This website is overwhelmed by photos and animated pictures, maybe that's why it's so terrible glitchy.
I have been trying to place my order for three days and haven't succeeded yet.
I tried to order from four different devices and every time the situation is the same.
on the last step, it says that one item is out of stock and redirects me to the homepage. Ok, I put the items in the cart again without the exact one, it again says the same and again redirects me. It happens over and over again.
Done with them.

I ordered presents in June for my mom's birthday in August knowing how e-shopping may work sometimes. But it never arrived. For some reason they also never give tracking numbers, so you never know where your order is or whether it was shipped or not. I called their CS and they said that my order was shipped back to the vendor in JULY on its halfway! Nobody notified me about it. This is so unprofessional. I will never recommend you to anyone.
Bad service and slow delivery
Made an order and received it only about three months later! All these months I have been in contact with ArtsCow and heard nothing but empty promises. I've tried many times to cancel my order but they did not let me and I had no other choices just to wait.
When I received it I was not happy about the quality but it was also impossible to get a refund.
I will never deal with these guys ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. There are better photo services out there.

We got photos of completely strange person
It was terrible. About a month ago, we have ordered from the company www.artscow.com. We were shocked that the staff mixed the orders and has sent us completely wrong photos. These photos belonged to another person. We returned them and paid for the return on our own. But the staff did nothing in order to solve the problem and after 2 weeks we still haven’t received money.
Fail to deliver
purchase special get 4 of anything for $20. Did 20 pouches with company logo on it.
paid $60 with free shipping - per their support and website their order takes 7 to 9 days to process then another 7 to 9 days for airmail from China.
Currently it's been over a month and I've not received anything other than the initial emailed receipt (and spam for more services) from them. Do not go here if you expect anything in a hurry. Given the other complaints here I'm wondering if I will get a response at all to their "contact me" form.
This seller is scammer and impossible to get refund
I placed order on the website www.artscow.com. I got the confirmation info, but the seller old me to wait for 3 weeks. After this time, I haven’t received my order, and when I contacted the seller, he told me that they had some problems. He advised me to wait more, but after a month of fake promises, I asked to return money back. After that I heard nothing from the seller. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
Takes your money and pretends to ship immediately. After extended period an email inquiry gets a response that there was something wrong with my supplied address info. They claim to have sent it anyway and promise that if it is ever returned as undeliverable they will resend it. Nice scam. Wish I had read the earlier post. Stay away.
Cheap crap / ripoff!
I ordered a canvas print, and after waiting for more than a month, a tiny little rolled up piece of photo paper came in the mail. No wood frame, not a canvas photo, just a rolled up canvas print. I'm disgusted that I spent time and money on this worthless crap made in Hong Kong. This is a warning. Don't order anything from this company, no matter how good the prices look. It's GARBAGE!

Placed order in November, emailed 3 times, no reply. called their so called 877 customer service number, nothing, cant even leave a message.
plan to contact the attorney general in humble tx (us headquarters) and file with them.
there are many complaints from people getting ripped off...

I have order several times from Artscow.com since they have lots of $0.99 deals w/ free shipping in SlickDeals all the time. No problems. Sometimes, it takes longer time, because they shipped from Hong Kong. Did you ever call them in Hong Kong time? There are about 12 hours difference.
