ARTOC Auto Skoda - Octavia

I'm an old client of the Skoda - Octavia as I own two cars of the same. I have been facing an important problem regarding the second car (Model 2008) which is now suffering a significant delay each time I try to start up the motor and unfortunately, it only starts after several times of trial. This annoying issue appeared since the 17107 kilometers and as a result, I had to make 4 visits to the accredited representative agent for Skoda-Artoc Auto - (Al Aqsa) who tried to treat with this problem every time by trial and error. Unfortunately, this problem has not been solved until now and I’m really frustrated after I used to be a fan of this car.

ARTOC Auto New Car

Hi all

I have got my new car Octavia Fantasia manual gear box just 4 days ago.
Yesterday I have inspected and tested the car carefully, and I have found that the rear window wipper is not working at all.

then I went reading the manual book of the car many times, then tried to test it againe and againe with no hope.

Very strange situation, I thought that these cars coming from big companies like Skoda and VW are inspected, monitored and tested before being sold.

Unfortunately, I went to the local agent to tell them about my problem but with no hope.

What am I supposed to do then ?

Im a sulerb owner . My media unit broke down and the cd changer got broken . And since im still under warranty i took it to your dealership in qatameyya the ring road branch. They told me the unit needs to be recoded and it didnt work so they said my unit had to be replaced so we placed an order in january. Till now my unit hasnt arrived . Please no matter how long it shoul take u to give me the unit 3 month is completly non sense . Please help me with this issue that im really frustrated. And on top of this each time i ask about it your employees start giving me a differrent excuse . Sometimes its the customs sometime its the telecom investgations sometimes its chezc republics problem . And sometimes its the dhl servise problem . Its a superb 2017 chaset no. 9040359 motor no. 7900 with liscense plate س ص س 358. Thank you
