The houseshold has ATT landline, ATT cell, and direct tv...to make things easier the bills were combined, bundled and a better rate was offered. Unfortunately direct tv cut off the tv service, ATT took the most recent payment, a credit was issued and now Ashley is late on her cell phone bill because the $99 credit can't be applied to her cell phone because the money is in "summary". She is locked out of her direct tv account because she bundled, she is locked out of her ATT cell account because she is bundled and has been on the phone for 3.5 hours for the third time and still owes for her cell phone and all the customer service people say is I'm sorry...Poor service, Poor training and shame on you.
