Ashfak / Vodafone Care a damn attitude towards their customers!
My Mobile # [protected]. I got this Vodafone 2 months back and they have debarred my number because they claim my residence verification is pending as per Vodafone records, while my residence verification was done 10 days after my postpaid connection purchase was done, proof of the gift voucher that vodafone gives after the Residence verification was shown to Vodafone Churchgate incharge Ms.Nancy, inturn, she claims that Vodafone has 3 verification to check if customer is genuine or not, This is annoying part of vodafone to doubt their clients and they are just a waste of time who dont update their records and ### to do escape from the customer's service and to safe guard themselves. Trust me Vodafone brand will fade with such attitude. high time this service provider start looking towards customer service and not customer tripping.
