On the 1st of September my car was removed from 5055 Jeffrey Street apartment b 114 as this is the address on my title the car is on my lease of residence signed by the office management and I moved into the complex and I was not giving notice or a chance to move my vehicle before they towed it I feel that it is unwarranted and I've been requesting for the return of my vehicle and to no avail no one has returned my calls and I feel like I have been discriminated against as I have chronic heart failure and other health conditions in which the car is attribute to my wellness and and health and stability and all that has been halted due to the removal of my vehicle again I feel like I was picked out of a stack and something must be done to return my car or compensate me for my loss

I live in southwest Las Vegas apartment community called Coronado bay club 7600 s Jones blvd. As per apartment lease policy a vehicle can be parked as long as it has valid registration and is operable. Ashley towed my vehicle only because it had a flat tyre and is on operational "ha ha ha" and charged me $220. Just because I had a flat tyre and in the middle of pandemic and I am working from home and rarely uses my car. I had a valid registration. Shame on you towing company for scamming Las Vegas residents and shame on you Coronado bay club for supporting them

My car is registered through Washington (Military) but when they sent me my registration they only sent me one sticker which in Washington it's acceptable so Im like ok that's on the DMV but I can get a replacement which will take couple days since it's coming from Washington all they said was well if your cars there we will tow it saying it's the law. There's no other place for me to park my vehicle and they don't care won't even give me couple days till the replacement which is in the mail now comes in smdh they just want money and person on the phone was rude not even trying to help all they kept saying well guess your car is getting towed

I live in a gated community as well and this is not the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, but 4th TIME they tow one of my cars. I was doing my daily routine headed to the grocery store and then to the bank which I have a reciept showing I left at 4:09p.m. I parked my car outside my driveway to put in the groceries real quick since my daughter was parked on the driveway. By the time I settled in all my groceries which was no more then 8 MINUTES my car was gone! A neighbor came racing in to tell me that my car got stolen and I called the police right away and then they said stay calm it might got towed and if it did you have to place a complaint because that's unlawful towing called "rogue towing". I went to a website called www.tsa.nv.gov to place a complaint and in its regulations it says they can only tow a vehicle with a written consent or if the vehicle is parked 15 feet from a fire hydrant, on a red line, and if its on a handicap spot which it was in NONE of those! I called Ashley Towing and spoke to a lady who tried to explain to me that there was a sign saying "No Parking Beyond This Point" which I went outside to check with my own eyes and guess what? There is no sign saying that! I called her back and said if there is no sign saying that? She replied well your going to have to call Brett tomorrow 9am-5pm. I consider this FRAUD!
