send pictures. Really? And even more ridiculous is the fact that you can't just get an exchange over the phone or on the enclosed mailing label but you have to go back online and reorder a replacement. I finally received a reply to my complaint only to be told that I would receive a shipping label directly from UPS. Sure you're right. Here I still sit waiting and checking spam with no resolution or shipping label to return the damaged items for free. Needless to say, I placed my first and last order with Ashley Stewart. Cute clothes, sad customer service. Save yourself the headache and hassle and order from a reputable company that cares about keeping their customers and providing quality items.

Ashley Stewart I made a human error and couldn't be helped without further nonsense.

I'm a first time Ashley Stewart credit card user with Ashley Stewart, I accidently hit the wrong address on my on-line order. I called customer service and tried to have my order sent to the correct address and not sent to the wrong house. If I would have made this same mistake on Macy's website I'm more than sure Macy's could have fixed this small issue, the woman that took my call was very professional however she couldn't help me at all. I'm very unhappy with this order I was told to track down, what a crying shame, what a bad 1st time AS credit card experience.

Ashley Stewart customer service/ management

I have patronized this particular store since it opened. Over the last year the customer service has deteriorated tremendously. I have witnessed the Manager addressing her staff in a rude and unprofessional manner. The manager was seen yelling at an employee, and the employee's family member witnesses the encounter and became very upset. The manager shrugged, and rudely continued serving another customer, and did not apologize to the employees family member. Another Manager was seen taking a picture of one of the associates and posted the picture on social media, and engaged in negative conversation, embarrassing the associate about her appearance. The entire stores Management team is very unprofessional, they are always on the phone, of in the back, not easily assessable to customers. They have been known to make a customer wait so long for assistance, that the customer becomes frustrated and leaves.

Ashley Stewart the worst quality I have ever seen before

I ordered blouse and dress from www.ashleystewart.com. I was shocked, because these people fooled customers all the time. It was mentioned that the clothes were new and high-quality, but it was ###. I got the dress, which looked like piece of crap. The quality was poor and the size was enormous. I returned it back and decided that I would never again use this website.

Ashley Stewart rudeness and poor service

I purchased five items this day, which included a necklace and earring set. When I arrived home I realized the sales person had not put the necklace set in my bag. I called the store, the person I talked to said yeah! the set was there. I said I could not come back to the store this day but, I would pick it up the next day. The response was yeah you can pick it up tomorrow.There was no apology offered.When I asked about that, I Was Sarcastically told "well I'm sorry" Next day I picked up the set and noticed one of the earrings was broken. I pointed this out to the clerk the attitude was unbelievably rude. I asked for my money back and left the store. I've shopped for years at ashleys but I've noticed over time the service continues to get worse. I will not shop at this store ever again.

Supervisor Sharonda became very rude during our conversation I had to ask her to lower her voice after dealing with her I was very stress out I had to call back to speak to some one else that was kind and was very helpful to my needs

I purchase a pair of Capri jeans and was sent a sequence top instead it took over two weeks for a refund to be issued and I only received a partial refund for their mistake I doubt order a wrong item I was shipped a wrong item so why am I being penalized for something that I have no control of I will no longer be shopping from Ashley Stewart

I ordered a pair of size11w black boots but I instead received one foot of size10w and the other foot a size 11w. In of both boots were marked size10w as a result I was not able to attend my function. I am so disappointed

With my last order I was supposed to receive free gift I just noticed that I never received it can you send me that now I'd really like to try it. I'm not making up a lie to get 350 words on this all I want is what's due me. Now I placed an order it was shipped has arrived with no free lipstick

I will never order again. I ordered a red coat and it was full of black spot, molded. I called and the lady asked me if I read the policy on ordering clearance items. No refund.

Rude, Dysfunctional Employees! It's no wonder many of the stores are closing. CUSTOMER SERVICE is KEY! Without Customers you don't have a business! It's called Supply and Demand...Consumer Sovereignty! Undoubtedly Ashely Stewart executives don't get it...

Due to the fact I have had packages stolen from my residence, the store will not allow me to purchase ANYTHING on line. this is really ridiculous. I have never heard of anything like this ever. Very poor customer service. I shop at Catherines, Nordstroms, Lane Bryant, and have never encountered such rude people. How can you punish the customer for something that is not their fault?

I do not know if you would reply but heck it is worth a try. I made a purchase online for 57.00 plus. It was for two items, your store sent the wrong item. I was honest I called and indicated this. I told them I would keep the item, so you can debit my card. They told me they will check. Sarah wrote back and said yes please send credit card details, Tammy wrote back and said to me, i must send back the item, then they will debit my card and send it back to me. At which point, I said to Tammy but you owe me 57.00 plus and since my items are no longer in stock, you can credit me the difference. She said it cannot be done. I will need to send back the item, then they will debit me and send it back to me. Then and only then they can credit my card. This was your company's final decision. Tammy said another supervisor made that decision and she is of the view it cannot be done. So I either call back to speak to that supervisor or send back the item. So I said to her look after four phone calls, talking to your rep online, sending two tickets. You might as well keep my 57.00 plus for the jeans that cost 27.00 plus and you have lost a customer for life. Of course you know Tammy could not be bother. but sorry I will not shop here anymore...despite all your beautiful designs. At least catherine's and Jessica London and even igigi has better service than your company

I purchased 2 maxi dresses from Ashley Stewart, along with other items, in September 2015. As with many other women, we don't wear things right away. I recently had occasion to wear both dresses and they were gorgeous. I decided to hand wash both dresses before returning to my closet. Much to my dismay and horror, the color blocking (one turquoise and one black) immediately began running into the white part of both dresses. I used cold water and mild detergent as instructed. I find it repulsive that the Ashley Stewart store in the Lauderhill Mall wont refund any of my money or at least offer a gift card. I spent over $100 on these two dresses and got 1 wear out of them. Even my sink is ruined with the seeping dye. SHAME ON YOU ASHLEY STEWART! I will Never shop at your store again. And the manager Latonya, was not interested in pleasing this customer at all.
