Argus Car Hire, FireflyI have paid twice

I have rented a car in Toulouse on a Argus Car Hire
website. It was a car from Firefly. The number of rental agreement was
[protected]-4. I have paid for the booking on the arguscarhire.com website
with my credit card. The rent price was about 35 EUR.

On the website there was an information that I would have to pay at the
Firefly agency still 25 EUR more for the child seat. And that was ALL
(about 60 EUR).

When I got the car from the Firefly agency, the lady at service confirmed
that the rental had been prepaid and that I would have to pay ONLY 25 EUR
for the child seat when I return the car.

But from my account disapeared about 95 EUR. Have I been charged twice 35 EUR? - first
time on the website and then the second time by Firefly agency?

I have written three times (since 17th October to 26th November) both to Argus and to Firefly - unfortunately I got no reply.
I have been stolen and no one admits responsibility fo it.
I warn everybody: don't sign any cotract neither with Argus Car Hire nor with Firefly!
