The management acted very unprofessionally towards me. I think it is horrible that a company can talk to their tenants the way the property manager talked to me. I came to the office asking about a letter that I recieved from them referencing my children, who are straight A s and exempliary students. The letter stated that they have been too loud. When I questioned them calmly, the office manager became irrate and started yelling at me while she stuck her finger in my face. I do regret, but I mimiced her by sticking my finger back in her face and laughed. She cursed and yelled at me to get out of the office after I politely asked her to see the "several other complaints" she said she had about my children. She failed to show these. I either think she is lying or they were never made. She is lacking in people skills from what I saw and experienced. The playground that they are providing for the children is in disarray and frankly is unsafe for children to use. They want the children to play and ride their bikes in the parking lot. This is truly not safe. The property manager told me to tell my children to do this. I will not! The office here is clearly not in the business of providing a pleasant living for their tenants. They seem to be only in it to make a dollar.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
