Ashley HomeStore Pleather recliner

In 2009 my wife bought 2 recliners and a sofa from Ashley in Ft Worth. Within 3 months, both recliner seat cushions were replaced due to being torn by the recliner handles. Within another year or so the leather started peeling off in large chunks on the recliners both backs and seats. We purchased the extended 5 year warranty. They said this was normal wear and tear and not covered. A short time later, one of the frames broke and the technician deemed it not repairable. It was replaced with a new unit. I really should have cut the other unit so it would be replaced, but I'm too honest for that. After that unit became disgusting because of the fabric, we took it to goodwill. They would not even accept it. We were told this was a known defective material due to the glue eating through the lining. I called Ashley customer service and was assured they knew nothing about any defects in the material and refused refund or exchanges because of the expired warranty. They practically accused the Good Will clerk of lying. The microfiber sofa bought at the same time is still holding up well. So why did the recliners' fabric fall apart in such a short time. I filed a BBB complaint against Ashley industries in Wisconsin. The answer I received was to file the complaint locally against the local store. I am on that process, but since the customer service number wasn't any help, I don't think the BBB complaint will be either. I would just like a refund, a replacement unit (although still may be defective if not redesigned) or store credit.

Ashley HomeStore leather sectional

We were told we were purchasing a real leather sectional. Now that it has started peeling we are finding out that we really have a bonded leather (mix of leather chips and plastic). We purchased insurance on the entire living room suite but peeling is not covered as part of the policy. Please be aware of this deceptive sales practice by Ashley.

Ashley HomeStore poor bonded leather

I paid over $1000 for sofa. Once initially pleased with purchase but now the "leather" surface is flaking away and can not be repaired. Apparently this is a common problem with perhaps thousands of similar complaints. What recourse do I have?

Ashley HomeStore furniture purchase

I have been a loyal customer to Ashley furniture, but unfortunately my last experience was very unpleasant. A little over a year ago my spouse and I bought a living room set from Ashley. We loved the furniture and were very happy with our purchase. We decided to revisit Ashley to purchase a bedroom set. Our trip to Ashley was very pleasant. The salesman, Tommy Tran, was very positive. When deciding on what furniture to buy we suddenly felt like we were at a car dealership and felt that haggling the price was our only option. We bought a complete bedroom set, mattress, and a coffee table that the manager talked us into by giving us a slight discount. After purchasing the furniture our troubles began. We were told that we had to pick up the bedroom set ourselves because it was a floor model. We were also told we had 72 hours to do so. 24 hours after the purchase we called Ashley and were told the furniture was broken down and it was in the where house ready for pick-up. The very next day we called Ashley again and were given the same information. When my husband went to pick up the furniture it was definitely not ready for pick-up. The bed was not taken apart and he had to load the furniture from the showroom to his truck. He was also unable to take the bed and had to return the next day to get it. One of the dressers was missing a piece. My husband was told that they would give him the piece, but when he collected the furniture the man who gave him this information was not there. The employees informed my husband that they had to special order this piece and it would take several days for delivery. The mattress, bunkie beds, and coffee table were being delivered on December 2, between 9:45a.m.-1:45p.m.. The delivery did not arrive until after 3:15. I understand that there are delays, but we were not contacted about the delay. When the furniture was deliver we were concerned about the bunkie beds because it looked like we just received one and we needed two. The deliverymen informed us that both bunkie beds were in one package. After the deliverymen left we opened the package and discovered there was only one bunkie bed. We called Ashley furniture several times before we were finally given delivery information. The second bunkie bed was finally delivered much later that night. My biggest concern was with the mattress. The bed set was very large and we also purchase the Simpson Cove CK mattress set, which is very high. When purchasing this mattress we were not informed that this mattress would be too big for the bed frame. When we put the mattress on the bedframe we quickly realized that this combination of frame and mattress was much less that ideal. I called Ashley furniture hoping to exchange the mattress for a thinner style. I was rudely told that there were no exchanges after delivery. This was the first time I was given this information about exchanges. I also read my receipt and found no information about exchange policies. If we could just exchange the mattress we would be very happy. This experience was very horrible. My husband and I were planning on furnishing the entire house through Ashley Furniture, but this experience has definitely changed our minds about the situation. If this problem can be resolved we may consider continuing our relationship with Ashley Furniture. If it cannot be resolved we will make our best efforts to spread the word through social media and Better Business Bureau that Ashley Furniture is not a place to do business. Ashley HomeStore fake bonded leather couch

I was researching how to fix our peeling faux leather couch and came across a complaint on this site that was exactly like our. I bought a couch and love seat set . I told the salesman that I didn't want bonded leather and he assured me that I was not purchasing this product. We also bought the use less warranty. The love seat started to peel just one week after the one year Ashley warranty so they refused to help us. My husband called the warranty because at the time it was just a small spot on the couch where my father in law had split a liquid so we thought it was damage from that. The repair man said yes it was from that and took pictures and said they would repair the love seat. A week latter the company called us and said that they were not going to repair it because they would have to replace the whole love seat and that it was not cause by liquid and was peeling and if we wanted the couch fixed we would have to have like the other person said damage caused from a knife, etc. The love seat is completely peeling and leaves small bits of leather material all over the house, and now our big sofa has started to peel. DO NOT purchase anything from Ashley furniture they have poor customer service, cheap product and the sales people LIE

Ashley HomeStore ashley signature series durablend blended leather power recliners

I have also purchased (2) Ashley Furniture Signature Series Durablend blended leather Model #[protected] ID#4540106 P ower Recliners in August 2012. These chairs are only used 6 months out of the year, no children, the leather is cracking, peeling and flaking in the headrest area of the chair. I am very dissatisfied of the response that the material was only warranted for a year and my extended warranty did not cover the material. These chairs were purchased at the Ashley Homestore in Richfield Wisconsin

Ashley HomeStore - durablend leather sofa/recliner

I bought a Blended Leather Sofa in July 2012 after a little more than a year it, the Blended Leather started coming up. So I felt that was the end of it.. in October 2015 I finally decided to call the store and ask has anyone else had this same issue. I was told YES.. many...

Ashley HomeStore bedroom furniture

I ordered 3 twin headboards with a dresser and mirror. I told the lady I did not want the footboards as I felt that I did not need them. She placed the order. The furniture was delivered on Friday, July 11, 2015. The delivery guys asked me 3 separate times about ordering footboards. I was puzzled as to why they would ask me. I explained to them that I did not order footboards. They told me that the rails that were delivered required footboards. I told them to take them back because they would be of no use. I then had them exchange it out and asked for the soonest possible delivery. But this was after being put on hold and having the sales lady that I initiated the sales with refuse to speak to me. She gave the phone to someone else. I then asked for a refund because I refused to be treated the way I was being treated. Only to be told that they could not do so because they could only refund me within 48 hrs. of my purchase. I was then told that they could deliver metal rails the following week. This was by a supervisor at the customer care office who left me a voicemail. I tried to call him back and he never returned my call. I called again the next day and the lady explained to me that he already made arrangements for delivery and that he would call me back later. He never did. The rails were delivered on 7/15/15 only to be told that the headboards had been put together incorrectly so the frames could not be attached. They had to fix the assembly. Then I asked them if they were going to attach the rails to the headboard and they told me they could not because they do not provide the hardware to the rails. I would have to get those from Lowe's or Home Depot. After assembling the beds I looked and the rails were not sturdy against the headboards. I decided since I couldn't get my refund since it was outside the 48 hour company policy, I would have to buy the footboards. I explained to Jose, another salesperson my situation and he said that it should've been explained to me about how the metal frame would work versus the wood panel frames. I told him that even though I didn't want to give Ashley Furniture another dime, I had no other choice but, to buy the wood panel frames and footboards. This would cost me an additional $500. I told him that I would have to come back the next day, 7/16, today, to sign the paperwork and have that added to my account. When I went back today, I was told he was off after he had already told me that he would be there and that he would have all the paperwork ready for me and all I had to do was come in for a quick 5 minutes to finalize everything. So, another salesman tried to find the paperwork only to find that it was no where to be found. He had to regenerate the paperwork which took over an hour. Then he came back with a price that was a$100 more than what was quoted by Jose. I tried to reach Jose on his cell phone and he did not call me back. This seems to be the theme for Ashley Furniture, not returning phone calls and if they do call you back they continually quote company policy. So, when I was ready to finalize everything the salesperson said he could have everything delivered for me tomorrow, 7/17. But, when I got up to the front to finalize the paperwork the guy told me that only one footboard and one set of wood panel frame would be delivered tomorrow. The others would be delivered next week. This was the final straw for me. I have never been so frustrated about a shopping experience. Every single person from start to finish at Ashley Furniture has shown that they do not care about customer service. Even the customer service care office. I've been hung up on and been put on hold for at least 30 minutes or longer. I then tried to call the corporate office and I've been transferred and told that if it was outside of company policy, no one would be able to help me. From the beginning to now my experience with Ashley Furniture's employees has been a horrendous experience.

As of July I was supposed to be refunded my delivery charges per Cheryl with the office of the president...phone number [protected] and a $50 gift card but, to date have not received anything. I have called her everyday since September and left her several voicemails and she has not returned my phone calls.

Ashley HomeStore return/replace item

I purchased a couch, loveseat and 2 chairs from this store in November 2014. On November 20th, upon delivery, I decided that I did not like the way one of the chairs fit in the space. The delivery guy would not take it back unless it was damaged or the incorrect item. He instructed me to contact the store to return the item. I immediately called the store and spoke with the customer service rep. I told her that I wanted to return the chair and order another chair. She told me that she would have the manager contact me. After 2 days of not receiving a phone call back, I decided to drive back to the store. Once at the store, we were able to order the new chair and the manager said that he would apply my credit for the chair I would be returning towards the new chair. No problem. The next day, Ashley Corporate Care contact me to schedule a pick-up of the chair I was returning. On November 29th, I once again took the day off work since I was given a 4 hour window and Ashley never showed up. I contacted Ashley Corporate Care and was told that the driver came by and no one answered the door. I never left my home. There is no way that the driver stopped and I didn't answer. I contacted them again and was told that they would just pick the chair up when they delivered the new one. A few weeks later, Ashley Furniture contacted me to schedule the delivery of my new chair and I was told that they would pick up the chair I was returning at the same time. I was given a 4 hour window to be home for the delivery. On December 11th, my new chair was delivered but the driver refused to take the chair I was returning stating that he had not been instructed to pick it up. I called Ashley Corporate Care and the gal that I spoke with apologized for the "confusion" and asked me to schedule AGAIN for the pick-up of the chair. At that point, I told her that I had already taken 3 days off of work and that I couldn't afford to take any more time off. I told her that I could drop off the chair at the store. She told me that she was going to talk to the manager and call me back. I never heard back. I decided that it was not MY JOB to continue to get them their chair. If they wanted it back they needed to contact me to get it and go out of their way to pick it up. Fast forward 7 MONTHS! Ashley Corporate Care calls and leaves a message stating that they needed to schedule a time to pick up the chair. 7 MONTHS LATER! They also sent a certified letter in the mail telling me that I needed to schedule a pick-up or pay for the chair. Today, June 16, 2015, I spoke with Angela, a manager at Ashley Corporate Care and was instructed to schedule a pick-up (Monday-Saturday 9-5 pm) or pay for the chair. She also told me that IF there was any damage or wear and tear to the chair that I would be BILLED for the chair! Seriously? The chair that your company FAILED to pick-up... that I have been STORING for 7 MONTHS...you want to CHARGE ME for WEAR & TEAR or DAMAGE? No apology for their past failure. Just THREATS. Oh, not to mention that she wanted ME to take MORE TIME off of work to pick it up. Or I could have a neighbor sign for the pick-up. Let me get this right, I have taken 3 days off work ( a loss of $1003.50 worth of wages) for a chair that I paid $265.00 for, and you want to charge me another $265.00 plus tax for a chair that might have wear & tear after 7 months? Will I be credited for my wages lost or storage fees for 7 months?

Ashley HomeStore lying sales reps

Paid $380 for Montage "Worry Free" protection on my leather sofa and recliner at Ashley Furniture. Salesman assured me EVERYTHING was covered and will be replaced if something happens. I asked, "even pet damage?" He said, "Yes. Just make sure you keep your receipts."
The top coating on my sofa is chipping and peeling (not caused by pet damage). So, I called Montage to file a claim, but it is not covered. When I looked at the plan agreement, I also noticed that damage caused by pets is not covered. Ashley Furniture will tell you what you want to hear, and then turn their backs as soon as you walk out the door. What a disappointment.

Ashley HomeStore peeling couch/ broken tables/ popped stitching

Ugh. My fiancee bought this furniture right before we met 3 years ago. We have had Guardsman out numerous times, one time they approved a request and fixed a broken (shattered) dresser drawer. Gee, thanks. Never mind the missing finish from the coffee table, end tables, peeling couch, beat up bed frame. Who cares that thousands of dollars were spent after they completely DUPED my fiancee into believing their furniture was high quality. In the beginning, he told me how "high end" their furniture was compared to the cheaper places, how they had shown him comparisons. Oh, that's great. Because after moving the coffee table to vacuum the rug, the leg splintered. But since we had just been denied by Guardsman YET AGAIN, do you know what we did? We threw our 3 year old coffee table in the GARBAGE, because we didn't have the energy to fight for our COVERAGE once again... We had to purchase new coffee and end tables, the end tables that they wouldn't even try to repair look so bad we put them in the basement. Now, let's talk about our "leather" couches... The arm of our couch is peeling so badly, so we thought for sure that would be covered, right? WRONG! The technician laughed at us, and said that it is bad product quality that is to blame, and there was nothing they could do. Oh, okay, what about the love seat that came with a giant unraveled thread? NOPE. No one ever fixed that either, even though we attempted to have Guardsman fix it, then called Ashley and spoke to numerous people when we first noticed it. The love seat was about 3 months old then. But since no one even bothered to call back and attempt to express concern for our investment, here it sits with that same thread unraveled. A couple weeks ago, we called Ashley Furniture and my fiancee spoke with a manager, who had to "put a call out" and call us back because he "totally understood" our frustration. Hmm, how did that go you ask? I guess not well, since he didn't even pretend to care and at least return a courtesy phone call. Nope, nothing. So, I will be posting this on NUMEROUS other sites as well, because I would not wish this on anyone. ANYONE. It is so embarrassing to have people in our home, sitting on our expensive couches, looking like we picked them up at a Goodwill. We probably should have, they might have held up better. Thank you Ashley Furniture, for your dedication to uphold the standards of your name and the products you sell. Oh wait, no, you could care less about the hard working people you sell your garbage too. Let me go work some more so I can replace our new furniture with some more new furniture.

Ashley HomeStore peeling leather horrible customer service

We purchase furniture 1 year and 5 months ago. The furniture is a "durablend" material. Which is not durable. It is starting to show white cotton and ripping. We have no children. It is just me and my husband. I have been around and around with Ashleys furniture. Corporate have passed me back and forth telling me it's up to the store because it is out of manufacturer warranty. The store says it is out of their hands to call corporate. They said send photos and serial numbers and I did. 3 times already! They said an answer is 6 weeks out so I waited and they called to tell me nothing we can do. I have called and emailed numerous times.
They are trying to tell me this is normal for this type of material to do this. In a little over a years time this furniture would show white cotton like it is warn (when I bought it in the store) I would have ran out of there fast! Are you kidding me? OWN UP ASHLEYS! This furniture is the poorest quality I have ever seen! Ridiculous. I will not stop this fight. I have read many consumer reviews of people this has happened to. It is not right for them to get by with this! NOWAY! We take good care of our things. This is an outrage!

Ashley HomeStore peeling leather sofas

I am very disappointed with Ashley Homestore I have only had this set going on the 2nd year and it is peeling tremendously and it really upsets me because I'm a single mother and I took money that I saved up and purchased this set its a sofa and love seat black with the recliners in them and I saved up for this and got let down. I can't afford to keep buying sofas and I called Ashley and explained the situation and they stated it only covered a year on the Sofas and that I didn't purchase the 5 year coverage which I wasn't informed about in the first place ... I didn't know anything about the 5 year so basically I'm stuck with peeling chairs that look botched up that I paid 1300 dollars for of all my savings .. I am so hurt by this because I always wanted that set and saved for it and Ashley let me down now I'm stuck with chairs that's starting to look very worn .. Smh so my advice to anyone else leave the leather chairs from Ashley where they are ... Unless you can afford to just keep buying chairs every year or every other year and I know I can't ..

Ashley HomeStore bait and switch

BAIT AND SWITCH! On Saturday, March 21, I went into the Ashley Furniture Home store at the new Jantzen Beach location at 1780 N. Jantzen Beach, Portland, OR, and purchased $5805 worth of furniture (including tax and delivery). I spent almost 5 hours in the store picking out the furniture and spoke with Wes (store/finance manager), Steve (my sales associate) and Brandon (Steve's trainer). All 3 of these folks stated that the sale that weekend allowed me to make my purchase with no down payment and to finance for free for 70 months. This was confirmed a few times over the 5 hours that I spent in the store. Five hours later I finally completed my transaction and walked out of the store WITH NO DOWN PAYMENT as was promised. The total amount of my purchase was $5805.03 and, looking at the last line of my sales order (#[protected]) I can CLEARLY see that it states "Amount Financed: $5805.03)". No where on this document does it state that a down payment was due nor that they received one from me before I walked out of the store.

However, 2 days later on Monday, March 23, I received a call from the "Office Manager" Pearl. She called to inform me that she was unable to finalize my order as a 10% down payment was required. I told her she was misinformed and to put me through to the store manager Wes, with whom I had spoken at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, Wes was not available at that point in time nor was Steve the sales associate with whom I worked nor was Brandon his trainer. NO ONE with whom I dealt during the transaction and who promised me the no down payment and 70 months interest free was available for consultation. To say that this is extremely suspicious business behavior is an understatement. However, the suspicion only grew worse. She stated that Wes would not be available until Thursday and that she could speak with him at that point in time to see if there was "something that could be done". By this time I no longer trusted ANY of this transaction and demanded that she cancel my order (as I had 48 hours to do so as your Buyer's Remorse clause indicates in the Ts & Cs that I signed. I stated that on Thursday should Wes abide by his verbal offer to me then we can recreate the sale but as of that moment I wanted the entire transaction canceled. She stated that she would do that at which time I demanded a copy of the cancel paperwork to be sent to my email address.

After this exchange with Pearl I demanded that she give me the name of the franchise owner, which is Hill Country Holdings, the number for Customer Care she readily provided. I, however, was on hold for over 15 minutes when trying to reach them so while I was waiting I decided to file my complaint formally on the Hill Country Holdings web site. However, after trying two different browsers (both Chrome and Internet Explorer) my screen would not advance forward so that the complaint could NOT be filed. The "contact us" portion of their site was non-responsive so I was unable to file the complaint online.

I was finally able to get through to the Customer Care agent at Hill Country Holdings after 20 mins on hold and spoke to an agent by the name of Jessica. I gave her all my pertinent information at which time she called Pearl at the Jantzen Beach store. According to Jessica, my transaction actually HAD been finalized yet she saw no down payment required. Upon speaking to Pearl, however, Jessica would not see that part of the transaction as it was too new. No idea what in the devil that means other than it's another example that Ashley needs to get their collective act together. Additionally, Pearl told Jessica that she just needs to get the manager's approval for the transaction, yet this nonchalant attitude was really not the approach used with me.

FIRST AND FOREMOST Pearl should NEVER have contacted me WITHOUT FIRST talking to SOMEONE who was involved in this transaction. I had already walked out of the store for Pete's sake with a FINALIZED sales transaction in hand. You do NOT CALL A CUSTOMER in this situation asking for a down payment! Unbelievable. In addition, I found her attitude to be cavalier and patronizing - NOT THE APPROACH TO TAKE WITH AN ANGRY CUSTOMER IN THIS KIND OF SITUATION. I strongly recommend that Pearl attend some classes on how to deal with upset customers and to CHECK HER FACTS FIRST before contacting customers asking for down payments once they leave the store!. If she were my employee she would be fired.

BUYER BEWARE.

Ashley HomeStore continual delay in delivery

I just complained to Ashley Furniture corporate office. We spent over 3, 000 in furniture. We understood that the furniture would be delivered on 2 separate dates. The first set was delivered without any problems. The 2nd date had to be pushed back. Ok, we could wait another week or 2. The sectional we ordered came with only 2 pieces. We were not told it would be a partial order. Who does that? Ashley does. When I called, they didn't know because someone was not on their job. I was told that the other piece was there in the facility and had to be inspected. Someone would call me with the new date. No one called. When I called I was told that the piece was not there and it would take another few weeks before I would get the last piece. If I would have known it would take several months to get all my furniture I would of spent my money elsewhere. When I am on hold, I hear they pump up fast delivery. This is not true. There is a long hold, they waste my time not sending the whole furniture and although they are pleasant on the phone with my complaint I wonder will anything be done about it. I won't be buying from this store again. Sadly they don't even try to compensate for their failures.

They do this all the time. You pay them and then find out it is out of stock. You may never get that other piece and they don't care. So what are you gonna do with just a part of a sectional?

Never EVER hand them your credit card until they can confirm (in writing) that the stuff you are purchasing is in fact available. They have a way of finding out - don't kid yourself. Keep a copy. Then if they can't deliver it your CC company will nullify the purchase. This is the major reason Ashley has such a bad name. If they cannot confirm availability, just walk.

Ashley HomeStore peeling leather

I purchased my first Leather Sofa set at this Ashley furniture store, paying almost two grand with furniture protection plan. As the other complaints stated, peeling started happening very next month I bought. For a year they replaced the parts that peeled. Then after year I am out of warranty and my 5 year protection plan, denied the coverage and Ashley furniture store denied repair, because it is out of warranty. Seems they are using cheap leather which may not lasts more than a year. The reason we buy leather is because it is durable(When it is a quality like any other product we buy). After going through this worst experience of Cheap leather trick from Ashley decided not to buy from Ashley in my life time and will request buyers be aware of the quality of leather at Ashley store.

After spending 2500.00 dollars on a table and chairs and a china cabinet bought the warranty that the salesman offered me telling me 3 times it covered damage from dogs. He assured me it would be covered, because I told him I have 3 dogs. Well he lied, it doesn't cover any damage by animals, it doesn't cover much of anything. A complaint was made with the BBB and the Attorney General of Texas.

Ashley HomeStore all furniture purchased

Ashley Store in St. Johns Town Center Mall - I made the biggest mistake of purchasing furniture from this store, every item bought you have to wait like over a month to get anything so be ware of this. The Furniture all had to returned as every piece was damaged and the delivery guys I over heard them talking that leave the furniture damage and hope they do not see it. I had to receive all my items like 3 times over for them to get it right.meaning undamaged. This was couch with holes, love seat with strings hanging, dining glass table top cracked, coffee table wood nick's, dining chairs seat cushion damaged and slices in the leather. The frustration of this went on for months and I mean months of calls managers you name it. This location has the worst customer Care people I have ever dealt with as this store does not know the meaning of Customer Care!.They are all rude and every time you call you get a different story. The kicker was that the delivery guys were going to leave the damaged items and hope I did not see it to fall on my shoulders. They also require pictures of the furniture damaged are you kidding me what happens if this was my mother and had no capabilities to do this then you are pretty much screwed! This Ashley Furniture is going in my book of never buying from them again what a nightmare but as a advocate I took it to the top to get results but what a pain staking task this was. Anyone thinking of buying from Ashley it is my opinion to never walk through the door. If you do you have a nightmare on your hands and remember to ask questions and read all the fine print as they will fool you.

Ashley HomeStore the mattress cover scam

We purchased a twin bed set, mattress and spring box and mattress cover for our 4 years old boy. The salesman at this store suggested we purchased the cover mattress in order to keep it protected from stains. When they called us to indicate our order was ready for pick up, they forgot to mention the cover was not there. We picked up our order today Friday Sept 19 from their warehouse and then went to the store to get the cover. The cashier said they didn't have any and we would have to wait for it. So we figured we would cancel the cover and purchase it somewhere else, to which she replied that then this would void the mattress warranty. So, I can not set the bed set for my kid because we didn't receive our order in full, I can not purchase the cover anywhere else without the risk of loosing the mattress warranty. Therefore we asked to cancel the order for the mattress too, and we would go buy the mattress and its cover some place else. She also opposed to this saying she strongly believed her manager would not allow the return of a mattress (which is still on its packaging in my car). We ask to speak to the manager who basically repeated everything the cashier just said. We explained that we would not take a mattress with a voided warranty just because they don't have a cover that we JUST NOW found out is mandatory (and not only recommended) to purchase in order to keep a warranty. Also, there is a statement in their paperwork that says that the mattresses are not even warranted against stains by the manufacturer to start with. So eventually he agreed to cancel the mattress order but informing that, according to the store policy and the terms and conditions in the invoice, the store will keep a 25% re-stocking fee. AND we were responsible to take the mattress and spring box back to their warehouse and then get the refund for just 75% of the order value.
This is not only outrageous, but is a scam. You can not sale a cover mattress with the excuse that if you don't then you loose a not-even-existent stain warranty. Second, Ashley Furniture is the one in default by calling me to pick up an incomplete order. And when I want to cancel the incomplete order, I still have to loose 25% of the purchase price because you consider that I changed my mind? It is not true that you need a cover mattress to keep the warranty, because there is no such thing as a stain warranty. Therefore, your business practice is unethical and unprofessional.
