Arup Kanti Kar / Non receipt of payment challan
Sir, I'm Arup Kanti Kar and my Customer Id is [protected]. I have made 2 payment of Rs.2500.00 each on 31.03.15 towards Professional Tax on behalf of my firm M/s Eastern Hardware and M/s. Cement Corner. However, I could not get the PDF challan copy of one of these two payments due to immediate shut down of my computer before
save of the copy, the transaction id of which is BHDF3725507331-AGCTC. Accordingly I repeatedly requested to forward a copy of the challan from your part. But I failed to get it, however I have been forwarded a copy of the challan against alternate payment made my account the challan copy of which is already saved by me during payment in my registered email Id i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org. Hence I once again request you to forward me a copy of the challan against above transaction Id only else sent both the copies so that the proper one is not missed once again. But I'm sure it is possible from your part to send the copy as you sent earlier. So why i will fail to get the help from your part as your customer.
