Im June of 2017 I notified the Arizona Department of Child Support Services to stop my direct deposits and start a payment card instead. I called and submitted a form. Well I was to receive a payment for my daughter in December 2017 that I did not get. I called DCSS and they informed me that the payment was sent to that closed account that I told them to cancel back in June. I have spoken to supervisors waited on return phone calls as well as providing a copy of the original form I submitted back in June, only for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. Even after they have notes in their system of my original contact back in June 2017!!! Someone dropped the ball at DCSS and my daughter didn't have Christmas nor receive the necessary goods she needs because of them!!! I think that it is grossly wrong for them to screw up and my daughter has to pay the price!!!
