Arlene Joyce Avin / Lack of service by club manager
Club manager will not solve the tv problems. This is going on 2 years and get different answers. He is not willing to put the tv's on the channels they are supposed to be on--people bring own remotes and change then and they also break into the box to change channels. He asked me to make a sign and he would put it up "DO NOT CHANGE TV CHANNELS" Gave him the signs two months ago and nothing. He knows how to get the channels where they should be but he told me he would not do it. Asked him to teach someone who is there everyday to make sure they are on the correct channels or train me but he did not respond. Yet he has time to play ping pong. Many times he is not at the club and no one knows who is in change in his absence. Manager is not the least bit interested in any kind of customer service. A manager is supposed to keep club running smoothly and solve problems so hopefully the members will recommend the gym. It seems as if no one cares--we do help pay for his salary and the tv's. I need his manager to call me--he is Caesar Quintero. I asked the girl at the desk for Caesar's phone number and she told me that the manager has to approve giving out his boss's phone number; naturally the manager was in in either.
