number of months ago, your delivery driver fell as he was trying to get up my stairs. He and his trolley clattered through and flattened my neighbours fence.
While I felt sorry for him, I think he overloaded the trolley.
He took pictures of the damage, and advised someone would be in touch.
I have been patient given the current circumstances, but this is starting to sour relations between me and my neighbour.

I have a photo . It is also on a bend and it was dark.
The registration is YB70BNY, although the first 2 symbols are not that clear.
Your vans also routinely break the 40 mph speed limit on this road

I cancelled a grocery order with asda a few hours after midnight the day before an evening delivery and resceived an email response saying I had not been charged. This I found to my cost this was a damnable misrepresentation. I had gone down town to get my £40 mot and was told my debit card had been declined! I was humiliated. I went online to look at my bank account and found £38.02 was in the paid out column leaving me with less £2 available!
I am 79 years old in sheltered housing with heart problems, cancer and spinal trauma and find myself denied funds I desparately need.
I rang so called customer service and was asked to do a print screen of my bank statement to email back, which I duly did. I was told they would ring back. They did not ring back! I rang again the next day after hanging on for a long time and talked to a person called tanya who was very snippy and told me her manager was not available. She told me the transaction had been authorised. All this was not doing my heart any favours on the day my medication was being assessed. I may now get 10 months of overprescribed medication. I am now in a state of extreme anxiety.
I have had many problems with asda and it is no wonder walmart have got rid of them. I cancelled a future order and have to wait for god knows how long to get my money back and hope my car is not carted away to the crushers in the meantime.
Please... Never use asda again if you can avoid it. I now use iceland which is a far better run company and I can always get an early delivery the next day and the quality is far better and mostly cheaper.

I purchased 2 packs of Camden Pale Ale today (24th April) and when I returned home I discovered there BB date is the 07/04/2020.

Having had to travel to the store and having queued outside (quite understandably) for 50 minutes I purchased these two packs and on returning home found them to be out of date by 17 days which is quite alarming. I understand you may be down on staffing currently but 17 days is quite poor. Please could you advise of what you can do about this please. I do not want to leave home again unneccessarily at the moment. Thank you Steve Moore.

My Husband need 32 tablets a day for Parkinson's and Heart problems. we have used asda pharmacy since October 2018.
Last month one of his meds had been missed off and i didn't notice until i got home. I phoned them and Louie sorted it for me and i went back the next day for them.
On 16/12 in went to get the next lot and was told by the dispensing lady that they weren't ready yet and could i come back in a few days. I went back on the 19th and was told the same thing by a different member of staff. I went back again 23/12 and was told by the locom pharmacist that nothing had been ordered & i should phone my doctors surgery, which i did while i was there. An electronic prescription would be sent through that i need today 24/12. I have enough of one particular med to last until 11am christmas day. I have managed to get 200/448 of this pill.
My complaint is, why was it not reordered on time. I always tick the repeat box and leave it there.
Also why when I had been in twice before to pick it up had they not noticed it had not been ordered.
This store seems to be loosing the plot, no longer regular assistants or parmasists. Yesterday and today another lady was also in there with similar problems and she said that it had not been her first problem either.

I booked my Christmas delivery slot.
I added various "food to order" items to my trolley.
I had them in the trolley before the deadline.
Today my order is due to be delivered & I have received notification that one of my "food to order" items was not available!
Having spoken to the ASDA store that is responsible for packing/delivering my order, I have been informed that all my order is subject to availability on the day.
So I haven't actually pre ordered certain items as I was led to believe!
Appalling service ASDA!

I purchased a bacon joint at your store in Bristol yesterday. I was looking forward to having it for my tea last night. It was absolutely terrible, it was a glorified bone with so little meat on it and something that you would hesitate to give to a dog!
I really can't understand how you have the audacity to sell it.
I'm spent £89.23 in your store and as an elderly lady I find getting to the shops difficult so.
I know that you get what you pay for and I was hoping that I would have a nice meal and maybe a bit left over for a sandwich 😒
I'm letting you know this as I think that you should check your quality.

My wife and I visited ASDA at Leamington Spa as we have for 10 years. We purchased a loaf and requested it to be sliced. No staff was available to slice it so we waited 10 mins then spoke to staff who said they would get some in the bakery. 15mins no one arrived, we spoke to staff only to be told the person on the bakery was busy serving. Other customers were also waiting comenting "you'll be lucky in this store" all put their bakery items back and left. We spoke to another member of staff who said there were staff shortages and we would be better trying Tescos (not the attitude expected. We put our items back and left the store. We were so surprised at the staff attitude with no care shown and the lack of customer service, even more so from other shoppers comments that would suggest this issue has been on-going for sometime. Usually we do not complain particularly with the build up to Christmas the stores can get full but at the time we were shopping (15:30hrs Friday 6 Dec 2019) the store was certainly not crowded with shoppers.
I think you need to resolve your internal staffing issues and identify customer service training needs by shop floor staff. You may be losing more customers.

Hi I had just finished work after a 12 hour shift and one of your drivers with grey hair and beard blocked the carpark where I park my car . He was very rude shouting at me saying you will have to go back . I explained I dont need to go right back down the road has I can go here . He kept saying I am working and needs to get out . I said yeh I move it to the side and u can get out . He was still rude with me . I just said who do u think u are talking to has you have picked on the wrong person here . So glad I dont shop at asda if that's how you treat ppl . Yours truly Diane Fearnhead.

I purchased some asda diced chicken breast a couple of days ago and cooked it last night, whilst eating it I bit on something hard, on what looks like a wish bone, these chicken breast aren't even suppose to have any bones in and I could have quite easily choked, I see this as a very serious matter and I want to know what's going to happen about this because quite frankly I could have in the worse case scenario died from choking if I hadn't noticed and just swallowed.

I was driving along the A650 approaching Tingley roundabout M62 Junction 28. As the left lane reaches the roundabout it develops a slip lane that forms a middle lane. (The right lane continues through the roundabout as the A650 towards Wakefield.) I indictated right as the slip lane approached. I began to move over into the middle lane as the road markings made it legal to do so. There was an Asda van close behind and already somewhat to the right of me. As I continued into the middle lane it accelerated and forced me back into the left lane, illegally and dangerously overtaking me. The van registration was YK17 JPV. I have dashcam footage recording of the incident I can submit, but it is too large to email off my phone, so I need to find another way to save it first. The only reason there was no accident was due to my evasive action. The driver needs further training.

we had a new manager arrive on our department since then she has been completely unhelpful, rude towards some colleagues and whenever we ask her for help she totally dismisses us and she always stays upstairs off the shop floor and has an unproffessional attitude towards us colleagues. customers have been known to complain about her aswell and she never follows company policy especially when holidays or sick are concerned, and when she has the cheek to dicipline us, she raises her voice on the shop floor in front of customers, she always makes everyone feel small, talking down to only her evening staff and belittling us into doing stuff and basically treating us like vermin and as if we were beneath her. She always bad mouths other colleagues to other colleagues, eg she called her section leader a [censored]. She is making everyone very uncomfortable and ill and wanting to leave that department. She has been reported before but nothing seems to be getting done about it.

A few times during the past few weeks ive noticed only single pks of q/m freshmint online for £19 so 3 times i've had to spend £10 in taxis to go in branch only to find you have got the doubles in stock @ £27. I rang customer services 3 times today to complain, and lastly I spoke to queenie who said she was a supervisor she said all she could do was e-mail the online team for me. I ashed her when I could expect a reply, she didn't know, after 40 years of my custom it would be a nice gesture to refund the £30 I had to spend on taxis and a complimentary double quick mist coolmint so you will then have my custom for another 49 years

I purchased a microwave at the Asda in Crawley west susses on the 14/06/19, at 16:55. I find out on the fourth day of purchase that it was unsafe to my home and around my family as is posed a high risk of fire explosion. on the 18/06/19 in the evening at 20:20 I place my food from fridge into this microwave, for ten minutes, after eight minutes there was a rusty smell coming from microwave, as I went closer I could perceived more of that smell, I stopped the microwave immediately. I touched the top, it was very hot and boning, so I decided to return the microwave, as I lifted it up, I find out that my desk top were the microwave was placed has got boned.
I got very worried and went straight to the Asda Crowley shop were I but it, on the 18/06/19 at 20:40. I met a lady at the customer services. After I explained everything that has happened with the microwave, the only word that came out of this lady's mouth was place your card on the machine for your refund. I felt very disappointed, I said to her, after everything I have just explained to you, at least an apology would have make a different, she repeated can you place your card on the marching? So I said to her this is very rude of you, imagine yourself been in my position. She places her finger to her mouth to tell me shut. The next thing she said was I call you the manager? I reply yes please I will like to speak to someone else instead. Another lady came in as the manager, she also acted exactly like the first lady after they both had a word together; there wasn't any form of apology from this other lady too.
This second lady wasn't even interested on what I have to say, she acted very rudely to me too, I requested to speak to someone else who can listening to my complain, they called in another manager which was now the third person. She listened to me and then also went on to say, we can give you a refund.
I said to her, you don't thing I deserved any form of an apology? She went I just said sorry. I said back to her, you just said it now, I said thanks god after all three staff final an apology. The next thing she said right I won't give you any refund you have been rude.
I ended up going home without a refund while they kept the item with them.
I am not happy with any off the service I have received on this day, from these staffs, together with the danger I and my family were facing with this item I but from your store. I still haven't got my refund; my refund has been refused, as a result of me speaking out for been disregarded as a person at the reception by those three staffs.
I want my refund back.
I am very pleased that I had a record of these entire incidents on my phone, on request.

Hello,
I would like to find out if what regulations your drivers are following when delivering groceries?
We have a narrow street and it is difficult to drive through, especially if delivery van standing there as well. Driver saw me clearly, however, continued unloading and then went to the address. I have been waiting for 5 minutes to get through with my house few feet away. I know it sounds silly, however, it is a bit rediculous. What will happen if it was ambulance behind me? Are we all going to be waiting?

I have bought the above mentioned lights from you for myself and for presents for several years. Obviously they are not very expensive and do not last forever but I have been very pleased with them. However I recently bought 4 white lights and have been extremely disappointed with the changed design. The globe continually gets full of condensation! On investigation I have realised that I can unscrew the globe and wipe this condensation. But there is a small amount of water underneath despite there being a small hole underneath for water to be able to drain away. Obviously the seal between the fully screwed in glass globe and the metal cup is inadequate. This means that everytime it rains water is going to seep inside and I don't imagine that they are going to last very long. i just wanted you to know that I am VERY disappointed with the changed design. 2 pkts of 35grms each 1pound 15pence, is far to expensive. Packaged in plastic pouches, then packaged again in a plastic wrapper. We are supposed to be cutting down on the amount of plastic we use. You are our voice to complain to the manufacture please do this.
This item used to be sold in small drums, is there a problem with this.?

Hi I have numerous times got through the process of claiming a 100ponnd asda voucher.and It is still not verified my reward I have signed up with the silver choices but nothing has happened. It wont let me get past the silver stage . I am concerned my details may be used for the wrong purposes. And would like an explanation please. It says my reward is waiting but none of the links I have signed up to verify my details and I have played the games apps. I am waiting for at least one of the items to be completed. If this is a scam I shall be taking my concerns to a trading standard or similar.

This evening I had to slam on my brakes when the driver of vehicle YB18YUK pulled out in front of me from Cunningham Crescent into Alamein Road in Bovington, Dorset at around 16.00 hours. He then proceeded up the road and drove so close to a car that I saw the wing mirror snap on the parked car. Further up the road he once more just pulled out onto the main road forcing another vehicle to slam on their brakes.
