Arrow Furniture Order delayed

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Arrow Furniture's Lack of Delivery and Empty Promises

My experience with Arrow Furniture, particularly the Mississauga branch, has been nothing short of a nightmare. I made a significant purchase for my daughter's bedroom as a special birthday gift, expecting a smooth and timely delivery. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of broken promises, delays, and empty assurances that have left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.

At the time of purchase, most of the items I selected were supposedly in stock. The sales representative assured me that I would receive two deliveries: the first in early June and the second once the remaining items became available. Excited and hopeful, I eagerly awaited the delivery dates, only to be continuously let down.

Now, we find ourselves well into mid-July, and not a single item has been delivered. Multiple calls to their customer support have been met with little to no assistance or concrete information. The branch manager, whom I have spoken to on several occasions, has repeatedly offered empty promises and excuses, but has failed to deliver on any of them.

What deeply concerns me is the complete lack of accountability and transparency from Arrow Furniture. They seem to have no regard for the importance of keeping customers informed and up-to-date on their order status. Each time I reach out for an update, I am met with vague responses and no clear resolution in sight.

The absence of effective communication has caused significant inconvenience and distress. The birthday gift I had planned for my daughter has been delayed indefinitely, leaving her disappointed and me feeling utterly helpless. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer care from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the lack of empathy and understanding from the branch manager has been truly disconcerting. Instead of taking ownership of the situation and actively working towards a resolution, I have been met with empty promises and little action. It is clear that Arrow Furniture fails to grasp the importance of delivering on their commitments and valuing their customers' time and trust.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from Arrow Furniture, particularly the Mississauga branch. Their inability to fulfill promises, provide timely deliveries, and offer satisfactory customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential inconvenience by seeking out a more reliable and customer-focused furniture provider.

Arrow Furniture Couch kd3119 wrong colour

Hello, my name is Chiara Zanjani, I purchased a couch over 2 months ago, finally got delivered yesterday late afternoon and as soon as I opened the first box, I immediately realized that was the wrong shade and right away I contacted the store and my sales person (A.J. Paglia) I told not to open the other box which I wouldn't have and today is still in boxes except one that I opened yesterday, also yesterday I emailed the customer service sending the photo I took in the store the day I purchased it, and the photo of the couch I opened when I received it, so it could be compared. Today Rachell emailed me back, telling me that could be lighting issue, but to be sure she also told me that I could take the head rest and go and compare it with the one at store. I drove all the way to the store, about 45 minutes away from my address, and compared and it is different, the one I chose was more on the beige shade and the one I received it is more to the grey shade and the girl in the store also agreed, so was not a lighting issue. Again I sent this new photos to customer service (Rachell) and she told me that that couch only comes in one colour, however there might be a slight dye lot variation with product and she will send the photo to the manufacture and see what they say, but I'm very unhappy because obviously the manufacture will say that the colour is the same and is not right that the manufacture only gets to decide on an item that I spent money on and I'm going to be stuck with. I would never have picked a couch on grey shade because it doesn't match in my home. Please help me out because I'm not happy at all. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I just want the same couch in the right shade

Arrow Furniture Sectional

First of all I was promised a delivery date toward the end of December 2020 I didn't get my item until the end of January 2021 and on top of it the wasn't what we sat on in the store nor was it made in Canada (this was essential for me) as the salesman said! I have a terminal medical issue which makes it necessary to have my feet up, hence the need for a sectional with a chaise. The sectional that arrived didn't have the chaise I confirmed with the 3 people who were with me about the order and they confirmed Arrow is a joke, I wouldn't suggest or trust anything they sell/tell. I was called a liar (have it recorded) ny the so-called manager Izzy on top of everything. I would not suggest buying a dog bed from Arrow

Arrow Furniture Customer service

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a bunk bed in the middle of June. Was told it wouldn't arrive until end of July. My sister came the first week of July and got the same bunk bed Delivered 2 days later. I called on July 29 to find out where it was and was told they still have 2 more days. I waited a whole week, still no bunk bed. I called on August 6, was told the bed wouldn't be ready until the end of September. If I didn't call, no one would have told me this. I came in to ask for a refund and they told me only store credit. I also had a king bed set on a layaway that I wanted to refund because of this experience. I'm out $2500 because the general manager at HEAD OFFICE refuses to issue a refund because in his exact words "he doesn't want to issue a refund". He was rude and not even willing to cooperate. Worst customer service I've ever received. Do not shop here. I gave them $2500 for free and will be filing a law suit. My ex-partner and sister came here with me and all 3 of us were told we could get a full refund if we change our mind, now I'm being told something different. Oh yeah: I asked to speak to a higher up and they said no. I've worked in retail my whole life and if a customer is this upset you issue a refund. That's ALWAYS company policy. I can't believe the level of arrogance this company has. I even asked to speak to the owner and they said no they don't get involved yet the owner seems to be responding to everybody's reviews on google; only if the reviews are good. Shows a lot about how this company operates. I am a single mom of three kids and don't have the luxury of throwing $2500 away just because they feel entitled. I have also reported this company's behaviour to the Better Business Bureau and left a review on the Better Business Bureau's website. This is literally stealing. I should not be forced to buy furniture through store credit. If I no longer wish to shop in your store that is my legal right and I shouldn't lose my money because of it.

Arrow Furniture I bought mirror hutch

i bought a mirror hutch from arrow furniture, after a month 2 mirror broken, knob handle was they tighten too tight, when i talk to them about their installer tighten too tight, thats why it's broken the mirror, customer service supervisor name called ALEXIS had too much attitude and dis respectly talk to me and ignore me, i spent about $30, 000 for whole purchase. very disappointed, avoid the arrow furniture

Arrow Furniture couch

Tried to cancel an order was told it was not possible. I've had nothing but issues with this store when it has come to both of my orders. I purchased one couch that had multiple issues and had a hard time getting that fixed and now with the couch I purchased for my daughter apparently can't be delivered on the end of the month because it would be an inconvenience to the driver and I no longer want the couch.
Manager Michael basically told me where I could shove my couch and told me good luck trying to get my deposit back

Arrow Furniture furniture and service

I saw reviews of this store, and this is my mistake that I went in store and buy furniture, manger of Scarborough store Michel, deal with me I give him keys of my home which I brought last month, he visit my home take demention of my ground floor area, I show my furniture and I select furniture for my living, family room and dinning room, I pay full amount of my purchase next he call me and sofa are not available which I choose for family room, this is first problem

When delivery guys come in my home, they walk with shoes, unprofessional

Today I try to call manager Michel, for some issue which I told him about rugs and coffee table yesterday, I left msg in store reception 4 times and two times on Michel cell phone now he block my numbers from his cell phone, see how they professional

My experience is zero after spend more then 15-16 thousand in this store

I am unhappy client, i purchased furniture from arrow furniture. customer service sucks, product were damaged, different color, took the money upfront, product never get delivered in time. customer service is good until you pay them. i am heartbroken that is all i can say
