I attempted to return/exchange items in which I ordered within the 30 return policy according to my shipping manifest. It took me about 35 minutes to travel to the closet Ashley Stewart in which I expected to have a decent or quality experience. Needless to say it was all but that. The associate at no point offered an alternative to give me the slightest resolution. She simply informed me that since I didn't have the plastic packaging( which I didn't know was a requirement to return/exchange) that the bras were shipped in that it nothing at that she could do for me. This was my very first time shopping with your company after hearing such positive notes from co-workers. Quality customer service includes satisfying your customer and at this point I'd appreciate a refund of my purchase
