i have hired Aries international dubai to process my application to migrate to Canada in 2008. I have never received a single call from that company and i use to call them to follow up. just this year they promised to furnish me with a file number which they promised they would provide me in 2008. i had a doubt with it and i request to get the file number to check is existance. Surprisingly they refused to give it to me and they are pushing me to pay 8500dirham to get it which is a full settlement of my fees. To my surprise again its well known such offices in Dubai are cheating and reaping off peoples money just because we signed an agreement. How would such thing happen to us in a country which have law and order? isnt there something that has to be done about it. Personally, i paid 2145dirham and i am contacting the concerned parties and opened a case. I would never sleep till i get my money even though i cant get back my time wasted on this rediclous company! i strongly believe the concerned parties in UAE should act to protect the victims like me as its illegal. Getting a trade license and fabricating legal ageements doesnt make Aries a legal company but a legally operating fraud institute
I am one of the victim of aries my application was 2016 and sony got my 8000k dirhams for nothing... cheater... karma to sony and the rest of his team in karama dubai all are lier.
its true and they are shamelessly continuing the same cheat.
Fraud Company ! Their trade license is also cancelled due to cheating clients.
Please be alert and do prior review before contact these consultants.

Hi I lived in dubai for about 14 yrs in total. In 2007 i Left to Canada with the help of Sony - Aries Intl, his office at that time was close to karma post office. Now I am a Canadian citizen. I found Sony to be totally professional. I too paid 9, 200 dhs. In installments, got my file No. In about four and half months - that includes my wife n son. The whole process took 2 years because I made some delay in complying to some requirements. At that time itself Aries had already sent over 8, 000 applicants to countries like canada, Australia and NZ.
Remember rules, immigrant categories etc keep changing. I have a strong feeling that most of you may not be complying to the requirements. In my case Sony never insisted on money at all. Also read the agreement, my agreement said if Aries was not able to fulfill their service, they would refund only 60 or 65% of the amount paid. I agreed and signed. Remember Aries or any other consultant are just offering a service. You all know that we don't need a consultant to apply to migrate to any country, we can do it ourselves by going to the respective countries website.
I am going to call Sony and find out what's going on. I don't believe this can be true.

Hey there! I am another victim! I have heard that if three case against a company are filed the government shuts the business down. If we open case against this fraud company we can beat them.
I totally agree with Aries international behavior. They are frauds. Once they take their fee US$2500/- they do not come back. They have spoiled my 6 years and at end they said you are not qualified. Where the hell they were when their sales person came to me and made too much promises. They are cheaters, frauds and Dubai government should take some actions against these crooks. Now they hardly reply my emails and do not attend calls and return calls. Can anyone tell me how to file complain in CHC so we can raise this to Canada govt?
I would like to share my nightmare experience with Aries International also, everytime u came and have assesment with them they wont tell that u are not qualified, but rather they will tell u that u are qualified (eventhough not), just to get money from you.
In short I paid them and nothing happened with my application. They didnt return my money also and thats ridiculous. I would like to attention this to Mabelle one of the agent, u are totally nightmare to me, I just wish I didnt listen to your advice and assesment, and till now you are still working to get some more client, get their money!

I am glad I found this page. I am yet another victim of this scam company. I met Sony in Sept 2009 and immediately fell for the rosy picture painted and all the promises that my papers would be processed through their fast track. He immediately took Dhs. 9200/- in post dated cheques. I later had to visit their office to pay the government fee for myself and my two kids. Thereafter I never heard back from them although I made thousands of phone calls and would get to no one neither would anyone return my calls. Out of sheer frustration and anger I went to their office and met someone there. Sony is an elusive character once he gets your payments. Now the story is that apparently a whole bunch of applicants were rejected by the canadian high commission even before the file numbers were generated. Aries claims to have fought for our cases without success and since it was not their fault that this error happened - THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY! I have a choice to re-apply and this time with all the original documents etc and also they would change my CV. I was not in agreement to that as I did not want to lie on my CV.
I called Aries Canada and spoke to Chris there who claimed that Dubai office must refund us our money.
Please help and adivse - anyone who has been successful with either a case or refund?

Actually Aries International is not a Fraud Cunsultancy. But they are too laid back in processing papers. I had given them all the money 9240 in installments but never received a call from them for signing the application. One day I got a mail saying that Canadian immigration rules have been changed and I need to resubmit the application to get file number. The resubmission forms they said they will make it in the way so that my Profession is listed in the new immigration rules (HR). I told them the it will be providing false statements and my application will be regected if they found out that its not correct info..and so I requested Sony many times to return my money, as they have not done anything with my application and now my profession is also not listed by the Government, there is no point in me resubmittig the application. But they are no way agreeing to refund the money. Did any of you guys get the money back?
Main issue is probably on the other end. Canadian immigration has changed their policy due to which there are delay in getting updates. I applied thru aries in 2008, but i did not get any reply from them with regards to the status of my application. Luckily in February 2010 Igot a call from aries that and had to re-apply again. However i did not hope to get a favourable reply. Suprisingly I got my file no yesterday.

you are totally correct! They are fraud company and big cheaters! please you can read my complaint as well.
Please let me know how to open a case against these cheaters? we need to give them a lesson to stop frauding and cheating people in UAE!
