For a manager you are very unprofessional. Not only your attitude toward staff who are genuinely good brought up the Christian way not born agains or pentigostel but you have taken over the resthome like it is all bad and everyone see's thru you. You say yourself that no resident knows who you are, very true. How would they when you're door is always shut. You genuinely do not care about the residents rather it was a business proposition for you to hop on to and your husband to hop into a funeral directory, what an opportunity you both said, they go hand in hand, people's hearts don't really come into it. Those that follow you were obviously unemployed housewives that treat you like God but you should be acting below him, way below him.
She is definitely not a leader. She will lie to get herself out of a situation.
