Armani Exchange I bought a sling bag which in just 3 months started chipping

dear AX team

I bought a sling bag from Armani Exchange. its outer body started chipping in just 3 months time. It was bought on 6th April 2023 in Mumbai Armani Exchange store. I was really excited to buy this bag but am really disappointed with the quality. Please find solution for the same. i would appreciate a replacement/ refund/repair.

Armani Exchange Mens sweater

We went to square one location and the lady kept raising her voice without even listening to us. And kept blaming that we did put the sweater in the laundry which was never true. We did mention that we took put the sweater 2 days ago to wear it but she kept arguing. Staff is rude (Indian lady on returns)
We were so pissed since we never washed and told the same to the lady it was embarrassing. We also mentioned we shop here often, shw didn't care. This is unfair to loyal customers for A|X if they hire the staff that isnt helpful at all. We have the receipt but we left the sweater at the store since the logo was all ruined.

Armani Exchange Armani jacket

I bought a new Armani jacket in Amsterdam, attached bill for same.However just after a week the jacket is worse it's giving threads out like the picture, it's really looking like cheap company jacket.So wanted to know how to get help on this. You can clearly see the bulbs threads coming out which seems very cheap brand .I really need help on this as I paid 200euros for the jacket.

Armani Exchange Racists Profiling

My name is Dana Martin, and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the rude treatment, and racist profiling, I experienced at the hands of two of your employees and the store manager on the 05/17/ 2021 at approximately 12:00 pm (the transaction number 433*1*56655) store number 433: Armani Exchange Store located at Clarksburg Premium Outlet. I felt embarrassed as I was in full uniformed being treated like a criminal.
This particular event took me by shocked because in all my life I have NEVER been profiled and followed around any establishment as if; I was a thief. As a wondered around the store looking for items for my daughter, I immediately notice that two of the sales ladies were forwarding me around the store. Now if they was providing assistance that would have been great but unfortunately that was not the case especially if I was in an area of the store where their view was restricted or limited the ladies would be there watching. So step back and watched other customer that was not black in color enter the store without any problem as they were free to shop without the pressure of being watched or followed.
I gathered my items a headed to the cash register to finalize my purchase, the situation bother me so bad, I asked the male cashier ( HFEHOO) is it store policy to make the customer feel uncomfortable while they shop or is just your black customers that you make feel uncomfortable. Either way this is UNACCEPTABLE. The young gentleman was extremely apologetic.
Once I paid for my items I asked the young gentleman was there manage on duty and could I get the corporate information so that I could lodge a complaint.
He stated "yes", I spoke to Ms Maryan, and explained what had happened and even pointed out two white couples that were inside the establishment that was free to shop without harassment or being followed. The manager turned her back to me as if I as being dismissed and immediately started back organizing the belt on the wall unit near the register as she stated "I'm sorry you feel that way",
I have been shopping at this store since they open and is extremely upset and most of all embarrassed by these events. I hope that this letter explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred with your staff, I hope that this never happen to anyone else while shopping in this establishment.
These ladies along with the store manager needs diversity training, for a better understanding that ALL BLACKS to not steal and I hope that corrective measures are taken swiftly. Armani Exchange Payment not received

Still never received my refund after calling 15 times and sending countless emails. When contacted customer CARE! they can't help :/ when asked to be put through to the complaints TURNS OUT they are the complaints team and still can't resolve my problem.

I placed and order in December, 2020 and still never received to this day 7th April, 2021. Armani ''CUSTOMER CARE'' said they have placed an investigation yet not surprise no contact or any updates yet I'm wasting my time and money and still getting no where.

When asked to be put through to a supervisor or manager no one gets back to me.

Desired outcome: Refund

Armani Exchange Service

Hi

It is so disappointing to face that experience with armani exchange brand, I have purchased a shoes on february 15 today I decided to wear it and I was surprised to find that the staff have gave me different size if each pair! One pair 41 and other pair 42... How can a staff be unprofessional! The store now is closed for renovation. I need a solution as I won't wait until the store will open!

Armani Exchange Mixed media jacket

I purchased a 350.00 jacket a couple of years ago wore it a handful of times at best went to take it out and all the faux leather is cracked and peeled. The left shoulder is completely peeled and cracked all over the jacket I tried to contact armani exchange with no luck... Horrific service ive been a customer for years no more

I have reviewed your complaint about the faux-leather jacket that you purchased being damaged due to improper storage. Armani sells many genuine leather products which can be stored more haphazardly without having this issue, but low cost faux leather does need special care to prevent this sort of thing.

I suggest that you store your next jacket in a better location, and maintaining it regularly in accordance with the maintenance instructions that come with a jacket.

Armani Exchange inaccurate prices.. misleading info.. rude employees

this complaint because the service i recieved at the AX outlet store was embarrassing and rude. I have 3 sons and a husband and frequent AX in fashion valley in san diego. I went to the outlet and had a very horrible experience. The lady, whom could not commicate effectively n English and didnt kmow much about the merchendise/sales, said everything on this was was 60%. I got some flip floos hangin on the wall and her and the manager Melissa said no they are not. So then there were 2 similar purses on the wall and one without a tag (see attached pic) and i told laura . i said"this one has no tag but theres a similar one n they probably close in price. She said ok..grabs a calculator and says its 24 dollars with the 60% off. When i get to the counter she says theres a different price for the purse and the flip flops which were hangin on the wall were full price. Laura and the manager begin speakin heavily in spanish as i say the flip flops should be 60 and the pusrse should be what she said as well. I cant believe the customer sevive and show they put on. Employess need to know about current merchendise and current sales..and once they speak it..they need to honor it! If nothin is dont or compensation is given i will never shop AX again and i am there about ince a week fir my husband and boys. Thanks in advance for your understanding..and i look forward to hesring from you soon

Armani Exchange armani exchange smartwatch

I purchased this watch from the shop 3 months ago and now the back panel has came out
As I contacted the retail shop owner regarding this. He neglected my complain and said go to the service centre, why would i go there when I purchased the watch from a retail shop and he has to replace it or repair it
I don't know what to do know
Armani Exchange watch costed me 22, 000 and now its useless Help me ! Please

Armani Exchange armani exchange connected smartwatch

Dear Team,

I had purchased Armani Exchange Connected smart watch on 24 June 2019 from Shri Krishna Watch Company, Sec-18, Noida (Dealer Code: AXT2000) for Rs. 21, 370/-. Within 2 month of use, the back panel of the watch came out, apparently due to over-heating. I raised a service request with the dealer on Sep 2, 2019 and I was told that it will take around 1 month as the watch will be transferred to the Bengaluru service centre. After waiting for more than 1 month, I was told that the watch could not be repaired and the company has sent a credit note of Rs 13000.
This is extremely extremely disappointing and not expected at all from a reputed group like Fossil. A watch that got impaired within 2 month of purchase, within the warranty period was not replaced but was valued at almost half its original price. I spent my savings into it and this is what I get in terms of service ! Terrible, I must say !
I am attaching herewith the original invoice and service invoice for your reference. Please look into this and get it resolved at the earliest.

Armani Exchange unethical behavior

Dear Sir/Mam,

Kindly note that I bought a shirt from Armani Exchange on 23/05/2019, and I wore it once and washed it normally (as per the temperature degree mentioned on the shirt) and ironed it (as per the temperature degree mentioned on the leaflet shirt), after ironing the shirt got torn (please check below attached picture). After that, I went to the shop where I bought the shirt from and explained the situation (I went there on 29/06/2019), but unfortunately their feedback was that they cannot do anything about it since I bought the shirt more than one month ago. This behavior was not professional at all and I was really disappointed by their unethical feedback and response.
Therefore, I request an immediate solution for this situation please, either a total refund or an exchange with any other item for the same value.

Armani Exchange sunglasses

Hi

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Optique store gurgaon, style : SGAX4026812287 brand:Armani Exchange, it's just been an Year and I haven't used my sunglasses much, but I see the lenses are very low quality, there are equal scratches developing in the centre on both sides of the lenses.
I took them to store in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, they said there will be replacement of the lenses but to local ones.
As a customer, when I have spent so much on my sunglasses I should be helped in replacement of lenses with the armani brand itself and not the local ones.

Armani Exchange product defect

i have a leather/faux leather jacket of which i have owned over a year just, i have only worn the jacket a handful of times and noticed the leather material flaking away from the back of the jacket leaving a big bare patch. i brought the jacket assuming the quality would be unrivalled as its an Armani product this does not seem to be the case. i don't feel i have had the expected use and enjoyment out of the jacket and would like a replacement for the same or similar item.

Armani Exchange watch

Hello,
I have bought Armani watch from watch station in kildare village ireland.
Unfortunately the strap pin slipped several times, l was lucky because i did not loss the watch.
When buying any product from a big name like ARMANI i am expecting a good quality or at least good customer support to sort out my issue.
I am not happy at all with the product quality
I have visted the shop in kildare village they asked me to pay 28 euro's to change it for the same one! And they were very roude with me.
They also offer to send it to repair but i have to wait 4 weeks and they informed me thay they doing me a favour!
I was so disappointed and I refused to send it to the repair becouse its not my fault and No one making me a favour.
Please help me to get my money back as i am not happy with the product quality.

Armani Exchange broken buckle on a brand new handbag

I bought a Armani bag about 10 months ago, the buckle broke, I return to the store, in Paris, that I bought it, with the receipt, I ask to fix it, and after a few minutes, the vendor came from the office, and told me they could do nothing to help me! I am an Armani's fan, but it was the last thing I bought there, after more than 20 years as a costumer! We all know that the bags there are expensive! A very bad attitude...

Asked for management and they didnt want to transfer.
Worst Service ever, feel like they charged my just to use my money for a couple of days! Will never shop on their site again!

Armani Exchange poor quality material

Armani Exchange was the brand of choice for Christmas 2017. Got a few tops and sleeveless jacket. My sons were very happy then I washed the first tops and the dark colour soiled the white.

Very disappointed as I was expecting quality in the material used from your repeatable brand hence not to experience this outcome. Kindly look into this style to prevent further incidence.

Armani Exchange giving me the defective good and ignoring my subsequent emails!

First email sent on Thursday, March 31, 2011 10:22 AM to let them know that the item that I had gotten was the one shown on their site. The item name was AX Plaque Logo Wallet, but the item I had gotten does not even have a plaque. The supposed plaque is nothing but a rectangle drawn on with silver marker.

This is what I had extracted from the site:*
Our logo plaque wallet has a unique textured leather and our bold enamellogo.

six credit card/id compartments and one bill compartment.

No reply since then.

Finally a reply on Apr 22, 2011, at 3:13 AM stating "We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and we thank you for
> your understanding." due to me being overseas, and not in US, I am not allowed for an exchange.
Asked them what can I do then, since it is a gift to me from a friend.
Again, no reply.

On Fri, Apr 22, 2011, emailed them again for a chaser reply. Yet, no replies again.
Finally on Tue, Apr 26, 2011, emailed them again to chase for a reply.
NOTHING came back, except for a pathetic auto reply which says that my comments are very important to them.
Nonsense.

AX, I just want my wallet, or an explanation, or someone to reply me.
Is that tough?

It was unbelievable what just happened today at an Armani Exchange Store. I bought a dress in 520 N Michigan Ave, Chicago. I left my phone at the dressing room and when I went back to look it up less than 10 minutes later, it was stolen. Somebody turned it off. I saw one of the employees removing all the dresses I didn't want. They were all very rude and impolite and not willing to do anything. I called the police and they even were disrespectful to the police officer! Incredible. I was a loyal customer, but now I, m willing to get until the bottom of this. When I said I was calling the police, one of them turned around and went to the back. I don't have enough proof to accuse anyone, but this certainly was a suspicious move. I really was specting more from Armani... really deplorable attitude. I, m following this case.
