Arise Virtual Solutions I have been trying to get my 1099 NEC form

I have done all I know to do to try and get help with getting the correct tax for to file my 2022 taxes as a IBO Sole proprietor. Two years in a row they have given me the wrong form. Last year I just requested it, it was easy to get but not this year. This year I have been begging for my form. I have been to partner support which is no support at all several times. I have received a INC number and replied to it many times only for them to stop responding to it. Each time they responded they would do so giving me the same MISC 1099 form. In this form they list my earning as other income which is incorrect. The IRS can come back and say I owe them because I did not pay taxes for 2022. The tax preparer says I need the 1099 NEC form. I have called several times. I have filled out the form from the link given to me in one of many chats at partner support. The link was to a form which I would print and fill out and send to Arise requesting the 1099 NEC form with explanation. I am 4 months late filing my taxes and Arise doesn't care that I can be penalized for this I don't know what else to do. But file complaints with other agencies I am trying not to do that. I so very frustrated by this treatment. If I am penalized I want them to pay the penalty because it is because of them I am in this situation. I tried to include some copies of request and chats but the format will not work.

Desired outcome: I want my NEC 1099 form, and the payment of any penalties as a result of being over 4 months late filing my taxes.

Arise Virtual Solutions cancel master agreement without any prior notice and not reachable to rectify the issue

I am a member of FAA GLOABAL Inc.; Arise abruptly terminated our master agreement almost two weeks ago. I'm currently unable to sign up a new user, and my other director is unable to log in to carry on with her present tasks.

Despite there being a ticket with an escalation state, I was unable to contact Arise support.

Please submit a complaint so that further action can be taken.

Desired outcome: need to reinstate the company account to allow all directors to login and pay the compensation what we lost during this period.

Arise Virtual Solutions Arise portal

I have CSP 1917305. I received an email from [protected]@arise.com out of the blue asking me to block my Master agreement. They did not make it obvious what the cause is. Email from ProServices is incorrect. It is failing to deliver.

Arise Very amateurish technical help. They did nothing and were inactive. Send multiple emails to register. I waited over two weeks for a response.

I also lodged a complaint on BB.

I was working in MSC and finishing up my Turbo Tax during the time they were blocking my access. My time and money were a waste.

I must have your response as soon as possible

Arise Virtual Solutions No Pay

I took a 5-week course (unpaid) and was told on the last 3 days we would go live on phone and would be paid for that time. On November 7, 2022, I was live for 1 hour or 2 intervals according to Arise, and then on November 9, 2022, I was live for 2 hours or 4 intervals. Then I was live after I finished my course I worked the following days and hours: 11/10/22 from 10:30 - 12:30 and 5:30 - 6:30 which is 3 hours or 6 intervals. On 11/11/22 I worked 10:30- 12:30 and 5:00 - 6:00 which is 3 hours or 6 intervals. and 11/12/22 12:00 - 12:30 and 9:00 - 9:30 which is 1 hour or 2 intervals. Total missing pay is in hours and intervals:

10 hours or 20 intervals. as per the contract each interval pays $6.00 so that is $12.00 an hour which equals missing pay of $120.

They make sure that you can not talk to anyone at the business in Florida. Leave a message and they never call back and now the ibo I was under is not responding as well. So watch out because indeed pushes them to get you to sign up.

Desired outcome: I want my missing money....period!

Arise Virtual Solutions Not getting paid for servicing

Hi, my name is Chrispin Junior Louis, with CSP ID 4110416 From Arise, on 11/16th, I got an email stated that Arise was not able to verify my identity or my location, bla, bla, bla... they told me to send proof that was me working on this information, I wasn't even interested in doing so, because how can I bypass the enrollment process in which you should add your personal information, had a background check, also verify your identity by answering some personal information about you, Payment rate of $12, and 3 weeks of training without pay. I found this didn't worth it to do what they had asked me for reactivation. I decided to look for a real job. I was told on my first payment, there was some issue regarding my bank information that it was not added on time that the next circle, I will be paying for both circles, I had my cash app routing and account number on file, one of the agent support even advise me to change the cash app and put a physical bank for a better process which I did by adding a TD Bank account On 11/15 around 10: 30 pm, while I was working, I realized, I wasn't able to log in to Arise Okta, I was servicing Coach client, I said, well, if they do it, they have a reason for that, and I left this along. That same week, I went from place to place, trying to get other things to do, hoping that my 2 down payroll will hit my account by the time process which is 11/23/2022, Now it has been 7: 50 Pm, and nothing. Arise made this process so hard that I had to figure out a way to get in touch with them since they terminate the account you don't have access to anything nor your previous payment history, the phone number they have after 3 rings, stated to leave a voice mail, no corporate to get in touch with, no manager, they just got AVA which is useless, when you finally get live support, Akshay and Nelson, kept giving information on the script, they cannot provide any transaction id, which you can provide to the bank for reference. they gave me an #INC4852364 which I'm not sure what this is for.

Desired outcome: $1186

Arise Virtual Solutions Arise Virtual Services

After almost three years of working with this company and just going along with their... idiosyncracies...my Master Service Agreement was terminated. This means I did something so egregious that the company will not allow me to work for them- not just that I've been taken off my current client. I sent an email to my QA- fancy term for supervisor- and the lady who claims to be, what you might call, liaison between Arise and the company for which I took calls. I don't expect Any response from them. Arise has a culture of, "Don't say a word or you will be plunged into darkness." I know in some states there is a fire at will law but I don't think this company is governed by the laws of any state at all actually. There's got to be a way to get an answer out of these people and not violate the non arbitration part of the contract even if they are just a mean bunch of women. I welcome and am going to hope for in the not to distant future an offer to join a class action suit. After all the truthfully nice things I've said about this company I deserve a response from them but I know I will not get one so maybe if a few days I will be miffed enough to do something.

Desired outcome: I want an answer as to why my Master Service Agreement was terminated and to know when I can apply again.

Arise Virtual Solutions Payment

I have been working with Arise for the past 3 weeks. I signed up for a course to work for company in Aug. I signed up under and IBO & was working for 3 weeks when I suddenly got accepted to attend college! My Financial aid went through and everything in the last minute so I signed up for courses which left me unable to finish my contracted period of time with the company. My IBO is threatening to keep my last paycheck because I did not give them 30 day notice that I would be leaving the company. They have no legal right to keep any money that I rightfully worked for. Which means that I worked for 3 weeks with not a single penny being given to me. I have been screwed over by the Arise company once before and I don't know what made me go back but it was never this bad. If this is not resolved I will not recommend anyone work for Arise. I certainly will not be referring my friends and family to their business like I had in the past.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is that I get paid every cent I am owed. My contract w/ the business I was servicing said if I needed to end the contract I could without any issues. Clearly that was a lie.

Arise Virtual Solutions Refusing to release me from company partner without pay

I contacted company regarding releasing me from their company. I never worked for them and I was just notified that I should pay her named “ Melissa “ via Venmo in the amount of $25. I told her multiple times that I am not paying because I never worked for her. She said to me that “ I can construct my business however I see fits “. Which is not how u construct business when no one has worked for you. This is unexceptable and there is something that needs to be done. I need to be released so that I can actually work under a different company that’s better and I can’t until I’m released.

Desired outcome: There isn’t any . The company refuses to release me without receiving $25 Venmo pay due to it being time consuming of logging back in and doing the release process .

Arise Virtual Solutions Comcast retention

I was certified as of 1/08/21 to service for the Comcast retention department. I decided to start my own independent business as of 02/05/2021. Since then I have not received any revenue. My invoices are listed. I am owed $482.06 for 2/15/21 $642.33 for 2/28/2021 $688.35 for 3/15/2021 and $224.35 for 3/31/2021. When I contacted partner support to resolve my issue, I was given several conflicting stories about my revenue. First it was a payment hold, then a nonpayment due to my pay being returned, and then a claim that I was paid and I should contact my bank. After several calls with my bank they guaranteed no payment was received in which I already knew because I monitor my acct. They continued to give me trace numbers that resolved nothing. The only money in the account was money I transferred into the account. I offered my bank statements to prove no revenue had been received from arise in which they were refused.

Desired outcome: To receive my pay totaling in $2037.09

Arise Virtual Solutions Classes for certification by arise virtual solutions

I enrolled in a class offered by Arise Virtual Solutions on 11/2/2020 for FIS Customer service. Classes starting on 11-30-2020 with the enrollment fee in the amount of $29.00. You also had to meet certain criteria on your computer and purchase a headset and scan disk, for FIS you worked on a different desk top than windows for security purpose called ASD or Arise Secure Desktop. The training was to consist of hours of self- paced work, or modules as they call them, before class started, which I completed prior to class. The modules however were not available to work on until 2 days prior to class which would make it very difficult for a working parent to complete without non-stop effort. I would like to mention that on the Arise platform after you have been accepted for the class, it does state you can now start any pre work assigned, but it was not available to open to start until the weekend prior to class starting.
The day class started, you enter the virtual classroom at the scheduled time and day of class, mine was Monday Nov. 30, 2020 at 8 A.M. CST.
In the virtual classroom my instructor name was Marissa Jones. We were scheduled 1 week of training in her class. The training ended up consisting of learning how to get into all the systems needed to work for the FIS client, which were ASD, Arise Secure Desk Top, Pulse Secure, Guru, FIS IDA and Fraud Check, Nice Incontact, the phone systems used to receive calls, IDA which brought up another screen which we were to use for Navigator, Chat with Arise, and Internet explorer. Long story short, several systems to learn to be able to service the FIS Client. The problem was, the passwords were not released prior to the first day of class, so we could not access all systems to learn how to use them. The whole week of training was wasted and spent on trying to get into the systems.( I wanted to be trained for this opportunity so I could make a little extra income as I am disabled with limited income, and can not stand or walk for any lengths of time. I did everything I could to pass this course.)
On the third day, when we were receiving some training from Marissa in regards to policy for FIS, she got into a discussion about faith and religion with another classmate, and it persisted for 30 minutes of my training. I believed this to be totally unprofessional and discriminating against ones rights for freedom of religion. It was also wasting the classes time to learn what we needed to learn. We were also informed of several other classes that needed to be completed through FIS University and FIS Corp University before a certain date. We had to have passwords in order to work on these courses, which again, we had not been given. Most students had children and another Client they worked for at night, so this made it impossible for them to achieve this goal. The rest of the week was mostly all about getting into all the required systems needed to pass certification and to actually take the phone calls for FIS. Then after class I worked on all the modules needed to pass certification through FIS. I worked an average of 13 hours a a day trying to become certified for FIS.
The main system is called Navigator, which is used to pull the caller up and help them with their issues. Some students did not get access to Navigator until after the first day of taking the calls, including me. The very small amount of time on training for using Navigator was only approximately 30 minutes trying to watch her screen in the virtual class room, which was not readable., it was so blurry you could not read the words. My first day of taking calls, I was lost on how to use the system, but learned it as I went along, asking questions from other CSP's. When asking my instructor her reply was always, what do you mean. I never got an answer. We had a Sunday night class for those who wanted it before the day I started calls. It was a different virtual classroom, as the one we used was closed through the arise paltform. I was unable to share my screen with the instructor on it so I was unable to practice on navigator.
So the systems I was not sufficiently trained in was the Navigator system, which I learned on my own after 2 days, Incontact, or Max, the phone system that is used to take calls, and the FIS Chat room, which we had to use to get help and permission to transfer the calls. I learned as I went. We were suppose to have a FIS QA assigned to us to help us certify after we start taking calls. I did not hear from anyone until after 5 days of taking calls. My assigned QA was Jararah Muhammad. I received an email from her on 12-18-2020 stating she had listened to some of my calls, and My score was low, and to call her to review my calls. I called her and was told that I needed to cut down on my call time, and to get the notes done before the caller and I finished our call. I had great rapport with the caller, but mainly concentrate on my call time and getting the notes done and dispositioned before the next call came in. There was NO time allowed to disposition the call before another call comes in, its automatic. They take points off your score if you take too long on the call, say to get the notes done before the customer ends the call, or you have to finish while on the next call because you have to clear the navigator screen before you can proceed to help the next caller. Those were the only 2 things my assigned QA told me to work on. My last 2 days of call taking I was finally getting it all working except for Chat through the Arise Portal would freeze up while I was taking calls, so I had no help or could ask permissions to transfer the call where they could be further assisted. I emailed my QA, Jaharah Muhammad every day after my shifts were over to ask how I did. I never get a response. That was 12-18-2020. Finally on 12-22-2018 I emailed Jaharah to see If I passed certification. She said she didnt know, but to keep working my hours if they are not gone. The next day I worked my morning shift, again I was locked out of Chat, it would not let me sign back in. I looked at my schedule, all the hours I had scheduled were gone except for what I had worked that week.
I was in shock, utter shock that I had no indication as to why I did not certify, nor did I receive any e-mail that I had not certified., until finally the next morning, I got this: December 23, 2020

Re: Linda E Shanks, 3345437

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your company's time and participation in the FIS certification course. It is with regret that I inform you that your above-referenced agent has not met the certification criteria for the course at this time.

Please do not let this discourage your pursuit of success with the Arise Platform. It has been my pleasure to be a part of your learning experience, and I wish you much success in your future endeavors.

Thank you for your participation in the course.

Sincerely,

Marissa Jones
*Certified Arise Instructor/IBO
*Quality Assurance PF/Chat PF/ Certification PF/SME

Then today I received this email from Arise stating I did not meet the Commitment Adherence for my SOW- Signed Work Agreement. Well I could not meet it because Arise took my hours away.

I feel Arise made it impossible for me, and others, to certify for this course at all. I do not even know what criteria I failed. This should be in violation of any Human Rights Act, and also Discrimination on the fact of what I had to listen to during the class by my instructor regarding religion and my faith.
The class schedule was suppose to allow 5 days of call taking for certification, along with help from a QA during those 5 days. With inadequate training for these calls, this class was was an injustice to the people who took it.
I feel like I was scammed for the cost of the class, and as you can see the communication between all the departments of Arise are not in sync for the students. This class was no way ready to be started on 11-30-2020 for the passwords were not given until the end of the first week of class, therefore no logging into the systems we needed to complete this course with a passing score.
I was also informed I would get paid while in training! That has not happened either.

Sincerely,

Linda Shanks
[protected]@yahoo.com

Desired outcome: I want to know why I did not certify. I think the instructor should be reprimanded for her discriminations during class, I want reimbursed for this course. I want Arise investigated for fraud to the American consumer. I want justice.

Arise Virtual Solutions scam, ripoff

I decided to write about this company, to give the reviews a more recent experience and more up to date. I usually dont fall for scams, but I fell for this one. And believe me I am HIGHLY upset. I was skeptical about this company from the beginning because I kept thinking who pays for a job and who pays for training?

Training is suppose to pay you, and a job is suppose to pay you. But after noticing major companies listed on arise, I thought to myself, ok, major companies would not risk their brands, so I gave in and took the bait

But before training could even start I kept thinking about, all the fees to start up, internet, phone, computer, I was like is this even worth it with the pay being 9.50 an hour and then to pay a monthly fee to arise.

Before I even begin my detailed nightmare, let me say don't even bother to WASTE your money most of all your time with this company unless you dont mind loosing money or time.

So the break down is you will pay your class training, than you will start your training, they will send an email when you have started class, they will than give you a codes and a fake name you must use while servicing. After that, you will attend class 5days a week, 4 hrs a day, and pretty much listen to your teacher talk.

Throughout that you will have homework assignments which are a bunch of power point slides, than you will have 4 assessments, they pretty much give you the answers so youre guaranteed to pass. Lastly you will have your mock call, which everyone passes.

they will set up your Avaya, on your computer, which is how you will receive calls. They tell you to get a phone line but you never use it. They tell you to get a phone, but you never use it, you will only use your headset.

Now Im assuming depending on what kind of teacher you get, class will feel draining. My teacher was terrible. You wasnt allowed to come 5 mins late, she would call you out, if you left your computer for a sec, she would embarrass but what got me was the bathroom, you were only allowed to use the bathroom on break, which is a 10-15 min break each day. Lord forbid you need to pee after break and she calls your name to get on your mic

I will say this teacher name in the hopes if you do get her. DROP the class! change your class, do whatever it takes but in my opinion dont even join arise!

KA is her name. So here is where things got interesting. After passing all the assessments, passed the mock calls, passed/completed homework, and came to class on time, never missed any days, the day that is expected to be certified, I receive an email, your certification has been withdrawn. No explanation nothing.

Of course I first reach out to the teacher, interestingly NO RESPONSE. The teacher is very responsive throughout the course, but all of sudden goes ghost. I contact arise support, all they can say is that the teacher has failed me from the course.

What bothers me is that they make you feel like you're about to get a job when the truth is, they may only pass a very few, because that many isnt needed anyways. Which makes sense. I remember in a field trip session, there were 80 students, and I kept sayin 80! thats a lot of people to be hired for one company. I know that many isnt needed.

They will play with your mind and say youre doing good, you will pass and etc. When its all fake and lies. The fact that my teacher never responded to my numerous emails, and no one can explain why I didnt get certified even with perfect scores, and attendance speaks volumes.

The warning signs are there. The fact that you pay for the training, the fact that you pay monthly fees, the fact that its so easy to get in, and the fact that SO many people join the class, like what company would need that many workers, unless it was a company that was just created and fresh and needed to hire as many people.

Im curious to know about the companies that work through arise the disney, comcast, Intuit, what do they have to say because this looks bad on their reputations as well. I did noticed in my arise that Carnival and Comcast were the main constant ones having classes and consistently looking for people. Thats a red flag there, like why are they always looking for people to sign up.

This is bad for the companies very bad, because now I dont look at comcast or disney the same. I want my time back! I want my money back and all the frustration. but if this can help someone and prevent someone else from wasting their money and time I am grateful for that.

Bottom line DONT TRUST this company. If anything dont even waste your time. You should never have to pay for job let alone pay for training. Run from arise, as far as you can.

Arise Virtual Solutions Refund

After several days of trying to connect to a live person via the Internet, looking for corporate number, etc, I was redirected to the Arise portal platform where after several minutes of waiting I was connected to a live chat. On 3/14/2017, I spoke with the Virtual chat agent Stephanie. I reported that I would like a refund for a certification class that I had paid for previously, intuit, Video.

During the instructional time I was served jury duty, I notified the trainer and my IBO. The trainer then informed me that the class is 100% participation or I will not be certified. I then notified my IBO ( McGhee & Associates) I explained the issue and she then contacted the instructor and advised her to work with me. In turn, the instructor stated she would work with me however the client she services requires 100% participation. I then interjected, that this absence is no cause of mine, but the law.

Needless to say, I served three days jury duty received my certificate and now was looking for a refund. In between time, I did receive an email from Arise stating I had been dropped from the class.

Unfortunately, I was not afforded a refund the only exception is death with proof and you will receive a voucher. How can you deny a refund form a mandate that is out of the CSP's control. I will seek some legal advice. I notice Arise has several warranted complaints. We may need to come together and issue a class action suit.

I am with a class action suit. One day during service last, I was dropped in the middle of a live call. Busting my butt and resolving calls as should. Sometimes working off the clock and longer than I had checked scheduled for. I Asked why? poor NSP-impossible. No warning no other explanation. Money, time, and expectations lost. That was with Intuit. Fast forward, in class with same client. 40 people, 1st day of cert a field trip, in the field trip Shaun bashes "five people" in the class for complaining to management about managements (poor) decisions. He speaks about people who complain have poor internet and lousy computers. Bashing continues for duration of 'field trip". All I could think about was an very unethical company. It was basically a threat to the entire class that if you went to management about any decision there would be consequences.

By the end of the first day of 40 students, more than half had completed homework before she assigned it at 100% Only nearly 10 answers questions in the class, but the instructor doesnt notice that the spread sheet she submits with individual progress updates has nearly 20 people with 10 assignments completed, attempting logins for the first time. Mind you, this is a 4 hour course the first excel spread sheet issued by 5 pm that evening should not be full when no one has a system, are new to the course, and cannot get in to system logins.

3 days later, remember those who had the assignments did sooner than should have, because they could not get into a specific program well the homework was submitted the first day, third day- specific program, funny my logins dont work. Catch, the PFs and Trainers, moderators are all IBOs, Independent Business Owners and look out for known Arise or Client's workers, contractors, friends and family. You? Well you are overlooked in the classes (intentionally), favoritism reigns heavily (they get away with it). Now in order for me to pass cert, I need access to the systems that my login and password doesn't work for. Set -up to fail. They are terrible. After a year or more experiences of a unfairly terminated sow I see complaint after complaint about arise. If you see my emails to Arise you'd know that I have came to notice or experience many of the same experiences others have had prior.

Whats even worst, their advertisement on the VIew. The View need to know that Arise hurts stay at home workers rather than help them. Stop allowing them to advertise on the show and pay attention to the complaints. Also, agencies are giving them awards. Why?

There is more. All week, Ive been thinking class action. They are making money, big time. All they need is workers to come for 30 to 60 days or less and Arise is paid alot for them days and give you what they want. They also keep the IBOs (owned by their clients who have started companies, their PFs and monitors, instructors, tech support have companies or are friends with those they do) and keep them with work and intervals. and give you nothing. Oh and the monitors on the calls are your course trainers and all own companies. So, to ignore you in a class and specifically focused on those they want to succeed. Why? So, that those they know keep their sow and money. One hand washes another! Arise thinks people are dumb.

Arise Virtual Solutions Scam Alert

Arise makes you jump hoops to become qualified with them. I investigated the company and decided to see if it was worth joining. I did their little customer service 101 program which cost me $100. After that you have to pay to attend a web class. You will probably get some one who knows very little about the company and keep you occupied for a few weeks. They make you read paragraphs like children. There is no real hands on training given. No real support. After a few weeks you will be given a few calls in which you have to perform perfectly on or else you will be terminated. And after several hundred dollars later it hits you. They make their money by selling training courses. This is the biggest scam of time.

Arise Virtual Solutions Nobody cares

Hi! I became an employee of Arise Virtual Solutions some time ago and I would like to tell you my story. I sent them my CV and filled the forms and got answer that they are interested in my person. Once I have passed numerous written tests and a variety of practical tests, I was supposed to work in this company.

I want to advise you that it’s impossible to get hired by this company even after you’ve spent loads of money on courses, despite it is made to look like everyone would be selected unless tests are really bad. Please note that some of the Arise Virtual Solutions courses are very expensive and could range from $150.00 to $250.00 and above.

Over the years I have heard about various virtual companies not paying their employees but after a short communication with Arise Virtual Solutions I didn’t even think that I can be scammed.

Unfortunately, I was accepted into Arise immediately and I had a little time to understand what is going on. During half a year the company faced many problems and made significant changes in the infrastructure of Arise Virtual Solutions where people have been moved to different departments or they were simply fired! I was waiting for my salary during months but it was impossible to talk to someone about this problem.

What a lesson I have learned! I should have done some extensive research on Arise Virtual Solutions but I only registered with the company and trusted my intuition. It is the worst company I have ever worked for. I will return to my previous work. At least I am sure they will respect my interests.

Reed:
While I appreciate you sharing your information. I found it completely inaccurate. You start off by saying you were "supposed" to work Arise which alluded that you never did. Second, if very very clear that you completely misunderstand Arise. Arise uses independent contractors so you would not have been an employee or hired. Paying for course is similar to an insurance agent model or real estate agent model where you are required to pay for your courses as you are an independent contractor. You then go on to say you were waiting for your salary, but you said that you were suppose to get hired and profess that it's impossible to get hired. Arise does not pay salaries, they pay your invoice and issue 1099s at the end of the year. All and all this post is completely inaccurate and misleading. The only accurate piece of the post is after six months you did still did not understand the company, which shows that either it wasn't a good fit for you or this was a completely bogus post- which is unfortunate these days because this stays on the internet forever and people become confused with what is accurate about a company and what is not.

Arise Virtual Solutions scam

Arise is one tricky place. I serviced AT&T and Carnival. First AT&T KCA which was a disaster in of itself and then Carnival which was actually ok to work for. But the end result will always be the same, you will be removed and forced to purchase more training or do another client.

What they are basically doing is getting people to pay for classes/training, the person passes and then contracts for client. However, they set their metrics too high and often you are unable to meet the metrics because either Arise or the client's system habitually fail, you are forced to call other departments with wait times that are out of control or other reasons that are out of your control. Believe me when I tell you this, you can do everything perfect for a while but at some point they will remove you so as to make room for the next batch of people.

After a bit, they will find a reason to remove that person who can then re-train (after paying more money) or do new training (paying more money) for another client.

Then they will find a reason to remove you.

Its a rinse and repeat thing. The bottom line, they keep getting a fresh influx of people to take their "training classes" making a good amount of money in the process (not to mention taking a percentage out of your paycheck providing they even pay you what you worked or earned)

Also note, they will remove you without reason or warning and without even a message or email as to why. Extremely unprofessional and highly suspicious.

The BBB or another government agency should really look into them (again)

I read all the comments on this site when I first took the job with Arise, but took it with a grain of salt. Every company has good and bad. I worked hard, completed all my assignments. Passed with flying colors. I started servicing and was getting good surveys and good reports from customers and supervisors. Metrics are extremely difficult to meet, but I was getting them in line but even working 40 hours a week (while only getting paid "talk time" which equaled about 20 hours a week). My end goal was to become a professional facilitator so the risk and the hard work and the pay never equaled the hours I worked, I overlooked thinking my return would come in time. Then one day, I went to log into my systems and I received a message I was no longer authorized. The only explanation I was able to get from the company was the decision was based on my performance but could not or would not name anything specific, only shell shock. I would evaluate very carefully if you can afford to put a lot of time and money into an opportunity that 9 times out of 10 will not work out with no explanations

After you pay over $300 to take the course and pass all of their tests 95% or better, they have you pay $20 twice a month for Tech support. Then your technicians("fix") your Avaya phone so you receive 2 calls at the same time, all the time. Then you receive this letter from Roger Snyder the contract compliance officer saying you were "intentionally disconnecting and avoiding calls" (while already on a call). Then they terminate your SOW (Statement of Work Contract ) because of this. There was even an open technical support incident. They go to alot of trouble to set you up to fail. Then all they can say is "Sorry for the inconvenience". That's a real expensive inconvenience isn't it? This is not a very pleasant experience, I don't recommend Arise to anybody.
