We purchased a 7 pc bedroom suite, a 7 pc. Dining suite, a sofa and love seat in july. The entire experience has been a gong show. We were told if we did not take delivery on a certain date, we were not guaranteed the sofa we purchased... We set up delivery according to their schedule. Our entire purchase was scheduled to arrive on same day, it didn’t. It took three separate days, for us to be off of work, drive two hours to the house where furniture was to be delivered. When all pieces were in place, we noticed a cut in the sofa cushion, made by the delivery person as he used a blade to cut open delivery cartons. Today was the 2nd scheduled date that the ‘technician’ failed to show up. Another day booked off work, to accomodate ashley furniture, and they canceled. The furniture is poorly constructed, overpriced and the customer service is the worst of any store I have dealt with. What a disgrace. The managers, yes... More managers that readers digest has issues... They are useless.
