Artesian Spas lack of quick response for repair

I called into the store to get a repairman to order parts. I talked with the repairman 4 days later. I told him what was needed (he had been to my place before to replace a circulation pump). He turned in to "Terry" what was to be ordered.

After 2 weeks I had not heard from anyone so I called in to Splash Pools in Shreveport - I find out the parts have not been ordered! I then call the repairman - he said he turned in the request to "Terry" the same day & then he informs me he's going on vacation the following week.

I am now looking at over 4 weeks to get these replacements installed. Parts needed are a circulation pump and a topside touch pad.

I want my tub repaired as soon as possible - this long delay is not acceptable! someone please contact me @ [protected].

Artesian Spas 2016 grand cayman "elite"

avoid this at all costs. Manufacturer will sluff you off and make you contact dealer for any warranty. Shockingly the dealer, from whom we bought an awesome Sundance spa before is leaving us with no satisfaction. The have damaged our spa cover after "repairing the waterfall bezel, which they never did in the first place. There are no less then 6 initial product quality issues with the tub and even though it's 2 months old and we dropped $15, 000 on it nobody will do anything now that they have our money. What a piece of junk. Go for a Sundance or an Arctic Spa. Never again!

Same here on a 2006 Island spa. America Sale ignored and lied to us about an order for over a month. When you attempt to contact Artesian via their customer service page, you can't send the form even after you fill it out. Basically, you are left with a worthless bathtub and no one to assist. Last time ever buying from either company

Artesian Spas It's a nightmare

Avoid Artesian Spas at all costs.

I purchased a 2004 top of the line Piper Glenn. Its product is average to say the least.

Aside from a main control panel malfunctioning twice, a pump going out and all the plastic control knobs discolouring but the warranty is worthless and the company customer service department is deplorable and abusive to the consumer.

I've been trying to get a warranty issue repaired for over a year, the first service rep fixed one problem but caused several others, the second service rep knew nothing about the product, sold me replacement head rests that came from Artesian incomplete and has been paid for them (of course advance payment required) but when I call Artesian I get nothing but abuse.

You're lucky if they ever return a phone call. They don't listen to the consumer, they act as if you know nothing and then hang up on you.

Don't waist your time or money on Artesian. All you're buying is a future nightmare!

That the knobs discloring is the ozone did it. It happens by every brand.
Advise is use no ozone or the ozone mixing chamber option from Artesianspas.That the pump and display not works can not be a big problem because you have 5 year warrantySo we see now problem about this problem in the Netherlands. We think it is the best brand worldwide to sell and buy.
The oldest Piper Glen is from 1998 and in is in the town Boskoop and its operate very good.
We have sold about 400 artesianspas in the Netherlands and they all works properly.!

That the pump and display not works is 5 year warranty. So we see no problem in the Netherlands Europe.
We think it is the best brand worldwide to sell and to buy.
